The AVSIM Screen Shots Forum
Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here. Please follow image posting rules (below). Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).
Screenshot Image Posting Rules
- Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own. See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
- Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
- Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
- No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
- AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
- Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

A few quick pics (on a cloudy day) of this somewhat remote airfield in eastern LI NY. Mostly dirt and grass and tricky to get in and out of. I'm using the Carenado C210 with Realty expansion Pack (kinda like accusim for x-plane). Makes this my favorite GA plane for X-plane at the moment. It just feels right. I got to fly into the airport once in the 80's and and from the air, its hard to spot. I believe the actor Cliff Robertson, kept one of his planes parked at this field. Rob

Aftermonths of heavy RW commitments and precious little FS time mostly spent on development work, I at last had some time for some leisurely flying. Just puttering around some favorite locations in VFR mode, buzzing the clouds. I added a 4th cloud layer to Active Sky along with some visibility tweaks and it has made a wonderful difference to the cloudscapes. Taking of at EDAZ. Climbing out. Almost at my cruise altitude of 4800 feet. Puttering along at 4800 feet. Moved over to Wales. Skirting a cliff of clouds in a snazzy ride. A Milton Shupe Beech D-18 adapted for FSX including VX which works very well in FS9!

I like to fly 'missions' with many of my aircraft, since I don't really fly airliners or airline routes. After recently flying the Kirby's King Air to Isla Sorna from Jurassic Park 3, I thought I'd try the movie Capricorn One, about a faked Mars mission. Here we are at Houston Intl (predawn), loading up astronauts and their families for the flight to the Cape, three weeks prior to launch. As we taxi out, Nasa 607, the sun comes up and the rain stops. Crossing the Mississipi Delta,,, Turning towards the Cape. Parked at the Skid Strip, with astronauts and families disembarked. Capricorn One launches in three weeks. Nex…

Greetings All, Some quick, random print-screen shots (snipping tool) over EGLL a few mins ago: I shouldve saved the images as PNG instead of JPEG because they did not come out so nice in JPEG. EGLL Extended ASN All ORBX Layers Softclouds REX Overdrive PMDG 737 25% AI Really good frames in my opinion...average between 27 jumping to 32 in cockpit...external up to 59. On 3.1 usually around 24 in cockpit, on ground at EGLL extended
