The AVSIM Screen Shots Forum
Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here. Please follow image posting rules (below). Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).
Screenshot Image Posting Rules
- Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own. See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
- Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
- Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
- No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
- AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
- Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

Hello all, Just a quick post in the screenshot section to share with you this great painting for the A2A C172 Trainer. N734NK is a real 172 Cessna, I was lucky to rent last December'15, in San Diego. It's called "The Bad Pirate" and here is its web site : http://www.pirateaviation.com/. The A2A texture had been made by Eberhard Haberkorn and is available on A2A forum : http://a2asimulations.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=107&t=36611&p=402218#p402218 The real Cessna at home, in San Diego, Montgomery Field (KMYF) A2A C172 in Santa Barbara, scenery by Orbx SOCAL The Bad Pirate at Palm Springs (KPSP) parked in front of Atlantic FBO. No livery will ever look as graceful as this one in my opinion. Beautiful! Having fun with the failure of the #4 hydraulic system and resulting in the outboard gear failure. Similar to BA295 earlier in the year. Nice systems modelling!

I picked up a 43" Sony Bravia 43X830C last weekend that was on sale at Fry's. I've always wanted to see our sim in fabulous 4K. The image sharpness and color is beyond incredible! Too bad these jpegs can't do justice to what I'm seeing on the screen. My modest system is running both sims very well at 4K but I'm about due for an upgrade- just waiting on the 980GTX Ti to come down in price..

I've used all the big guns from 2002 through to FSX, but this one reigns supreme.....and this one I'm using is currently in FS9 which says a lot about it. Biased perhaps being I'm a HUGE 747 fan. Who isn't? Plenty of shots, all on the ground. Why? It's the complexity and systems modelling that is stunning. Some of these pics look the same, but some subtle differences for the keen eyes! Messing about with various failures is great fun. I'm having a ball flying this one religiously. Fps is a zero issue. The sound is magnificent. The options for engine variants and cockpit set up etc is a huge plus. Where it more then shines though is the FDE. Cross checking i…

Hi all! Don't know if there are any Florida simmers, here, but I wanted to point out the release of my Peter O Knight scenery for FSX. This is my home airport (where I did my flight training IRL), and also one that has seemed to been overlooked in the flight sim world. All building are custom models, and photo scenery for the airport has been included (including night scenery). Available now in Avsim's library... Enjoy, Jeff
