HiI am thinking of going to the CS 757, considering my disappointment with the QWings' one.I like the "realistic" and reliable addons such the Level-d 767 and the LeonardoDH MD80.Do you think this one will bring the same enjoyment?For example, how does it behave at take-off: can de-rate be used, does the FD work to maintain V2+15?Can you implement along track waypoints?ThanksGhiom

Is there a way to fix the elevation as shown in the screenshot? I have FSG's 19m, as well as UTUSA as well and some LV scenery, which when removed does not correct the problem. I do know that the terrain does get lower as one moves North & East from the airport, but I do know that there is no "cliff" at the end of the airport's boundaries.I'm running XP.Thanks for any help.Jim D.

Just a quickie.I used to use FSPassengers. And i have gotten back into FS9, and i started using TOPCAT. Good proggy that. But i miss the whole leveling up youre pilot thing.Can you use TOPCAT and FSPassengers together? ie: Load TOPCAT info then transfer to FSPassengers etc?RegardsMIke

Hi All,I am experiencing problems with FS2004 and I suspect these might be caused by Windows 7.Previously when running FS2004 on XP our multiplayer sessions were fine with very few problems.However ever since using Windows 7 the multiplayer sessions are extremely erratic with aircraft jumping all over the sky.Has anyone experienced something similar?Is there a way to rectify the problem?Thanks for your assistance

Hi All,I am a regular on line flier and apart from not being able to use IVAO "AI traffic" where one sees the other guys who are online, my online sessions run without problems.I would however like to connect to a local network, but in the multiplayer window the "Open multiplayer Session" button is grayed out.I would appreciate if anyone can shed light on this issue.Thanks

Just built a new computer w/ win7 on it and would like to set the LAA switch in FS9. I realize it takes a hex editor, but need the instructions on how -or- if there is a little utility to do it would be nicer. Where would i find either of these? Tried searches but it all comes up - about, why, but no howtos.TIARoman

Dreamfleet 727 or Just Flight 727 Pro?Been awhile since I've used a 727 - fs2002. And had used the various freeware 727's using the awsome panels by Richard Probst. But was thinking of buying one of the above mentioned products rather then the hassle of trying to get the freeware aircraft/panels/sound etc to all match up for fs9. But then again, are the payware products THAT much better then the freeware ones available anyway?Any help appreciated.Jonno.

Well folks, it's that time of year again and I thought I'd ask this question here this year instead of the PSS Forum in the hope that more people will see it: Has there ever been any kind of a "fix" for the PSS 757 cold weather (-8c) starting problem? I have the JustFlight 757 so I'm assuming it's the latest (last) version of the PSS 757. Has any one ever modified the aircraft.cfg file or the model file to allow an engine start in very cold weather -- other than the old ctrl-e command? I can't believe that after all this time some smart simmer hasn't figured out a work around for this annoyance. :( Thanks in advance . . .

Guys, In the development of KPHL we received a lot of help from simmers around KPHL looking to get a realistic airport scenery. We could not have done the airport without their help. The next SunSkyJet project as you may be aware is KDTW. Calling any simmers around KDTW who can provide help to us with making this project look like it does in real life. Thanks! Shez

My favorite turboprop panel, built with FSPanel in 2002, has developed a disturbing glitch ... not long after takeoff the electrical system fails. I check the Aircraft/Failures/ to see if any switches are set before taking off; then, when the electrical system fails, I check again and the box for "electrical" is checked. This is a recent development. I recently purchased a new new laptop with Windows 7 OS. I've been reading on Google that some folks have had issues running FS2004 after installing it on a Windows 7 machine. Have any of you had a problem with this OS and FS2004, and if you did what was done to correct it? I haven't installed the sim yet and if it appears that this going to be a can of worms I'll just stick with my desk top and Windows XP. Tom

Well, I am pretty sure the answer is no, but maybe some guru knows better...I have a problem in FS9 with my Level-D 767. There is some very annoying flickering of one or two cockpit instruments (RMI mainly). If I change from my resolution of 1920x1200 (in FS/options/display/hardware) the flickering stops, but at 1920x1080 I of course get quite a large black border at the top and bottom of the screen (possible, but not ideal solution). At the next resolution down, 1680x1050, the loss of definition is very marked (this is a 28" monitor), so that's not going to be an option for me..I don't suppose there is a way of creating a custom resolution in FS9 is there (one not in the…

Hi.Just installed WOAI on my computer with great success, but there is some things I can't figure out.Is it possible to disable the original AI in FS9? I got traffic set to 100%, is that the maximum? Or can I get even more traffic? I miss the long lineup for takeoff at EGLL.Great freeware btw.

I have to reinstall the system, so i have few questions.If i make a backup of fs9 folder from documents and settings, and place it back after reinstall, will FS9 work again? With registry fix of course...And, my FS is right now on other partition, but compressed, *windows compression* ( Opa's suggestion ) will it stay compressed after reinstall ? Thanks in advance.

Does anyone have an updated AFCAD for teh new Blueprint KIAH that encorporates STAR runways. Normaly IAH departs the 15s and 33s and lands on the east/west runways. Thanks for any help.cdog
