I have just now gotten into Bush flying....Need to know some of the pay-ware bush planes out there...Looking for planes with floats, skis, and tundra wheel options....... LOL I am hooked on the new t.v. show Alaska Wing Men. Been flying big metal fin FS9 for a long time and I'm ready to go slow and low ;) All reference's are welcomed...............Thanks I know there is a Bush pilot forum, but not much activity there.

HI ! I'm new here and it's been a while since I played FS9 (sorry for my bad english)I just installed POSKY Airbus A340-300 Air Canada NC and I really love this plane (would appreciate info for a better one ) and the problem I have is : When ready to take off, i lower the flaps push full throttle but even at the end off the runway I cannot get the plane to lift up even if the speed is ok. It looks like it's glued to the ground but it finnaly takes off far away past the runway.Thank you and hope I was clear in my question.

Is it normal that the PSS Airbus aircraft in particular the A319, A320 and the A321 descend roughly 140-160nm away from the airport regardless of any STAR or Flight Level. I seem to get this a lot when flying and end up being at 10,000 feet with 50nm to spare. Seems very far to me. In addition, although I change some of the constraints, the PSS appears to ignore this and go ahead with the aircraft being at 10,000 feet 50nm before the airport.I was wondering if it was something with the ZFW perhaps? I use the US system in lbs and so my ZFW is around 124000lbs and I enter this into the MCDU. But nothing seems to change.Hopefully someone has been experiencing the same proble…

Hi,My brother and I just purchased new computers, both with Windows 7. When my brother tried to connect to the multiplayer session in FS9, he could not connect. I do have a router and he is able to connect to the Internet but he cannot connect to the multiplayer. It worked just fine on our older computers running Windows Xp. What things do I need to check to determine the cause?Ken.

Having a problem with the W/FT CRJ planes. During the approach (with approach armed) all is fine. As soon as the LOC is captured the aircraft begins a nosedive. It cannot hold the present altitude until GS intercept. Seems that support for this payware has gone away. Have read the docs and searched the internet for some clues but came up empty.

Just looking to see if someone can point me in the right direction here. I have a flight model problem with Feelthere's Phenom 100. I posted a thread on their support forum only to be told it's on my end. Hi, how do I decrease the brightness of the VC for an aircraft in FS9?.. On a bright day, when a pilot looks out and as his eyes get accustomed to the brightness outside, the cockpit gets dark in his peripheral vision. I would like to replicate this for the FS9 VC's, and for the add-on aircrafts as well. (The modified image is what I want it to look like)

I need some help in improving the engine simulation in the aircraft config file.At the moment, the parameters do not match the T56 from real data, but changing some of the figures (N2 speed, reduction ratio, min governed rpm) to 'real' values makes the performance fall off, the fuel value to drop but the torques and PTIT to become more realistic.I guess it's a case of juggling all the engine/prop parameters, but I don't know what all the parameters relate to, and was wondering if anyone had enough experience/knowledge to point me in the right direction. My credit card has been whispering seductively the past few days and I am trying to decide which of two products to buy. One is the Aerosoft/Digital Aviation Piper Cheyenne X. Can anyone tell me:a. Does it have good FPS? (My system specs are below but basically it's a "mid range" system for FS9)b. Does it recognize standard GoFlight module inputs? (as with iFly 737, Aeroworx B200, DF727)Pretty much everything else is answered in the AVSIM Gold Star review but those are two issues that are deal breakers for me these days.CheersIan

Hello all,About a month ago or so I saw advertised scenery I thought was on Avsim. It depicted waving weeds in the grass and leaves falling from the trees.Has anyone else seen this and refresh my memory as to where it is and who offers it.Thank you, Mike

Does anyone here have a clue why whenever I use a weather engine (ASV6 or REX) my aircraft always acts like I am flying thru a hurricane? The plane bobs all over the place, the airspeed is up and down, and on approach, the AP can hardly hold the ILS. All this with winds not over five or six knots. This occurs with all my aircraft and with both of the above mentioned weather engines. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi Guys,Not sure if this is the right forum or not so forgive me if it isn't.This morning I reinstalled Squawk box V 4.0 for FS9 on a Win 7 Pro 64 bit system. When I go to set the thing up I get a completely BLANK BLACK window - no information whatsoever or anything that comes close to what (according to the manual) I should be seeing.Despite that, I click on START - CONNECT and get the information window; however, nothing in the DROP DOWN menus, especially the SERVER details. I have seen a couple of "Work arounds" to the no Server Info however it doesn't tell you how to use it, which makes it pretty useless unless you know/understand what the poster is getting at, whic…

HiI have just bought via simmarket CS 757 today, the problem I seem to be having is that when some switches are clickable ( ie I can move them as normal) but some switches like Seatbel Signs, when I select to ON or AUTO or OFF, the switch doesn't move, but when I click external view by pressing "S" on Keyboard, and then I hear the Seatbelt Signs and then when I go back into the Cockpit, the switches have moved to the posistion I wanted it in, basically in that respect I have to keep going to external view, then back into Cockpit to see changes.The APU Selecter, well when I click onto it I get the arrow with the +/- but when I click to do something nothing happens, its as …

I am considering purchasing the Eaglesoft Citation X. It got a Gold Star award when it was reviewed on AVSIM so I have no doubts at all about its quality. But I have a couple of questions that were not addressed in the review and if someone can answer them I would be grateful.1. Does the FMS require manual input of Flight Plan information or can this be imported? If it can be imported, what format does it use? (i.e. standard FS9 or something else as with the iFly 737, LevelD etc?) I use FlightCommander 9.1 for flight planning and I'm pretty much addicted to the import function2. I have always noticed that the water in fs9 displays a wave type of surge. The texures look great but will surge into a blur every couple seconds. I just installed Real H20 and it is beutiful !! but I still seethe surges. It would be nice to see a constant texture. Has anyone seen this or have any ideas on how to stop the surges. ( all settings are maxed )regardsDoug
