- Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
- No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
- AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.

This was a smooth flight, except for the very rough turbulence below FL180 on departure. BAW181, 77W Route: EGLL CPT1A CPT UL9 KENET UN14 BAKUR DCT NETKI DCT RESNO NATC RIKAL N302D TOPPS J581 ENE PARCH1 KJFK Planned arrival: 0120Z @ 14.1t fuel, effective 0059Z @ 14.1t The highlight is that I flew the extremely nice Canarsie approach for the first time (yes, in all those years! FSDT really did it well), chasing the "white rabbit" was amazing, the T7 is really meant to be hand-flown! Just out of the clouds (and the turbulence) Climbing Over the pond Arrived in JFK Unloading baggage Stepping out after a job …

Shalom and greetings all my pals, Interesting fact about the DC-9-10 series planes is that it had very short mileage range which was about 600 nautical miles if using full 90 passenger load factor. This kind of plane made it useful for short hops between major cities such as Montreal and Toronto or Montreal and Ottawa or NYC and Boston or so on. Some airlines such as Eastern managed to extend the range to 1,000 nautical miles by using 50 seats instead of 90 seats. Cayman Airways had leased DC-9-14 for a year or so finding it useful for short but important hops between important cities. Presenting Cayman Airways DC-9-14's short hop flight from MWCR Owen Roberts Interna…

Decided to fly a short hop after months and months of not touching FS due to real life commitments. Good warm up flight and I'm hoping to pull another super long haul flight in the coming days, so I'll have more to share. Today's flight was the real life equivalent of EK511 using a trusty old 777-300. A6-EMX had the honor of flying this short but fun hop. Parked at the gate in Delhi: Pushing back: Taxing to the active: Lining Up: We're relatively lightly loaded today so it's a powerful rotation: Wingview of the clouds: Descending: Lined up, slightly nose up: Vacating the runway: Almost seems like product placeme…

Picked up EGLLv3 from UK2000, so I decided to do QTR7 from OTHH to EGLL. Was a really nice flight, and upon hitting Europe I had most of the region covered with ATC, which was great! I'd taken an extra 1000kgs of fuel expecting quite a bit of weather devs. for storm activity over Eastern Europe, however, luckily for me, the storm had moved by the time I got to the area, and was just off my flightpath. Anyway, enjoy the pictures! Pushback and Engine start while admiring the lovely scenery by Taxi2Gate. A really splendid job. PAX saying goodbye to to Concourse B. Rocketing out of OTHH with a lovely sunset on the horizon! …
