The AVSIM Screen Shots Forum

Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here.  Please follow image posting rules (below).  Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).

Screenshot Image Posting Rules

  • Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own.  See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
  • Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
  • Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
  • No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
  • AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
  • Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

Another fine scenery from UK2000 in FS2004: It has its share of GA and airliner action… But it has room for helicopters as well, centre stage. The large operators base here for oil rig and wind farm service Plenty of Augusta Westland, and Sikorsky The AI helicopters come courtesy of Flight 1’s AI helo package, and the excellent UTT Sikorsky and EC120 packs. There are some static models included in the scenery too. Here’s a nice repaint from Forum colleague edetroit on the Nemeth Sikorsky S-76, feels right at home: https://youtu.be/KC0c-E7bLEY Ed researched a little and found that the helo traffic is treated like f…

  5. Hello fellow pilots ! I am conveying a Turbine Duke from America to Europe. For the first leg of my trip, I took off from Shefferville (CYKL, Canada) to Nuuk (BGGH, Greenland). About 800 nm of which 600+ over the cold waters of the Northern Atlantic Ocean. The first pic below shows the flightplan a few minutes after starting the engines in the freezing cold morning mist of Canada.

This got me started on the screenshots... must be a windi day and someone forgot to tie down !!! Let's hope out there for a smooth flight, and this not to be a sign of things to come...!!!
