Can't reshape, resize or edit some gauges. When moved they are blurry and you see the path they take when moved on the main screen. I have to save and reload the .cfg to see the whole gauge since the selector for it is suddenly very small. (Didn't used to be)I can't move etc and when I resize it only shows half of the gauge being resizable. I have to save and reload it to see if the whole gauge is in right place. Any ideas on how to fix it? I've uninstalled and reinstalled it...Please please please reply, i'm desperate

I have placed the Aerosoft PFD into my other S-70 panel via fs panel studio, but it doesn't seem to work. When I load the aerosoft SH-60 it works fine just in my hovercontrol 70mb S-70 (hovercontrol's), panel it doesn't. How do I make it work?

Can someone help me clear this up?

Since I mailed Xtre Prototypes and asked them if they will make Learjets for fs9, and the answer was no, I wonder, is there any way how to tweak, modify or fix the FSX Learjets into fs9?I dont know, maybe its impossible, but IF it works it would be great!!!Has anyone done such things before, tweaking an FSX machine into fs9?Please let me know if You know how to to this.Best RegardsPer

Hiya,Currently using Fs9 and was wondering if there was anyway to activate the autobrakes(i.e. to make them work) in the posky 737 series of aircraft? I've tried changing panels, reading the aircraft.cfg file and the .AIR file as well and everything seems to work fine(and look similar to other non-posky 737 with functioning autobrakes). Also searched the forums for anything related to this and haven't really come across any topic relating to what i'm after (maybe i didn't search properly). But, please...if there's anyone who can help me or direct me to where i can resolve this issue, i would be very greatful.ThanksWaly

Good evening guys, I was just wondering if anyone here has the FDSFX voice pack for American Airlines. The file name is fdsfx_american_airlines.zip. I found it here on Avsim, but because of the hack, it's been lost. I've been looking for this file for a while now.If anyone has this file, could you please PM me with it? Tip - 4:3 aspect ratio on a Widescreen display (2D panel stretching)This tip is for ppl who fly 2D panels, and don't like oval gauges (2D panel stretching) on a widescreen display.It's called "Manage custom resolutions" which will allow you to run FS2004 in full screen mode, on a widescreen display, with a 4:3 aspect ratio. It's not a perfect solution, but one that works, as I don't like flying in windowed mode.The steps below are written based on my setup and using the "newer" NVIDIA Control panel. Hi everybody i hope someone could explain that.My FS9 was working nice then i went abroad for about 10 days and since I came backmy FPS doesn't want to go higher than 9 to 13 fps no matter which plane i use or scenery.I got 13 fps with the cessna at the default seattle. If in external view the FPS are OK but each time i seat in the cockpit it drops.Of course this is with full traffic and almost all sliders to the right.Did not have this problem before and my comp was closed and unused since then....I checked the CPU ,RAM and graphic card with cpuz and speedfan and evrything looks fine.CPU is 6600 2.40ghz that i push to 3.40 ghz when using FS . Hello to all,hope you can help,I have recently Reinstalled FS9, and slowly installing all my addons,the sim is running very well and with a new Nvidia 9800, my eyes have stopped there habit of stuttering 24hrs a day!! I have just downloaded Real Environment Pro,a superb freeware my thanks to them.I need to adjust my "Display-runway lights-surface-scalar= Etc in my FS9cfg.My problem is there is no such entry in that folder and it has been checked many times,IT IS NOT THERE!!Any ideas you fine Simmers, Eddie,EGMH

Started having a problem with FS9 it will CTD to desktop almost immediately after entering the cockpit, or sometimes after 5-10 minutes of game time. Sometimes it crashes when I change cockpit views or view external. Its always the same error. Hi there,Guys I recently installed the Tinmouse v2 732 and updated my FSUIPC.After that all my twin engine aircraft including the 732, have a reverser problem. When I press the reverser key, only the left (ENG 1) reverser opens up. The right (ENG 2) reverser opens for 2-5 sec then switches off. I press F1 to return throttles to neutral, then press F2 again and the same. The No 2 reverser just goes back to idle itself.Could this be only one engine is working? The engine selection 'E' key is inactive in my system. And on take off, when I increase power; BOTH engines respond normally.Its happening to all my airplanes; Tinmouse 732, kitty hawk 737, Aerosim 737, CLS airbus 330…

I do remember seeing a document or listing of what all texture files were in FS9. i.e. it told you that 027b2*.bmp were forest textures and 039bs*.bmp were city/town textures etc etc.Does anyone remember where this is?Thanks.Paul.

I was looking at ANA's fleet and I see that they have a few Dash 8 300/400s in operation. So I'm curious to see what is out there for this plane. I did a search in the FS9 forum and didn't come up with any suggestions.Do you guys have any recommendations for a good Dash 8 300/400 airplane for FS9? Things I'd like to have: >>high detail VC >>accurate simulation >>good library of liveriesPayware or Freeware are both ok.

I know, ive seen the reviews etc, but what is actually better? Payware or freeware? Any ultimate enhancer that is unremarkable and better than anything out there?

Has anyone flown the PSS B772ER straight from the CD/Download?I've only flown it once, not a pleasent experience. Maybe because the Panel.cfg is aliased to the B772LR.Is there a payware version of the 300ER available?Ken

I see that many people on this and other sites have problems trying to locate the FS9EXE. and that includes me,I cured my problem as follows=Right click on FS9 desktop icon--click properties--Click Find Target.--this will take you to your FS9EXE.It worked for me,I hope this tip may be of help to someone.Regards to all,Eddie.

I have been looking for the past week for a merge for the PSS panel and the POSKY models for these planes. I have found several references to a merge here on avsim, but as the file library is down I can't get it, and I can't even find it when I look.Does anyone have this or is anyone using this? I think that the default landing lights are far too agressive on the ground, they cover a huge area and give off poor visibility.Also I would like to choose a new set of runway lights.Is there anyone out there who can recommend a good freeware file?Thank youBoaz.

You know, I've grabbed so many double-double combo's from that place while heading out to watch the jets land at KLAX...it's so cool. So that scenery's got the northern runways covered. Now how about someone doing the Proud Bird restaurant for the south end of the airport. It's got all those cool vintage aircraft outside of it and Northrop has one of it's aircraft assembly lines almost across the street. The building is about a mile long and we used to head over to the "Bird" for lunch to watch the jets land through the restaurant's huge windows. Just a thought...Markhttp://www.theproudbird.com/
