Hey guys, Back in the day I had the (then still payware) B747 by RFP/VMAX. Sadly the homepage and the unoffical Forum are no longer available. Since the RFP747 became freeware many years ago, I wonder if anyone can tell me, if the freeware version includes all available patches and fixes, because on my externel harddrive I found two file (RFP_V2_10_Patch.zip and RFP_V2_June_Patch.zip). Had this panel for many years working fine but ,all of a sudden, it has stopped working with 'Missing Gauge' message in the EICAS square. Have tried reloading the a320 gauge etc. and panel from backup with no success. Any clues anybody? Regards Mike

Everyone, We will be making this version more along the lines of our KJAX2019 Edition release. What is planned: 1. Replace all the jetways with painted faded turquoise. 1a. Completely new texturing of all concourse buildings. 2. Replace the tarmac concrete. 2a. New lines and dirt on the concrete. Also nightmap. 3. Place light poles as needed. 4. Make stairs leading up to building entry/exits. 5. Ground clutter. Mainly recycling the KJAX vehicles, maybe repainted if needed for any specific airline. 6. Dear brothers, Today I met some problems with my beloved Flightsim. I had some shimmering in my FS and i thought: let's solve the issue to read something about it. So I did. I found some interesting posts from different people and I started to tweak some little things in my CFG and in my Nvidia Inspector. I started flying from FSDT KFLL and I looked really sharp. Nice! At first sight! Then I started to cycle around some aircraft and there it started. When arrived at the first AI-plane the scenery beneath it was very blurry at first sight. Everyone, I swear I'm working on it. Yesterday, 6 hours. Today, over 9 hours. Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy it or I wouldn't devote so much time to it. Might be calling on David Rawlins, a great modeler, to interject his magic into things like stairways, dusk illumination effects, etc. David was the mastermind behind KJAX2019 Edition. Everyone, I am not a scenery builder or designer by heart or talent. Most flight sim scenery creators have forgotten more than I'll ever know on this subject. That said, when I started out on this project of updating FS9 sceneries, it was aimed at making my own simulator experience better. Then I thought why not share with other FS9'ers these changes. If they like them so be it. If not, they can always revert back to their originals. As you know, most of my updates center around the Mach-1 Group airports. Dear fellow Simmers Having purchased MCDONNELL DOUGLAS DC-9 FS2004 v1.0 last week from Sim Market The SP1 v1.5 for fs9 won’t update – has an error: “This service pack has already been installed on your system” Clearly this is an update from v1.0, original purchase to v1.5 the SP1. The listed updates/improvements, ie speed bugs for the airspeed indicator and wing views to name a few are missing in v1.0. Disappointingly there's been no reply from Sky Simulations via their email support service for five days now. If anyone can shed some light in my direction would be immensely appreciated. After FINALLY getting the patch to work on Windows 10, I have those black boxes and some crazy looking scenery on it now. I have searched and found various fixes that are either over my head (I know literally nothing about computers), or they haven't worked. Any ideas? Thanks!

Some users were bringing to my attention a large white square displaying under the scenery. After researching, this is a tell tale sign of an alpha missing. I fixed it this afternoon. Everyone, Greg Peters brought to my attention some anomalies and issues with this release. What happened is Mach-1 apparently, and unbeknownst to me, released (2) versions of BNA back in 2007. I re-did the 2020 Edition using the oldest version. Greg educated me on a newer version (v11) which had several changes including a missing texture. As a result, the past few days I have been re-doing my previous work to blend with version (v11) and you can expect a new full release forthcoming tomorrow or Sunday. Hello pilots! Is it possible to get more dense autogen and especially trees? I use ORBX textures, it has all good but not very dense autogen! EVO textures and AFS Mosaic has more dense autogen but I dont want to change textures! What can I do?

I am trying to find any recent information on this prolific aircraft designer. It seems that around 2007 his offerings ceased and his email address is no longer active. I know he had health problems (failing eyesight) and it's a good guess that by now his health has not gotten any better. Has anyone heard anything about him or has any idea how to contact him? Many of his newer designs would be great to convert to Native FSX and extend their life even further however his readme expressly prohibits any conversion of his models. It's for that reason that I would like to contact him. The urge to do it is great but I respect his desire to maintain the simplicity they were…

Due to computer crash I've had to reinstall FS9. I started will a clean slate and all went well. However, having updated to 9.1 standard I find that the NoCD patch will not install.. I get an error message saying that 3 dll's cannot be found and that's the end of that. The patch is a 9.1 NoCD patch. I really am at my witts end with this one.I thought I had seen everything that FS9 could throw at you but this one has goe me beat!!!! All the DLLs that are supposed to be missing are all present in the main FS9 folder. I am running Windows 10. Any clues would be much appreciated. Rgds Steve H
