I downloaded emb-120 Brazilia sounds from the library and for some strange reason I cannot hear the gear sounds. In addition when I start the right engine I can hear the startup sound and then the idle engine sound seems to disappear. The left engine starts up OK and the idle engine sound is also OK. Is there a fix for this? I cannot locate the author of the sounds. Thanks for any help! Airbus

DUPLICATE ENTRY - PLEASE DELETE I've been flying in MS Flight Sims for many years, but only utilizing fixed-wing aircraft. I've recently decided to try something different and start flying helicopters. Unfortunately, my experience has been a little frustrating. The copters that I have are extremely "hard" to fly. I have a yoke and rudder pedals. Are there any helicopters out there that are easier to control than others? Your suggestions and advice would be extremely appreciated. gwillmot

Hello all.Another repititive topic, forgive me for that. 4 payware aircraft add ons I have owned since 4 years ago, the legendary pmdg ng's, the pmdg's queens, Ifly and the last one is the infamous md 11.I finally have some spare budget to buy a new stuff to add depth to my old n tired fs9. I've been saving some to welcome pmdg's 777, but you know how the story goes.. So, I'm thinking to look elsewhere, UT asia crossed in my mind yet as I search on the inet, it is still no avail. Hi. Is it possible in group of bgl files, to find which one is landclass. I would like to move landclass files in separate folder to prevent mem leak. Thanks

I have a little annoying problem. Every time I start FS new scenery indexes are created and a new database are being built. This happens every time I start FS9 even if no changes in the scenery or anything else has been made. What could that be ?

Hi everybody I bought the Simavionics ISG set last week to give my old CLS birds a new lease of life. Whilst editing panel.cfg files is no problem for me with my trusty FSPS, I'm a bit lost in making the performance cfg files for the Smiths FMC, I mean the ones in FS9/ISG/Aircraft/ such as DC-10.cfg. If anyone has any of these files for the CLS DC-10, A340-500/600 and A330/340 sets I'd really appreciate them. Can't find anything at either the CLS or Ernie's site. Cheers, SLuggy

Hi all, When i use the filter airports option in fs9 evey state i choose show all the airports in that state. When i choose United States and Texas nothing changes, if i just looked at Maine for example all the airports are there, and then switch to Texas the state/ province box stays on Maine. Any ideas, just noticed this this morning. Nothing new added or removed in ages. Thanks, David

Hi, After I land and bring reduce my speed to around 10-20kts I turn on the autothrottle to maintain my taxi speed. However whenever I turn it on, the speed gradually increases and keeps increasing without stopping at my wanted speed. Even if I have my speed set to 1knot, the autothrottle will make it increase. I have my autopilots off and my flaps retaracted. This happenes to all aircraft not only particular ones. Is there something I'm doing wrong whilst I'm taxiing to the gate because this never happens when I takeoff, it only happens after landing. Is there anything I didn't do after landing? Thank You
