Does anyone still have the Saab 340 CTOT tutorial that was made by one of the FFS devs and put on their forum? I tried using the wayback machine, but it doesn't have the Saab 340 forum in its database.

Hi,I have a good system for FS9 and can run all sliders to max with 60 to 80 FPS but the outside world on the ground is only sharp in a short distance. Building up the ground textures and hold them in memory is the problem I thing because it is very quick falling back to a blurried state in a distance of 5 to 10 mile. I started again with a new build clean .CFG file but can't find the problem.Please advice...E6750 3,2Ghz, 4Gb Ram, Nvidia 8800GTS/320, 2x Raptor 150Gb, XP-ProFS Autostart, Nhancer etc. Defragged with Ulimate Defrag file/folder and FS9 at the outside of the dedicated Raptor.Happy landings...

Hi there,As of recently, my computer spontanesouly reboots in the middle of my FS session. This often happens while I am programming the FMC on the Wilco/Feelthere 737, but it has also happened mid flight with teh CS 757. It usually happens while in the 2D cockpit manipulating some gauges. It does not happen on VFR flights, even with complex aircraft such as the Cloud9 Phantom. Any suggestions for eliminating this problem welcome. Hello,I just wondered if anyone could explain to me why on turboprops such as the Cheyenne and King Air the fuel condition levers have a 'high' and 'low' idle setting? I know the end result, that the idle Ng at low might be about 53% and at high maybe 64% or something. But whats the point in having two idle settings and when would you use them?Cheersrich

I copied my whole disk drive to a new one (old one was dying). Now when I play flightsim I am running into 3 problems:1. No matter what aircraft I try, if I am flying from one vor to another, the plane doesnt fly a straight line, but rather zig zags between two points. (All weather is off, so winds are not it)2. The compass makes sudden moves,turns (I have tried alt-D) and if Im flying 180 degrees and ATC tells me to turn left to 120, when I reach 120 degrees, the compass shifts to 140.3. ATC tells me to turn right to 300, but when I get there, ATC says something like "please expedite your turn to 050. I was never told to fly 050.I'm not too good at explaining things, b…

Hi being very unskilled with pc's I was very happy to get the 9 Dragons scenery in first time ,very good instructions I must say.I wanted WOAI traffic landing /taking off so hesitantly used TT tools for the first time ever,AI is now at VHHX.But it is only the default AI.There are plenty of WOAI aircraft airborn with flightplans for VHHH but not VHHX.What basic thing have I got wrong ?Any ideas in as simple terms as possible would be greatly received.regards Jim

Gentlemen: I'm a newbie to FS (FS2004 in particular). I have a lot of experience with MS's Train Sim, but I find FS quite different when it comes to adding/changing scenery, changing airport layouts and otherwise 'messing' with it. I guess 'customizing' would be the proper term. Just wondering if it is possible to fly in tight formation with an AI acft? I'm too new to FS to know whether this is even feasible, but it would be an interesting and challenging thing to do. So I'm asking. What I'm envisioning is a cross-country training flight with two military trainers like Stearmans, AT-6s or T-34s, where the lead is an AI which taxis out, takes off, climbs to a specified altitude, flys from fixed point to point, makes a straight-in letdown and landing and taxis to a parking spot. Your job is to fly as his No.2...all the way, and keep it tight. Tough enough to do in real life, but is it possible to do this in FS? Has anyone tried it? :-h…

I moved my image to a new hard drive because I drive space issues. I used drive clone pro. Everything works fine but FS9 crashes frequently. I can no longer use any of my saved flights. Any add-on aircraft run for a while and soon crash FS9. Hi guys... got 2 questions1) I am helpsing mate who is trying to learn about AI traffic but he has FSX and I have FS9. If you want to install AI traffic manually, is it a similar process in both sims or are they differnt (i only know the FS9 way)2) I am trying to locate the Evolve AI A319 model file in thye avsim library and cannot for the lift of me find it. I have tried searching and also scrolling through the file pages but cannot find either way. I have the FDE zip but not the model. Can anyone tell me where I can find these or wehat I am doing wrong. A very nice utility from Martin Gleeson. It runs outside of your simulator and there's nothing to install. Just fill in the blanks and it will provide you with destinations in any direction or distance you want to go. The instructions are clear and this can be used in FS9 or FSX. Great job, Martin!Curt

Hi.I've posted this on the WOAI forums too but thought I'd try here too.I hope somebody can help here.In the past couple of weeks my FS has developed a serious stutter (actually better described as jerking!) & it only happens with AI activated.Over the weekend I reformatted my system & obviously reinstalled FS, all utilities, scenery aircraft etc & all was fine until I installed my AI aircraft & traffic bgl's.The stutter is intermittent but primarily happens soon after top of descent when I go off FMC or GPS navigation control to direct autopilot. The stutter will then last anywhere from 30 seconds to 3 or 4 minutes.I just can't seem to get to the bottom o…
