I have a dilemma here. I can't find a voicepack entree for the Callsgn "Express". Fed Ex is indeed an entry in the voice pack library, but all the aircraft I have in the Flightplan from WOAI say the ATC callsign is Express. I need a hand in locating the Express Callsign and while I'm at it, there seem to be several fine AFCADS for KMEM, but little scenery. The only decent scenery I could find was for FS2002 by Vladimir Svoboda. This acts kinda Funky while taxiing. The texture disappears as you taxi over it. My searching revealed nothing from a later date. Any Fed Ex Fans got any suggestions?Bill :-hah

Sorry if I have posted this in the wrong section... I am looking for a few folks willing to test my scenery for Shreveport Regional (KSHV). The upload instructions suggest one should beta-test their work prior to uploading. I just want to cover the steps thoroughly here. I have searched the AVSIM library and no one has touched this small airport yet. I used RWY12 to place some jetways and several other goodies. Good Day,Does anyone know if it is possible to tone down the daytime lighting of the airports in the outstanding ISD Project freeware series. The lighting is also a little too bright at night but not as noticeable. I have looked in the fs9.cfg and at the individual bgl and bmp files but can find no solution. These will remain some of my favorite airports regardless, but sure would like to tone things down a little. See attachded screen shots of LIMC. Any help appreciated.I found I could delete the halo.bmp from the main textures folder for day operations but wonder if there is a better solution.My thanks to ISD Project for some truly outstanding work.... Hallo,does anybody know how to (or if it is possible) to add a waypoint to show on the default map? This is important when flying the SID and STAR according to the charts where I often find waypoints that are not in the original FS2004 database.Thank youLorenzo

I did this a couple of years ago when porting from a laptop to a desktop, but now I am getting a new hard drive with a new Windows installation so I just wanted to ensure the procedure is the same.1) Format new hard drive, install Windows, everything else.2) Install FS2004 into the same directory as old hard drive (i.e. c:gamesfs2004 in my case)3) Delete FS2004 directory4) Copy the old FS2004 installation in the directory.This way the system should have the FS2004 installation on this hard drive in the directory. Hi guys. Recently i fixed the OOM (so far so good, fingers crossed) after reading the post on how to do it by adding 3GB switch and usernova=2560 etc etc..anyway now there is a problem outside flight simulator...when i press print screen and try to paste pics in paint..it doesn't work now..it says no enough memmory something like that and also fsscreen doesn't work..when i press print screen it comes up with run time error..i am guessing this must be due to the switch?? i was wondering if you help me out pls...plss not also recently i installed nhancer and fixed aa isssues in fs9...hope to hear from you soonthanksbest wishesswadeep

Im making a small private airport from a stock one Ive been adding objects to it everything was going well till a few minutes ago, I was putting objects in adding saving etc etc checking Fs9 then when I checked it again this happened (see photos) I suddenly have missing textures & blurred ones, I was currently working on this & cant understand what on earths happened can anyone help me? :-hmmm The only thing I done that I can think of was I made a slight alteration with AFCAD but just moved the AFCAD.exe file straight to my desktop by mistake instead of making a shortcut for it would this have caused the problem if so how can I rectify this.

I've Googled this subject and searched here and can't find anything about a way to keep FS9 from restarting the flight after an aircraft (not program) crash. I'm trying to figure out why I can't land the POSKY 767 Delta and think if I could replay the approach it might help. I've tried to pause after the crash and then go to the menu (alt) but that yields nothing. Any ideas? Thanks.tnbriggs

Is there such a manual. After posting problems I am having with Satek yoke and throttle in the Hardware forum I decided to try and program the Control axes through FSUIPC. This is much harder than I thought. Or maybe I just can't understand it. I have no problem setting buttons with FSUIPC.Has anyone used FSUIPC to setup the Saitex Control Axes? Hello Major Clay:Congratulations on your new system. Does this mean that you are going to bite on FSX? (pure trivia question).If I remember correctly, in a previous post you described your prior system as implementing two computers for use with FS and WideFS. If you don't mind, what secondary displays/programs do you use with this configuration, and how would you evaluate it? I have both ffx and vistaliners 737 models and i was wondering if i could transfer the CFG that controls the performance of the FFX 737 into the Vistaliner model.The reason i ask is that the older FFX models cruise at the correct speeds ie mach 76-80 without the engines seeming to strain,but the Vistaliners model at the same cruising speed nave an N1 figure that never seems to drop from the mid to high eighties and up to ninety percent levels and the engines sound very strained(at least to me)The FFX models are much more relaxed.Is this possible i am not sure which file controls the performance ie the AIR file or MODEL file or other.cheers Andy

I've just had a flight in the A319 and was forced to use manual speed. Everytime I switched to managed speed it was stuck on V2, about 137 knots. The climb page was programmed for 310 knots, and cruise at .80 mach. what could have gone wrong. I have built a flightplan from Edinburgh to Oslo using FSNav 4.5 and used the brilliant David Chester VC-10 to fly it in the virtual cockpit. weather is winter with light snow, light winds, and lots of cumulus and stratus clouds. I have saved the situation during descent in several places. Every time I load the saved situation at 10,000' or 7000', the ASI jerks to zero at some point during the descent for a period, and the STALL indicator illuminates at the exact same moment in the cockpit although my airspeed is still 240-250 knots. The autothrust nonetheless then kicks in to max N1 and I dive at speeds of up to 20,000'/min. At about 3000-4000' MSL, the dive eases of…

Hello all,I posted this in the Navigraph support forum but I'm not getting any replies so I was hoping someone here might be able to help. Here it is. I just finished updating my Wilco Airbus Series FMS with the latest Airac Cycle. After my first update I received a message when the aircraft loaded up that stated " the airac cycle of the saved flight plan does not match the current database". I clicked on OK and the message didn't come back. But now that I have updated for a second time the message appears every time I use the aircraft. Is this normal or is there something else I need to do?ThanksScott

Can anyone tell me what FS9 is doing when I get the splash screen up - before the progress bar appears showing terrain loading etc.? It takes an age to get from the blank splash screen to the loading progress bar showing: if I knew what FS9 was doing at that stage, I might be able to lighten its load a bit, shortening startup time.Thanks,Martin

Hi,I recently merged the CLS A330/A340 with the PSS A340 panel series.My issue is that the wingviews are missing - they're essential for me.CLS did something very very stupid and in inapprehensible, meaning the wingview can be activated through a clickspot in their panel.I however don't want to use this one as the PSS' panel comes with way more system depth and.Did anyone solve this problem? I would be very grateful for a solution.I tried editing the respective panel.cfg but I'm just receiving insufficient results.Regards,
