Hi all,<br /><br />Have a weird one. My night textures for clouds, runway and plane seemed to have changed.<br /><br />I have not done anything different to my set up of late, however, during a flight, there was a power outage at my house.<br /><br />The runway is green, grey and pink. The clouds look like reverse images or ultraviolet images and the plane has a distinct line down the center.<br /><br />This is only at night, day is fine. Hello , Today i see that all the Planes on the RG Flights LOWS Scenery are on wrong Parking Positions. They stand too much in front of the Position in the Scenery . I can remember that there is an solution for this Problem . The change of the AFCAD File brings no Changes in the Game. Thanks for help .

Can anyone help me locate a download for the base model of a BAe ATP by ProjectAI (PAI)?

Does this happen to anyone else or is it just me? I have just had this happen at Dubai, it happened also at Singapore, I scanned the AFCAD to see if there was a duplicate but nothing came up, does anyone know what's wrong? It's very annoying.

Has anyone downloaded this new FAIB 737 for AI traffic? How does it compare to the AIA 737-200/300/400/500 in terms of visuals and performance? Wondering whether its time for me to start updating my AI aircraft models again. Hi, I realized the new Boeing 727 HD Pilots Edition sound package at Simmarket. Does anybody use it together with the Dreamfleet B727? If yes, I'd been interested - if it's possible to install it easily into the DF 727 without having to change too much of Dreamfleet's plane configuration to keep all functions and non-engine-related sounds? and - how good it is compared to the sound originally delivered with the DF 727? I only remember a discussion about TSS' old B727 sound, concluding that it was more a "Passengers edition" playing the engine sounds too loud for the cockpit of a plane with tail-mounted engines. A "Pilot's Edition" should fix that, shouldn't it…

I downloaded the PAD Jetstream 31. Its a great little plane except that the HSI does not see the Glide-Slope signal at any airport. The signal is there but the HSI doesn't see it. I could sure use some suggestions. One fellow told me recently that he solved this some years ago by changing the entire panel to the default FS9 King Air panel. I tried that but it did not work for me. Obviously he is good at that whereas I am still on the steep part of the learning curve. I did manage to change panels successfully on another plane once which had good directions so I'm not helpless but I need guidance. What about just changing the HSI? JGSJW

Hey guys and gals, happy 2014 to you all. Not sure if there is such topic around, at least I do not see a recent one. Ok, if you are interested, put your top 5 of airport scenery's that are also having top notch scenery for the city area where the airport is located, i.e KJFK with NYC area, something like DRZEWIECKI DESIGN - MIAMI CITY 2012 FS2004 . Of course, the makers of the airport and the city area may not be the same. Here you go, cheers.

Lately I am experiencing an increase in flight plans dropped by ATC in my FS200 4 default system. Tower clears me for takeoff..........shortly after stowing my gear and flap retraction and complying with directive to contact Departure control I hear nothing further from ATC. Finally after droning on throughout a cruise climb in the wrong direction I call and refilel Last night while inbound to KSFO I realized that ATC had lost interest in me. I landed on my own. There are no cancellaltions just a lack of interest in my flight. JGSJW

I notice this with quite a few of my FS9 add ons. I can eliminate this by editing the Fuel Flow Gain in the aircraft cfg from say... 0.002 to 0.6, but the downside is the engines respond extremely quick to changes on the throttle when I'm controlling it manually. A small price to pay to eliminate the problem and something I can live with since my autothrottle hunting problems only seem to happen with some "lite" airplanes. I'm still curious if anybody know what causes this issue?

the auto throttle on my 747 doesn't hold the speed I dial in after take off do I need the auto pilot on for it to work?

Hi !! when i fly an IFR plan the fs2004 default ATC used to tell me to turn to a specific heading when needed !! but now i've switched to Pro flight emulator which i find more realistic ! but with the same IFR plan this PFE doesn't tell me to change heading when needed and i find my self way off course !! and when that happens PFE's ATC tells me this check position you seem ( some miles ) away from airspace or sth like that !! can someone explain to me all these !! and what is check position and report position !! Thank you !

Hello all, I have recently re-installed my fs9 after some computer problems. All went very well, thanks to excellent advice from Dillon. Only one major problem which I cannot solve. I re-installed the Maddog, the plane which I love to fly. Now the problem is that whenever I choose that bird, I can not turn any switch or knob. And the hold plane is in a bizzard looking state. Every knob and switch are turned on and I can not turn them, my mouse does not work, altough it is working on another planes. So: how to make the Maddog load cold and dark??.

I've downloaded a few Bluesky photo scenery packages to try and have come across something I have not had with photoscenery before. The photo tiles tear apart, and the default scenery pokes through in many places. I have tried to put the scenery at highest and lower priorites, and also disabled high res FS genesis mesh, but it makes no difference. This attached pic is near Reno. you can also see the tiles are up in the air, not really moulded to the mesh. The nearby Reno airport is half covered by the photoscenery. I always thought photoscenery was excluded by airport afcad files.

Howdy! Descent rate - Okay, so, I recently downloaded iFDG A319-111 EZY, it was easyjet.. obviously by the EZY lol, however! My descent rate and even climb rate are so slow it is unreal, I have my autopilot on, and ATC will tell me the usual "descend and maintain _____" so I will then I constantly get old by ATC to descend "please expedite your descent to _____". It gets to the point where I have to switch off the altitude hold button and descend the aircraft myself, which I do not want to do when I am also trying to prepare aircraft for landing. Should I maybe delete and reinstall the whole game? Or just the addon I downloaded? Oh also, I have tried all the meth…

Hi: i wonder if there's any program that calculate v1 , vr and v2 of a specific flight and aircraft giving the weight and type of airplane in a flight !! i want to use it with fspassenger when i start a flight it gives me to put in what are the v1 ,vr and v2 ! but i don't know what to put !

Hiya! This is my first post on the avsim forum, and I recently purchased the quiet brilliant St Maarten scenery by Fly Tampa, and wanted to do a supersonic transatlantic trip in an Air France Concorde from Paris. However I don't have much information regarding a realistic flight plan specifically for the Concorde on this route, as I understand a real Concorde has actually flown there. I choose my flight plan, aircraft, weather etc, then I press 'fly now', but when I get to my aircraft, rather than it starting like normal - autopilot off and all on 0, normal simulation rate, parking break on etc, instead mine now has: autopilot on altimeter and heading hold buttons on altimeter at 26000 heading at 290 the altimeter is wrong (normally it says a low number on the altimeter as we are on the ground, but now it is saying I am at 400, and when I move it back it says "your altimeter is set incorrectly'. Sometime back WILCO released the 737 pic evo 2d panel upgrade for fs2004. Soon after, they released a patch for this which corrected the LNAV behaviour. Can someone please tell me where I can find this. I did not purchase the upgrade from wilco directly, but from some other site (maybe eric marciano's site) but I can find no mention on his site about this patch or the panel upgrade. Hey Guys I;ve decided to create a Topic on Performance Tweaks for FS9 I just recently Installed FS9 On my older PC To Be honest it doesnt run that bad, Ive added alot of Scenery,Aircrafts. I read about a nifty tool that searches for Missing Alpha Channels in the FS9 Root directory and atumatically fixes them. Ive done that along with a few FS9.CFG Tweaks and i mus say it runs flawlessly. With 60% fuel load get following fastest indicated speeds on the 1900D. @ 10,000 ft. 218 KTS = 250 MPH @ 15,000 ft. 214 KTS = 246 MPH FS indicates cruise @ 10,000 to be 300 MPH, (260 KTS) with full load I presume. Have never reached 260 KTS Any ideas why? Makes the trips significanly longer.
