Hi, Yesterday I downloaded the long awaited up date of FS2004. It went well apart from three points I hope somebody can help me with, On start up the aircraft preview page is black, if I press Fly Now it goes to Seattle but the screen is only about 2/3 wide, the cockpit as no controls, and I can only go the virtual cockpit. The upper aircraft bar ie to be able to change views, simulation rate etc is also not there, which means I can't leave that screen or even turn off FS, I have to turn off my computer to shut down FS.

Hi all, I hope you are doing fine I would like some assistence with the following problem I have: When using FS9, (and FSX) on Windows 10 Pro - 64 bit, and with a USB external sound card, I get an annoying graphical stutter, for a microsecond or so, when talking to the ATC, or when another AI pilot is talking to the ATC.. I remember I had this problem years ago, on Windows 7, and for this reason I bought the sound card, which fixed this problem But now, on W10, it is there again.. Could someone please help me fix this stupid problem? I have googled this but I did not come up with a fix Thanks!

I keep seeing references to 'refresh scenery'How do you do that?

I appear to have lost most of the default airports and gained a mass of autogen trees and old buildings. I've tried changing seasons without it helping. It seems to be on most continents. When I go to "Go to Airport", there is only a choice of a handful of airports, eg. 42 for the whole of Canada, 46 for UK, etc. The only recent additions have been a couple of AIA a/c for traffic. Add-on scenery seems to work ok. World /scenery/asia etc. still seems to have all the APxxxx files they always had. If I use JABBGL, I can find all the airports which don't show up in "Go to Airport" which seems to confirm that all the APxxxx files are still there and intact. I can't thi…

Is there a way to make the clipboard larger? I am using the Ranainside sectional charts on it and it would help if I could increase the size of the clipboard. Noel

Hello All, I just installed fs9 on a newly installed Windows 10. Flight sim works fine but there is no sound with ATC communication just the written dialog. Does anyone know how to fix this. I have searched tirelessly on google to no avail. Thanks in advance Patrick

I recently obtained a new computer (Intel i5 8600k) running Win 10 and successfully installed FS9 along with a number of add-on aircraft. However when I try to install JF Airbus collection and JF Concorde Professional from the original discs the set up goes as far as the Install Shield box then disappears off the screen and likewise from the Apps list in Task Manager. I tried making the installer run in Win XP compatibility but it still will not work. Does anyone please have any idea what might be causing this.

Lately I have been flying helicopters and I have been looking for city scenery to add for my sim. One scenery that I never got (I don't know why) was FSAddon's Vancouver. Is this scenery still available for purchase (for FS9)? If so where?

I'm searching for this = ron_ez housez and buildingz.bgl & textures. I've found it as part of large sceneries - does anyone know where else it may be obtained from ? Thanks.

Sorry if this is not the correct forum, but I need help. I bought the iFly 737 NG for the fs2004 and instaled it. When I started, the dislplays shows "your fsuipc is illegal" and the aircraft doesn´t work. My fsuipc is the latest version, paid and registered. I tried to sign un into iFly forum this morning, and it says "registration approval required. Please contact the forum administrator" There is no place to contat the admin and I reiceved no info more than 8 hours before. Hi there, suddenly i have problems with the landing or taxilights. Normally you the light is transparent , you can see the runway. As you can see on the pictures the lights are not transparent. Hi everyone. I have sought after for a while now the Enigma Sim 737-300 Winglet Style. Does anyone have a link for it?

I have installed a new terrain texture around Bethel PABE, "cold grassland" with SBuilder, and it appears as a checkerboard pattern of what looks like two different textures. I had noticed the checkerboard effect in the default fs9 terrain textures before I installed it but didn't think anything of it and I was surprised when "cold grassland" showed up in the same way, as a new texture should just over-write whatever was there before. Any ideas?

Following a new drive installation I can't get a couple of things functioning as well as previously. First, for the 737 previously, I could turn on a dime on the taxiways with rudder pedals, throttle and toebrakes. Now, for some reason, its much harder to get a tight turn radius on 90 degree turns when moving forward again from a stopped position. I searched the topic and tried some of the suggested settings for the aircraft.cfg, but these only seemed to improve it by a little. Second, I lost my nearly perfect AA settings for my GeoForce 1070 card and none of the Nvidia Control Panel settings work very well. I also tried using latest Nvidia Inspector to app…
