The AVSIM Screen Shots Forum

Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here.  Please follow image posting rules (below).  Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).

Screenshot Image Posting Rules

  • Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own.  See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
  • Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
  • Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
  • No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
  • AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
  • Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

Does anyone still use this charming little sewing machine engined aeroplane? Paint jobs that are a tad different are like hen's teeth. This one just scrapes through....I think. Real one. (Lives in St.Louis, Missouri.) Mine: On AVSIM awaiting clearance and MediaFire now.

Dined on Deep Dish Pizza, 'n Ribs, listened to some great Chicago Blues, we then headed back to KORD via outrageous taxi fares, and will be soon back across the lake...what a great night...virtual or not! hi guys. i recently saw the real world garmin gtn 750 demoed at an air show here in the uk. i was blown away by this unit! so although i'm new to fsx and still learning my way around, when i heard that flight 1 had released a gtn 750 simulation i just had to have it. the problem was that i didnt have any addon aircraft that were compatible with getting the gtn750 in to the virtual cockpit! (dont like pop up 2D panels). then i read on another forum that ants airplanes tecnam sierra has a reality xp 530 "mode" that removes all 3D knobs and leaves a perfect 'space' for the gtn750, in the VC. so i picked up the aircraft and after an hour of tinkering, her…

When they were developing the DC10 and L1011 way back when I remember seeing pics of both and thinking how much aesthetically pleasing Lockheed's version of the #2 engine was....not that the DC-10 doesn't look nice, but the L1011's was...elegant. The S duct just looks great IMO.... Captain Sim did a great job modeling her, and at 9.99 Euro, it was quite the bargain. Gonna' enjoy learning to fly her and re-living some trips I took on her many, many years ago (Got to fly on Delta, Eastern and ATA versions before she went the way of the Dodo). Really looking forward to replicating my trip from Gaeta, Italy back to the States when I was stationed …

I have the Majestic Q400 but I hadn't used it with P3D yet until today, only in FSX. I really do love the cockpit shadows! The beautiful clouds are from REX 4 Texture Direct + Soft clouds. Enjoy!! All taken on a short flight from Montreal to CYUY (Rouyn)

FS9Evo: One of my most impressive GA flights in 17 Years of flight simming. Some pictures from a GA flight URKK Krasnodar - UGTB Tbilisi along the northern slope of the Greater Caucasus in Russia and over the Cross pass/Darial gorge to Georgia. As I know the southern slope of the Caucasus range from the simulator and from the real world, the northern slope was a new and remarkable experience for me. From the Georgian border on, the flight follows - you may lough - a bicycle tour I made some years ago. Taxiing in Krasnodar Old plane in the background, old concrete in the foreground The first high mountains after the Caucasus range rises from the Black sea: …

I think I see a piece of broken safety wire. Love life at 4k! This pic does not give the sensation of how crisp it is on a 55" 4k TV. The feeling of how big a 777 really is, is captured by this pic (nice update by PMDG to let us walk under the plane now)
