Button Control Version

Just to get some help on my missing VC clickspot to open the main fs2crew panel in VC mode which has stopped working, I've tried to reset it but I can't seem to ge it to work as it only works in 2D mode, I unistalled my version 1.5 to upgrade to version 1.6 but it still won't open in VC mode, would anyone have some idea why it has stopped working? Is there a way to edit the FS2Crew audio? I'd like to remove the 'I'm sorry' from the boarding wav and I'd like to make the departure briefing shorter. No big deal if it can't be done, but I would be nice. ^_^

As can be read elsewhere I had some problems with the PFD and ND looking odd. Turns out that was due to the IRS information not being entered in the FMC because the option simply isn't there. Normally after turning on the IRS I can go to the FMC > POS INIT and then LSK the GPS data from the 2nd page to the 1st page at POSITION. But since using FS2Crew the option to do that isn't there. Now I can solve this by turning the IRS off on the overhead and turning it on again but this only has an effect when I do it quite late during the entire process (like after pushback). I apologise for the attention grabbing headline.......to explain: I've owned FS2 Crew for NGX for about 2 months or so now, and like you I've been utilising button control. I did have some apprehension about jumping across to voice control as I considered it may be a disaster for me in several ways. Having said that, I mustered the courage this weekend to "bite the bullet" so to speak, and configured my PC for Speech Recognition (after purchasing a pair of Sennheiser USB Headsets). Hi I updated FS2Crew for the PMDG NGX737-800 to V1.6. I does not matter if I select sound output to speakers or headset, The ATC sound completely vanished. I set the sound from Windows, from FSX. Any Ideas Bill

Button Control NGX users will now be able to use the upcoming Emergency NGX! expansion pack. There's a limit though... You'll have the new First Officer voice accents (Italy, Australia, Germany, France, US female, Caribbean, and Spanish). However, you will not have the extra QRH stuff since that's not practical to model in the context of button control. The non-normals stuff only works in Voice Control. Cheers,

Guys, since installing the latest version of the button control I have the problem that when FO askes about engine start levers in the Pre Flight Checklist, selecting A button to confirm cuttoff, he always responds with "Are you sure?" I have uninstalled and reinstalled FS2Crew twice now but still have the same repsonse form th eFO. Does anyone know how to combat this? Thanks Willie G

I am an existing FSX PMDG 737NGX simmer and recently added FS2Crew. Both great products and seem to work OK, but I have two queries: 1) Originally, when it came to the Pushback stage, a tow tractor and ground crew would come out and I could watch this in the Spot view. It would do a PB with 90deg turn and stop. When completed the tractor would drive off. Problem is,suddenly this has stopped working. Any ideas how to get it back? (I have FSX Scenery special effects at 100%) 2) Centre virtual cockpit view. My normal VC cockpit view is either the Captain or 1st Officer. Hello, i just bought FS2Crew for the NGX. After takeoff, everything normal, my autopilot will not engage. All control surfaces are not being moved and are in their no deflection positions, both FDs are on, both Lnav and Vnav are on, no warning lights on recall or the over head, no failures in the FMC failures section, nothing wrong, everything normal. I had just completed a flight when i bought this and everything was normal. im using the button version.

Hello, I have an issues with FS2CREW NGX Special Bundle Voice Control v1.4. Using W7 64 bit and my primary sound uses Realtek Digital Output(Optical) while my headphones are Logitech G930. Unless I manually disable the Realtek sound via the Win Control Panel, I will get the FSX sound coming through the headphones (set as default device) and the FS2 crew Voice wants to come through the speakers still. I have to then exit FSX completely and restart otherwise I get an SDK error. When this happens, the FS2Crew config lists the Realtek as the sound device. I can change to the Logitech Headphones but it doesn't change the sound output. Is there a way around having …

Not to labour the point Bryan, but I've been attempting to tweak the FS2 Crew Window positions so that each time I start the programme they will be placed in a more suitable position for my use. Through your advice, I have been able to arrange for the main window to load/appear in approximately the top right position of my widescreen (POS=2). However, the sub windows (ie FA, PA, CFG, etc) don't want to play? I've edited each of their positions to POS=2 also, but they insist on loading/opening up in the centre, left or anywhere else other than top right? Tried POS=5 also, but to no avail. I know in the scheme of things it's just a drop, but would be convenient …

I have purchased a few versions of fs2crew in the past.. and this is BY FAR the best interface I've seen yet.. blows the rest out of the water. I've not gotten around to trying the voice commander version out yet.. but that said. I do have *ONE* major annoyance with this software. When the passengers are loading.. I hear.. "Let me take your coat. Thank you... Sorry... " over and over and over and over and over. If it didnt include the SORRY... I think it would have been fine.. could there at least be 3 or so different recordings instead of this one repeated. Hi Bryan. You must know: There were no CTD before i got your FSP PDF from you to change the panel.cfg. FS2Crew and NGX worked without any issuses. Now i got a CTD every time at the shutdown sequence. I set the parking prake and the FO does his Pre-Shut Down Flow. After the FO calls "ready for shutdown" i set the engine levers to cut off. Then the FO does something...and Bang...CTD. Everytime at the same point. At every airport. FS2CRew and FSP works perfect up to the Shutdown...and than CTD. If i don´t use FSP...No CTD. Any idea? Greetings Frank

Hi Bryan, a small issue, but I wanted to ask if you could organize a change to the dialogue during the delivery of the load and balance sheet to the captain. The person delivering the sheet commences with "Good Afternoon Captain".......could this be altered to a more generic "Hello Captain", as the time of day for each flight differs. Hi Bryan, Firstly, just to say I purchased FS2 Crew for the NGX a few days ago, and I'm certain that my sentiments on it echo most/all other users in so far as FS2 Crew's ability to add additional levels of immersion. I'm enjoying it immensely. Lastly, I wanted to know if you had ever considered adding a few little extras in terms of checks/flows during Cruise phase of flight? I am sorry to bother guys i am new here and new to the program. I have downloaded it and installed it - but i am a detailed guy and would like to get the manual to get started. Hi, i dont know why something is happens after graficcard change and i think it was performance problem of my pc, but it isn't. I have very good frames and they are all stable with other add ons. If i use PMDG without FS2Crew, all is fine. But if i use FS2Crew with PMDG something strange is happen. After Takeoff checklist and before runway procedure the issue begins. I have a rythmic all 2 sec break of flight sim and frame drop. I think this happens and has something to do with live map? So i need your help to sort out this kind of problem. Yesterday I was practicing some missed approaches / Go-arounds with the NGX and FS2Crew and had a small issue I would call missed, press TOGA and throttle advance (then also re-armed A/T), asked flaps 15 and followed the flight director, asked gear up, asked FSCrew for heading select which went fine but when I asked for VNAV it would arm VNAV but it would dis-arm the heading select. I asked for command A and I would have to manually re select heading select (was runway heading). I ended up trying it with LNAV which armed but when I asked for VNAV the LNAV disarmed and heading select armed instead and VNAV didn't arm.. I actually did 10 loops of go arounds one afte…

I don't know what it is happening but I'm stucked When I open FS2CREW Panels everything is working fine but there are no texts anywhere in Panels. I have to guess what I'm doing and what I'm choosing... And it is strange because I tried to run FS2CREW and it worked. FO doing all the flows, etc ...
