I use MK Studios scenery for Warsaw airport and I have a problem with the ground textures that turn green. I dont think it's a bleed through problem (I could be wrong) because the green textures just pop on. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a fix for it?

Okay so I just installed FS9 on my machine, I normally use FSX but I'm just installing 2004 so I can fly the 777 again. My machine is an i7 2600K @ 4.6Ghz, 8GB RAM, Nvidia 580GTX, 2TB HD, Corsair H80 Liquid Cooling, Win7 64bit. Like I said I JUST installed it and downloaded the 9.1 update, its been a long time since I flew in this sim. Anyway, I changed some settings, display etc but my graphics are so bad, like daggered edges etc which I never got in FSX. I have a picture below. Maybe this is just because I only installed it 10 mins ago and I have a lot of tweaking to do but I'm not sure. If anyone can give me some advice on this and the best tweaks etc. My CFG is below.…

Is this still available anywhere /does someone have a copy? I see the -X- version but not the fs2004 version.Thanks

Hi all, I dont have enought to upgrade my machine completly...however for $119 I got a HIS Radion HD4670 1GB DD3 video card to upgrade my Sahirre Radion X1950 256MB GDDR3 video card that was crapping out. Then I got for $70 a CPU upgrade from my Dual Core 2.00ghz to a duel core 3.06ghz. Hopefully I will see some improvment for a small ammount of money. Oh, remember AGP? I still use that. Waiting for newegg to ship me the CPU, then I will change my cmputer specs on my sig.Thought I would share.Bill

Maybe it's me, but I'm having issues with the ISD Project's LIRF 2005 scenery. I did the install as described in the enclosed english-version .pdf, activated the rome landclass scenery first, then the LIRF scenery itself, and the scenery appears and looks gorgeous. The trouble is that ILS on 34L and 34R are not available (per the FS9 map view), although they both appear to be there. I even opened up the accompanying AFCAD in ADE and ILS is listed on both of the above runways, but apparently FS9 somehow doesn't "see" them. I did note that the AFCAD seems to contain ILS for all of the applicable LIRF runways, but these also seem present in the ...\scenery folder as separate…

Does AC allow you to assign preset views to buttons or keys in FS9 anything like EZDok for FSX?I know you can set presets, I just don't know how they are accessed. I don't want to install FS9 just to try AC, that's why I'm asking.

This morning I downloaded and tried to install the DBS Arpt GPS update FS2004 1.8.0. It said that it installed satisfactory but then my FS2004 would NOT boot up. It froze at the very 1st "load up" window. I tried 2 or 3 times with the same results.... lockup. THANK GOODNESS I ALWAYS SET A RESTORE POINT before installing something.Even the 1st restore ponit did't work. I had to go back to a restore point from yesterday 03-21-12 to fix the problem. I also tried to use the update for FSX DBS GPS but "it" said it could not find a certain ".ini" file( what ever that means).These might work for you, BUT.....if it ant broke DONT fix it. jerrycwo4

If anyone is using the Georender Alaska Cinematic photoscenery that was released back around 2005 with Aerosoft's PANC Anchorage could you tell me if there are any problems with the two together or do they integrate well?

HiI'm reading about Djerba X and low FPS with scenery shadows option checked.At the moment I have this option enabled.I'm curious, how much is better picture with shadows ON?Is it worth it to have it ON?Because as I read scenery creators disables shadows in their scenery addons (hardcode a NoShadow call in the models)Thanks

Every since I created the first nuke effect, I've been playing with it. Just like the original, I had it working for 8 or more months before uploading it. Well, now it's time to show what I've had for the last year or so. Check out the video of what I may release here pretty soon. Depending on feedback, I'm not sure if I want to make it payware or keep it freeware. I have alot of problems with people uploading my effect to other sites, or packaging it up with aircraft. After all the funds I have invested in this hobby purchasing FS9 planes and sceneries I am tonight flying EDDF-RJAA in a Project Airbus 380 in Lufthansa livery with a freeware panel and Trent sounds- and in combination with Active Sky, FS Navigator, and Feelthere MAP I am getting a very immersive result.There are so many freeware options out there and I am going to explore after this fantastic experience.Wondering what other pilots feel? Do you prefer payware or freeware?John

Hi GuysJust purchased this aircraft for something smaller to fly than my airliners ( Ifly 737, LDS 767, Dreamfleet 727) and I'm having a bit of trouble.Start with default Cessna 2D panel, shut down batts, avionics, ignition etc, load up Kingair 2D, follow checklist... power levers at idle, propeller levers fully forward and condition levers at cut off. Batts on, press right hand ignition button, let N1 build upto 12% and advance condition lever upto low idle, prop starts spinning, at or above 50% before i can switch off ignition button prop spools down as if no fuel is getting to engine, I am positive the fuel panel is set right. This may be a stupid question but here goes. I am using FS Commander 8 to develope flight plans and save them in Flight Simulator Files folder. When I go to load one of these plans in FS9, so that I can use it with GPS, I cannot find it in the plans list as this is saved as .pln and not as WX and Microsoft FlightSim data. I have selected the correct folder in FS Commander. What am I doing wrong. OS is Windows 7, Flight Sim is FS2004.

Hey All,I am huge fan of small GA twins, especially Cessna (400 series) and Piper (Navajo, Chieftain, Aztec). I used to fly them with my father when we ran a small charter company. I have been searching high and low for a decent twin, and I found one, and a really good one at that.I would have missed it if I blinked too, I found it at Simmarket, It's a Cessa T-303 Crusader by VirtualCol. Hello,I just came back to flightsimming after a 7 year hiatus. I know this may seem contrived but I need help with regards to the SImsoft Workshop A310 which I purchased all the way back in 2005. It seems like they have folded and there is absolutely no way to get the aircraft apart from purchasing it again which seems silly and is just not a sensible use of one's money. As such I am wondering if there are any simmers here who have the original installer file with the updates. AFAIK activation is with a code which thankfully I still have.
