Sometimes I don't have time to do a complete flight in FSX. But you know how it works: sometimes you just want to take a look at what you have right there in your desktop... just a quick glance at that virtual world. ... This often happens when you've just got yourself a new airplane, too, and want to look at it -- something you don't have much time to do while flying the thing. So that's what I did yesterday and here are some screenshots of LGAV, featuring not exactly the gorgeous 77W ( :rolleyes:) but... well, LGAV's life around the 77W. Hope you guys like it, and thanks for viewing. Also, feel free to post your owns screenshots in this theme.

There's been a lot of hype about ORBX OpenLC and a lot being written before people have even used the product, so I thought I'd do a quick flight, give you my initial impressions and share some screenshots from the journey, including "before and after" style comparisons between the sim WITHOUT Open LC and WITH OpenLC so that you can evaluate the difference. ...here is a very realistic shot coming into the start point to view the 300 foot rock cliffs of Pictured Rocks National Shoreline. This is with Pilot's Global 2010FSX edition Mesh. It is very realistic to view...as I had just gone there two weeks ago, to take the boat tour to the Pictured Rocks. This is in FSX. All around Munising, Michigan...the mesh is doing its thing to bring out all the realism! Pictured Rocks is a national monument...so too bad that FSX and P3D does not have it as photo-real. Oh well..I'll just have to mind-paint the rocks, cliffs, and sand dunes myself...lol Back to the boat tour...ASN is threatening a nasty blow on Lake Superior...…
