Hi Folks,Just a small question.How can i be sure that service update 1.3 installed correctly?In my aircraft cfg it says version 1.3, but in the FMC it reads SU2, is this normal??ThanksEric

I've got some work to do on the VC (some interesting gauge layouts there, PMDG ;)) but the 2D looks pretty good, and the VSpeed table works!I have emailed PMDGs support to see where to share - I'd like to send this mod to PMDG when it's done. Love to hear what you all think!Best,sg

Hi all at PMDG and all readers!On my system the Standby Attitude Indicator is shown in black & white while the instrument lightning is turned on when needed. Is or will be a bugfix avaialbe? Maybe someone can help me. I recently purchased the PMDG 737 and have the newest version installed. However, when creating a flight and clicking "OK" to load up, the program freezes. It just won't go any further. However, if I load up with a Cessna and then switch the aircraft then, the plane loads up. I tired reinstalling, uninstalling, deleting configs files, etc. Nothing works... anyone have an idea? Thanks.

Without a doubt, the 1900D is a great aircraft and is nothing short of perfect, IMHO... I love the way it handles, although having never flown a 1900 I wouldn't be able to guess if it handles the way one should--it just feels and moves like I think it should given all the flights I've flown as a pax on the 1900... The visuals are top notch, and even my P3/800 is up to the chore of displaying all the bells & whistles....That you included the wing view even in the 2-d model is great when fps need to be at their best, but you still want to gaze at the scenery.... I really like this airplane and am having a lot of fun flying it. I've added the Reality XP JL2 gauges and the panel looks very good indeed.. both in the 2d and the VC views.Just one thing would make me feel totally happy with the 2d panel which I use most of the time.. and that is a proper yoke, which would hopefully cover up the multi-pin connector that just sits there and looks like the maintenance crew walked off with part of the airplane.. I've fudged it by adding a non Beechcraft yoke, but I wonder if anyone has a good straight-on bitmap of a proper Beech yoke which I could add to this (otherwise very nice) panel?

I love Reality XP's products and support them 100%. Fortunately you can change the settings for color and other parameters for their JL2 and JL4 displays. I thought the sky and ground color were too bright and made it very hard to see the annunciators on them. The hardest to see is the LOC/GS markers, which are important. If you haven't downloaded Tim's tutorial for the PMDG 737NG, go get it. If you haven't purchased the PMDG 737NG yet, go buy it. It's a wonderful plane with all the bells and whistles. I have just finished Lessons 1 & 2 of the tutorial and I feel like I have just finished something remarkable. This is the best tutorial I've ever used. Tim's approach in teaching such a complex set of processes is very structured and easy to comprehend. He has all the charts and maps needed for the five complex flights included in this tutorial. I was flying the 1900 around today and It really hit me when I was paning around the VC. The details that the guys at PMDG have put in the VC is simply incredible.Look at this screenie. The yoke is oxidized (not sure if it's the correct term) and they even included the hole for the control lock to be inserted. Hi in the SSW a310 package a working IRS is included.This is the first time i've seen one and i wondered if the 737 800/900 will have one?In this model it's vital that you align the IRS before flight or the plane wont work properly. For the sake of realism i think it would be a great addition to the PMDG 737 as it seems to be a fairly importand part of the aircrafts systems that is currently missing.theres some info on the 737 IRS here - http://www.b737.org.uk/navigation.htmthanks.

I've tried using the autopilot for an ILS approach at several airports. Using the "APP" switch, the autopilot grabs and maintains GS very well but there seems to be a problem with lateral control. The autopilot is very slow in making the necessary corrections and never gets aligned with the runway. Is there a bank limiter or some other control that needs to be set? ThanksCharlie

Can anyone help me? FS9 works beautifully on my machine until I change to my 737NG whereupon the sound turns to a broken hissing and banshee wail. Does anyone know why this is and can help me out?ThanksSemper en excretum, solo profundum variat!

Just wondering, saw the great picture of the continental 1900D so I bought the product now when I go to the livery page, there isn't a continental skin. Is there not going to be a continental skin? This was the only reason I bought this, thinking that you would provide the texture for each plane you had pictured.David H.

Hi there,Unless I have missed it in the FMC there is no facility to put analternate destination in to the Flight plan as there is in th eAirbus FMC.Could you confirm this and also point out the right method of changing one's destination in the FMC.The only way I can think of is entering a new waypoint, ie the new airport and then changing the STAR.Appreciate your helpTerry

Just a question as to how FS9's ATC works in correlation with the FMC, in order for the ATC to file you and direct you to your destination do you stilll have to create flight plan in FS?? how does that work if you create a flight plan just in the FMC, does the FS ATC recognize that??thanks,joe

Got the Express B1900D two days ago. Seems to work fine in FS2002, but, in FS2004 (COF) I get a CTD after about 10 minutes of flight.System: Dell 8250 w/2.8 GHz P4 512 MB RAM Radeon 9700 Pro 120 GB HDAny ideas why this is occurring?Jim

Dear All,Had to reinstall 737ng due to navigation problems! I think the database become corrupt as it didn't go in the drection is was stating...anyway reinstall with no further problems apart from load manager. Now I cannot enter pax or cargo. Each box is at 0, ZFW =0Any ideas would be appreciated. I am using fs2002 only at the moment.ThanksAndrew

Hello PMDG,I've noticed that the windows in the business class on a 737-700 are either covered or partially covered in the Virtual Cabin. When you go beyond the aircraft with active camera to set up the front wing view, the engine is only partially visible with no turbine. I was wondering if the window coverings are there on purpose and if anyone else was experiencing this?Regards,Jacek Gawecki
