Hi,I am sure that at least some of you have tried flying freeware Bucker Jungmann designed by O.Fischer. I am really fond of this aircraft but I cannot find the mixture lever on the 2d or vc cockpit. After a take off, when leaner mixture is required I got this message about the problem and of course Alt+X solves it, but isn't in a bit unreal?Has anyone found this little tricky lever at a mentioned model?Kind regards,pawjer

Hi there- I downloaded the Scottish Pioneer STOL by Mike Stone, installed it in the aircraft folder, and gauges were put into gauges folder, yet I still have some missing gauges. Find enclosed a screenshot of the cockpit. Also for the life of me, I cannot start it. Battery power and fuel pump is on, but when cranked, it does not start.(have tried giving a bit more throttle at startup, but no luck) Has anyone tried this aircraft, and could suggest a few things to cure these 2 things? I've downloaded Ken Mitchell's add-in panel to the IFDG Airbus A320 and would like to change the keyboard command for the GPS window back to shift-3 (from shift-5) like it is for all the FS9 default aircraft. This means I will also have to change the bottom panel keyboard command from shift-3 to shift-5. Is there a way to do this?Thanks.

I have been trying to get activecamera back on my system after a complete reinstall. I have looked at all the tips online and tried removing AS and even used the registry tools to try to resolve this issue. No luck. Does anyone have a clue what to do. I can see my registration info in the AS window but it says its a demo. I can't seem to locate anyone from the developer to maybe help me. thanksanthony

In all the years I have been flight simming I have yet seen a respectfull Gulfstream product. I would think with the abilities out in the markets now some major player in the flight sim market has not developed a decent GV5 or G550, Especially withe fact the capibilities of the aircraft. Hi there, I have been trying to get the CanarySim scenery to work on my system without success. My first problem was it would not recognize the fs9 folder, I sorted this out in the registry but it still would not load without lots of cfg errors. After manually placing the CanarySim folder in fs9 it has loaded without fault, the main problem now is the auto loading process has removed the default scenery but there is no new scenery showing any ideas anyone.Andy

Hello everyone. Just wondering what is the best regional airliner add-on for fs9? I fly with PMDG 737 mostly. Sometimes PMDG 747 but It's pretty big for small airports. I want to fly with something smaller but fully equipped with FMC, VC, Weather Radar etc... is there any suggestions? How about ATR 72? Are there any pilot mate who expert in ATR? cheers

Ok, I know the two aren't compatible and the patch from Capt. Keith to make it compatible hasn't yet materialized. So...Does anyone know what anomolies present themselves from this incompatibility? I read a post elsewhere in this forum about a tree at the end of one runway. Otherwise, what other negative effects could one see running these two programs together?Thanks.

I'm a newbie here with a problem I've never encountered in all my years of flight simming.Shortly after I installed ACARS and fleet aircraft when I joined my VA I started to have pan view problems (unable to prove this is the cause) When I attempt to pan with the hat switch the view will start in the requested direction then snap back to forward view and continues to oscillate between forward and desired direction of view for as long as the hat switch is held in the desired direction of view.This is happening in both fs9 and FSX.In FSX I tried the mouse pan view and the view will at least move in the desired direction but when stopped the view will hold for 2-3 seconds an…

I have a FS9 CTD problem.When CTD FS creates NAVLOG0.htm file in same directory of fs9.cfg. And it shows message "There is no active flight plan." in NAVLOG0.htmI tried to delete Fs9.cfg and restart FS. However still I get CTD.How can I do? Please help me!

The wing lights have been modelled but they do not shine on the wing or engine nacelles. They are small white dots only. Does anybody know how to edit the files to make them do so? (If it is that simple to fix...)Thanks!JS

I just wanna know, do you just have to download and install the Final Upgade package for the F/A-18 Hornet from Daisuke? or is this package the only one you need, so you don't have to have the original F/A-18 package with upgrades 1 + 2, please tell me.Tell me if this is the only package I need to install, please.

Just wondering, which downloads do I have to install for the FA-18 Super Hornet by Daisuke, I have the upgrade 1 + 2 and the Final Upgrade package from AVSIM! Is the final upgrade package the fully upgraded one or do I just use Daisuke's Super Hornet the original with Upgrades 1 + 2 or do I have to just install the "final upgrade" package which includes the aircraft? I have searched the fora and can't find this directly addressed, although I'm sure I'm not the first to ask.I have realism set to "detect crashes" but have also tried with this setting disabled. When the aircraft crashes, the sim automatically restarts at the beginning point of the flight or the last saved flight point. Is there a way to disable the automatic restart? I'd also like to do this in FSX.Thanks.

I was about to make a backup of FS9 (after several months of work on it) and I started all my planes to doublecheck that everything was OK. I noticed that Paco's ATR-72-500 has a major problem with the gauges not showing up properly aligned on either panel (2D and "VC"). I went to various forums (including this one) and found out that these panel gauges are intended to work only with FS2002. Paco apparently was intending to create a version for FS9 but backed out, apparently because he got angry with the community in general due to some guy posting his wonderful aircraft as being FS9 compatible even though it isn't (the gauges anyway) and without his consent. I have just uninstalled FS9 and reinstalled it as I believed it was needed after tampering with bits I didn't really understand. My problem is that all the old settings I used before have been remembered and I want rid of them to start completely from fresh and not mess around with stuff. I'm running Vista, 250 Gb HDD, 4GB RAM, AMD Athalon Dual Core 3800+ processor, 256ATI Radeon X1300 pro graphics card. It has run well on this system but i want rid of all my old files, if there is any help I would appreciate it.....

Hi everyone.Since I added a load of new ai traffic I've been having problems of ATC not picking up the names of the airlines, just using a flight number.Does anyone know where I can download and how to install a voice pack to include some more obscure airlines?Thanks

Hello folks. I have a big problem. FS9 crashes blue screen of death when I'm switch to side views or press "S" ... Blue screen caused by nv4_disp.dll. I tried all possible solutions such as driver update, format, even re-install XP and x64bit verison but still no luck. Especially, with PMDG. fs9 default A/c seem ok but I don't wanna use default and unrealistic garmin gps... people say it's a graphic card driver issue but noone has the solution yet. this thing drive me crazy.any help will be appricated.

Hello I don't know what to do!!! I have 208Gb free of disk space, 2Mb of virtual memory and the NVIDIA Gforce 8600GT. After 10 minutes of flight the computer gives a message of run out of disk space and shuts down FS. This happened after I install the MD11. Do any of you have a solution for this!!!! Hi to Al andl especially to any technical gurus out there,For the first time ever and after many years of FS experience, I got a black screen during a normal FS9 ATC vectored descent to a new addon airport at about 20 Nm distance. FS9 was no longer "responding" and had to be shut down.In the WindowsXP Home event viewer it says: fs9.exe; 9.0.0.30612; facilities.dll; 9.0.0.30612; 0000f558.Does anyone know what this means ? What does the facilities.dll do ? Could it have something to do with the facilities at that airport ?Thanks in advance for any ideas.Hans

I feel a little silly asking this, but here goes. I have ordered a 22x dvd/rw for my new computer. Will I be able to load FS9 using I believe more the more tradtional Cd's that come with that package. Many thanks. Tristan. ps A simple yes or no will suffice.
