The AVSIM Screen Shots Forum
Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here. Please follow image posting rules (below). Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).
Screenshot Image Posting Rules
- Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own. See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
- Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
- Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
- No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
- AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
- Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

Shalom and greetings all my pals, As subject heading speaks for itself, I have not created and posted a screenshot flight report for long long long time so I am trying to brush off and shake off extremely rusty skills of creating screenshots Presenting a screenshot flight report showing recreation of emergency fuel airlift conducted by Buffalo Airways' brand new 737-300F cargo plane Here is interesting official statement now from Buffalo Airways (real life) and city or town of Norman Wells: "We thrive on taking on unique challenges and delivering exceptional results. This year, with low water levels preventing barges …

This is a repaint I've been wanting to do for a long time...and it's also been a while since I've posted any repaints here... In older (sim) versions of PMDG's DC-6. a Canadian Pacific livery was offered as part of the package. Surprisingly, for the MSFS 2020 release, there is no "official" CPA livery available (although, the Empress of Suva livery is provided/available). There is one CPA DC-6B repaint available at Flightsim.to...a pretty good recreation...that aircraft depicts the later livery which came in at the time the jet aircraft were introduced (approx. 1961). Growing up in Greater Vancouver, Canadian Pacific Airlines, later CP Air was very prominen…

Today, I was speaking with a long-time friend of mine, living in Clemson (South Carolina), and we were reminiscing a bit about a trip of mine more than 3 decades ago (Wow...time flies...🙂...). Basically, I'd driven from, Columbus, Ohio, my one-time-residence, first to Clemson University, to watch a Clemson Tigers Football Game there on Campus (Note for non-U.S. folks: By "Football" I mean, here, the other Game known by this name only around here...🙂...which is not "Soccer"...). Then, after picking up my friend there, we had together headed to Myrtle Beach (South Carolina), a place which is regarded (at least it used to be, as I recall) as one of the top Spring Break Desti…

Before I wrap up for now my exposure to (LVFR) A330 in MSFS here, I wished to follow up my earlier A330 post with one of a slightly different twist (and learning). I'd remarked that the A330 was the first Airbus airliner to offer all three engine options: General Electric, Pratt & Whitney, and Rolls-Royce. The A330 was also the first long-haul (modern) twinjet ever to be offered with such engine choices. Prior to that, the (quad-jet) Boeing 747 series of aircraft had been offered with 3 engine types. Boeing's twinjet 777 that flew a couple of years after A330, would also come equipped with a choice of 3 engine types, for some of its variants. The trio of (popula…

I'm just enough skilled to make the exterior building of my freeware Page, AZ scenery. That's it. That's the maximum I can do. I'm also not the biggest supporter of interior in MSFS sceneries. No offense. A blender dev saw my freeware work. As he started his own Page project but couldn't reach the end, he offered me for free what he has done 😉 The sim community is awesome!

[Note: Partial motivation, for flying the A310 today (an aircraft I would really like to fly more often), was driven by a (small) recent update by iniBuilds to their original A310 for MSFS. However, as "pmplayer" has already suggested in his post, there is no appreciable (and "perceptible") improvements, that I can see either. Most importantly, the instability (and unpredictable behavior) caused during screenshot captures, remains my primary peeve with this aircraft...] Anyway, when you think of Airbus, you might recall that A300 (and A310) were the very first Airbus Variants to be produced, initiating the (now-household-name...🙂...) aircraft series with number range…

A short while ago, I'd posted about my remembrances of the A340, as I recalled them from my (long-haul) travel experiences with Lufthansa, over an active period that had lasted for two decades. In that post, I'd done a bit of back-of-the-envelope type calculations to determine the number of times I flew on the A340, also aided by somewhat better memory function of my better half...🙂...since my such travel has been now dormant for about a decade or so. That calculation was partly motivated by an A340 article I'd read by the famed travel blogger and photographer Sam Chui, who had travelled 50+ times on that specific Airbus type. So, being the (much-less-famous) virtual phot…

I have not flown in the Nordic countries in a long while, so, here is a short flight I took from Sweden's (ESNQ) Kiruna Airport to Finland's (EFIV) Ivalo Airport. I've deliberately set the weather to "Rain" and "Clouds" to spice up my flight a bit...🙂...BTW, the "stock" (EFIV) Ivalo Airport is fairly well-rendered by MSFS (see my last screenshot). For livery, I've selected this special color of Finnair that caught my attention today. It features the attractive floral pattern created by the Finnish design company "Marimekko" that also provides linens and tableware, with the same signature (floral) patterns, for use on board the Finnair a/c. Here is an official …

Hi simmers 😄 From a flight after the AAU3 Update to see what it does to the A310 - but not much to say not everything is fixed ( If you have seen the update log, it is ridiculously small compared to the A320, but what can you do ? ) So life goes on..🫠 If you want to see the shots in the best resolution then please click on the picture !! cheers 😉
