Every so often while flying merrily along, FS9 will just vanish completely off the screen as though it were never started. It seems to happen if I perform a command with the joystick. (using Saitek X45). There is never any sign of a problem prior, it just goes. I check the task manager it's it's just not there. Happens every few flights and it's frustrating. Anyone have this happen?

If anyone's interested, there's been a scenery update for Warsaw-Okecie EPWA to cover the construction of the new terminal. What are theses gauges for on the F28 panel. I know in the tutorial it tells you to put the MODE SELECT to VOR LOC. But what do the other modes do on the MODE SELECT. And also what about the other to knobs. The one switch that says on/off, and the one that says pitch control. I downloaded this plane when it first came out, but didn't like the pedestal panel, but know I can't stop flying it .Great plane. Bob

Hi all,I'm trying to install the demo of VoxATC, but the installer gives me the error message "No Flight Simulator Installed."The installer doesn't give the option to specify where my FS9 folder is. I've got FS9 located on a different partition than my OS.Any tips for fixing this problem would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Charlie

Hope some one can help me. I have no knowlege of scenery so am relying on some one talking the basics. I have a building that showed up all of a sudden in the parking area of my home town airport, Picayune MS KMJD. I have no idea how to remove it and I pray that some one can help me. Very nice review on the Tweet. It's a great plane. I don't recall off the top of my head which system is used, but the speed brake issue mentioned is because the break is actually assigned to a different system. You have to go in and assign a key to it. It's explained in the docs and works fine once assigned.Great review for a great plane though.

I have privately emailed both Wilco & Feelthere regarding the legalites of giving away previously paid for items - several times. Niether have responded.I am not, reapeat NOT, critisizing this product in any way. I simply find it to be too much like hard work (FOR ME!) compared to some other addons. I prefer to fly than 'tweak':-) I have therefore burnt this to CD, along with my key code etc, and will mail it ANYWHERE.Not 1st come - 1st serve, but he/she who want's, just tell me why YOU should have it!? I'm using Ultimate traffic and GA Traffic, plus a few other airline packages from PAI. One thing's missing, Helicopters. Is there an easy way to get them flying the friendly skys of FS9? Wideview confuses me a bit. I understand synchronization of the programs, but do you need a physical "patch cord" connection between the video card on the client computer and your second monitor, or is everything handled through the LAN? My assumption was that everything, video transfer to the second monitor included, would be handled through the LAN.I got the demo working on both my computer and my wife's (which only has a one output video card built into the motherboard), but the slewed view showed up on HER monitor, and I could not for the life of me figure out how to change the settings so that it would show up on my second monitor. Every now and then I go to change view, or brake, or whatever, and suddenly nothing is responding. Turns out that FS9 keyboard assignments have stopped working (and hence, my Saitek X5 and Nostromo N52, which of course depend on them).If I go into assignments, there they all are as normal, but they don't function. It takes a PC reboot to get them working again.Anyone had this problem (and resolved it)? Just by chance, I went into slew mode today when this happened and I got all the assignments back - I'll try doing the same next time it happens (once a month), but it may well just have been a fluke.Martin

Greetings All, Inside the fs9 cfg. file there is a key for IMAGE QUALITY It is set to 0. Does anyone know what this does and can the setting be changed for an improved fs9? new tweak?Best regardsAndrew

Hi folks.I have some major problems with some AFCADS.Maybe someone can help.I have installed Hong Kong Scenery from Thomas Kwong. I also have installed Kazuhiro Miyaza's Kansai intl. It was created for FS 2002but it supose to work for FS9. I downloaded both AFCAD's 2 for FS 9but none of them work.Can someone help?

I am having problems with Engine sounds in FS9. When engines start up there is no sound, when I check the settings, Sounds, the tick box is ticked and the slider is fully up but the area behind the engine sounds tickbox is white, all the other sound boxes are blue.Any ideas what this meansThis only seems to happen with PMDG addon aircraftThanksMick

Hi all! I had to unsinstall my FS9 with all its files as it became very unstable and 9 out of 10 flights ended in FS9 crashing and closing down on me. Now, the problem I have is that I put in disc1 then disc2 and 3 and the installation runs fine, but then when I insert disc4 I get an error saying "autorun/setup has encountered a problem" and the installation shuts down. I initially though it was the disc and even bought a brand new copy of FS9, but it turns out the new copy does exactly the same. I also tried to manually continue the installation before autorun can start, but I think the setup exe has the same problem. I am wondering if either a: someone could help m…

I have just installed Dave Hazell's missing NavAid and ILS file to add the ILS to Kelowna. And although it shows the file where it is supposed be, I cannot pick up the ILS in ANY aircraft. I get the localizer still as always, but there is still no ILS. And no Westbank NDB etc.If anyone could help me with this or lend any thoughts, that would be great.Thank you in advance.Darryl Rott

Hi Simmers, I don't really know how to explain this. Some of my saved flights have become very "funny". What I mean by this is that when you use your keypad to go to other views. It appears that the plane is moving and not the sky when I use to do this. I hope whoever reads this understands what I am really trying to say. How do I fix this ? Is it fixable?
