OK, I'm probably doing something dumb here. I have Xpax installed on a remote machine. Everything has gone well, no problems, except the videos all show a night time scene. I'm in the UK and it's day time.I've set the time and date on the FS machine. How do I get daytime vids?Bud

Fist times I started Xpax it worked, now I get the following error each time. Hello, I just bought Xpax tonight, and its great. However I had to update my FSUIPC and I did, not registered though. I don't know if that matters, but anyways I am having this problem that I never had before. When I start loading the aircraft the Sim starts making these weird flashing graphics. Like the whole picture just flashes white lines all over the place. And then it stops for a bit and then starts again.Again never had this problem. What could it be? My drivers are 163.75 XP Pro for the 8800GTX.

Hi,this is a great little program to make our flightsimming experience a little more realistic as well as adding a chuckle factor to it all.Is the any way to save an XPax state based on the status of a flight. Intercontinental flights in real time (a necessity when flying for a VA) sometime do need to be saved and resumed at a more convenient moment. Is there any way XPax could read the aircraft state at the moment of the save and restart at the same postion as it left off? eg. number of pax and their respective approval ratings plus aircraft stats such as altitude etc?If I may also make a suggestion...it would be neat if we could have a bit more interaction between fl…

Hi,Should the memory usage of the process xpax_engine.exe be up to 202,000 kb? I don't think it should. I have noticed once Xpax is minimised to the System Tray, the memory usage in the task manager slowly climbs higher and higher. If you maximise and minimise again (not to system tray) the usage drops to around 5-6,000 kb (which is what I would expect usage to be).Using Fs2004, XP SP2, 2Gb RAM, P4 3.4 Ghz, X1650Pro 512Mb, used PMDG 737-700, Active Sky 6.5, Flight Keeper, FSHotSFX and RC4.1Please let me know if you want any more info.ThanksJonathan

I just noticed XPax Engine keeps running in the backround as a process even when the program is shut down.

Just because I thought it was cool. Also notice the FPS. Who says FSX can't get above 20fps with decent graphics.Notice the lightning upper right. HiJust tested it out. Fortunately no serious bugs at all. I have few questions-the cabin announced the descent while I was not planning at all to land-how to deplane?? I mean I stoped near the gate, turned off the engine and opened the door. What are they waiting for?

I added a couple new freeware planes to my FSX /simobjects/Airplanes folder today but XPax will not add them to its listing when I start it up. It already has all my other 3rd party and default aircraft listed though from previous startups.Is there something i can do to make XPax re-read my /simobjects/Airplanes folder and add the new aircraft?Thank you for your continued support.

Hi, I just crashed short of the runway because of engine trouble. I expected being flogged by Xpax, but the nice lady just said that we had landed, and please remain seated while we taxi. Then the sim reset, and I got a new manifest. Shouldn't a crash have a negative impact on the rating?

Would it be possible to split Xpax and Active Sky into two different fora? I'm trying to keep up with ASX posts and they're being drowned by Xpax ones since it's so new.Just a thought!

In the Options menue there is two boxes to enter data.One: " Select Radio"Two: " Enter Frequency "Documentation does not tell anythiong about those two.In the documentation the boxes are also not shown at all.Hmmmmm !??Carl

The aircraft performance data is obviously taken from the respective aircraft.cfg-files. and from different sections. Some of the aircraft.cfg files haven't sorted the data in a proper way, hence x-pax show incorrect data if any data at all.I have tried to edit some of the aircraft.cfg files to correct the wrong data. X-pax does not respond to that, even if I close the x-pax and reopen it.Why is that ?I want to see the correct aircraft performance data in x-pax for which ever aircraft I choose to use.Carl

I fly in full screen mode. Activesky is fine with this as I don't use an activesky window during flight ops. Does Xpax run the say way or is one forced to fly in windowed mode to use Xpax properly during flight ops?Randy Jura, KPDX

Is there a location to edit incorrect stats so we can correct them instead of un/reinstalling?

Thank god, the the rate of the dollar is at a historical low, at least that counts for me as a european. The first problem is that there is no step by step manual, for example, where should i install xpax?. I use fsx, and i installed xpax in the fsx main folder, but xpax is unable to find any of my planes, it is not able to open doors or able to board automatic, i can see it should in the program.Here i might suspect that this addon is tested in FS9 and not or far less in FSX. The fs9 period is over, in the past, so let it rest and give FSX a boost, and let fs9 fans bust. A other problem is, that i hear the whole flight boarding calls and chatter from the departure hall, …

Hi-I've installed ASX and I seem to get flashing of the screen as I'm flying and the weather changes subtly. This isn't a scheduled download of weather that I've set for every 30 minutes. Is ASX updating weather as I'm flying over weather stations? Is there a way to minimize this? Also, it doesn't occur when I download the default weather thru FSX.Thanks,Mark

IN FS9 flawlessly?Like no hitches no problems/crashes? etc Right from the word go.I think this product HAS a HUGE potential to out shine FSPassengers, but at this time i feel its a RUSH out the door before christmas feeling.I maybe wrong. I got it because it sounded very interesting and it would put a bit of candy into what FSPassengers has. I dont run FSX. Although i do have it. But because its a lead laden cow to run i wont put it on to run XPAX.So i hope there are some VERY early updates to fix the FS9 user issues :)Mike

Ok it installed ok so to speak, but it wont connect to FS9 and after say about 5min my graphics in FS start to corrupt.It always says sim disconnected.Im not using FSX at all.I hope you are going to make this FS9 freindly (installation/connection wise)Anyway i hope this product outruns FSPassengers :)Also i uninstalled and reinstalled because im unable to get a cfg file installed. for some reason i cant get it to work. i have sky x etc working ok BUT xpax keeps telling me fs is not running. I launch fsx through xpax as well. Any help would be great please
