Here are some pics of my Dec'15 visit at the Palm Springs Air Museum. A nice and pretty museum great at walking distance if you join Palm Springs (KPSP) and choose Atlantic FBO. Runway 13L vaccated, giving way to the C47 Skytrain of the museum ;-) Other pics : http://20-100-video.blogspot.fr/2015/12/souvenirs-du-palm-springs-air-museum_20.html

Hi all! I am passionate about aircraft spotting and photography in general. I'd like to ask for a couple of seconds of your time please- for a quick vote for my entry in this competition: https://www.beautyofflight.com.au/#/boards/plane-paparazzi-ee542658-b854-439a-9a95-f5af0ae4df7d/entries/retro-roo-630e1c30-ea07-4184-9fcf-56db72a86362 Essentially, the most votes wins a voucher for a camera store, which would be amazing for me and my future with this passion of mine. I do apologise if this is an inappropriate topic. I appreciate your time, and thank you all very much!

This is an old video and possibly has been posted here before and my apologies if it has. But, it has always been one of my favorites and for those who haven't seen it, enjoy. For those who have, watch again and admire the talent behind the yoke and the ruidder dance that is so apparent. https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=boeing+crosswind+landing+test+brazil&qpvt=boeing+crosswind+landing+test+brazil&view=detail&mid=B8DC27F1E6E417CF3E54B8DC27F1E6E417CF3E54&FORM=VRDGAR Tom

I just found this image at www.tu.no and had to share it. This 360 degree gigapixel picture consists of all the aircraft arriving at and departing from Oslo Aiport in the morning, between 07:53 AM and 09:04 AM August 12th this year. The moving planes are obviously not photographed at the same time, but all of them are placed at their correct location. The 45 gigapixel 360 «background» picture is assembled from hundreds of images taken the following hour (between 09:04 and 10:09 AM). Because of that, some aircraft appear more than once. http://www.tu.no/industri/2015/10/02/se-det-hektiske-morgenrushet-pa-gardermoen-i-ett-unikt-360-bilde

Hello! I know it's just a small step and not really that big of an achievement, but I feel like sharing with someone who will understand the passion behind it. So... I have obtained my Glider Pilot License! (SPL - sailplain pilot license here). (Potato quality photos warning!) Cockpit prior the exam flight. Nice and ready: Silly me being a tad too emotional after passing: Didn't get any during-flight photos due to nature of the flight obviously, but if people would like to see some I may get some next time. The aircraft is polish made SZD-9 Bocian glider (Link to WIKI). Anyhow, as I said, I am very happy and just wanted to share. Sorry…

We were on approach to EGGP (Liverpool, UK) practising no-flap landings. From right came what we now know to be a flock of Racing Pigeons. There were three strikes - prop, windshield and co-pilot window. The latter one came straight through. Luckily my instructor had good reactions and raised his shoulder, which was subsequently found to have broken skin and massive bruising, otherwise it would have hit the size of his face. Being no-flaps we were on apporach at about 85 knots, so 15 higher than usual. My instructor, Lucas, was briiliant - mayday'd immediately (not knowing at the time what other damage might have been done nor whether any of the blood was his or not!)…

Hi everybody, My name is Alfredo. I'm modelling a Fokker F.50 and I have a problem: I can't find any picture of the back of the cockpit and the door. The best thing I found has been one or twoo videos where the cameraman turns the camera back a bit and shows the back corners, but the quality is very low. I have tried to contact with F.50 pilots, but with no luck. Does anyone have or may get pictures of the back of the cockpit? Thanks in advance.
