Hi folks,These last days I have been working together with Andrew MacLean from Aerosoft Australia to update our codes to allow the 747MCP to work with the upcoming Level-D Simulations 767.So, thanks to Andrew's kindness and his nice work I can tell you now that LVLD-767 will be fully compatible with Aerosoft's MCP !!Hoping to make happy a few simmers more :-)

Normally I use the excellent Flitestar flight planner by Jeppesen, but I want to make a few flights that go outside the covered area (and I do not want to expand my expensive Flitestar subscription for just a few flights), I'm talking EHAM-KBOS, EHAM-KEWR, EHAM-FACT (CapeTown).So I'm looking for a flightplanner (NOT FSNavigator) or ready made flight plans for the B767-300ER.I understand that FSBuild is a very good one, but it does not come with performance data (also not on their web site) for the B767, so I will have to enter them myself. Just a question,When you are in LNAV mode and the route demands a turn, no matter what angle you input, 10 or 25..the aircraft will not follow that restrictionm in some cases it will make a steep turn of 25 degrees.Is it like that in real life??? so if you are in the middle of the dinner let's say, how can you control it?? do you disengage the LNAV mode and make the turn manual or with the HDG knob???... I've searched through the forum a few times, and even checked previous versions at Wilco Publishing and couldn't find this anywhere.Is there a projected price for the 767?I'm in the process of redoing my budget for January and the next few months, and I'd like to know how much I need to set aside for this. ;)

Hi,I was wondering, will the initial release support a FSUIPC based interface for the LDS767 Custom controls?It would be very convenient in my home cockpit, to have FSUIPC variables for most controls, as an alternative for the Keystrokes. And the other way round, it would be very nice to be able to access the state of switches/lights/leds in the sim in order to have my hardware synchronised.And what about the extra ILS in the Pedestal, can that one be accessed via FSUIPC?Hope you are able and willing to answer these questions.Thanks and Best Regards,Nicowww.nicokaan.nl

Hi to all and happy new year!Now that we are in January, several days have past since "fall ended". Do you feel a bit more comfortable at this time and able to comment and give insight, where you are now with the sim?Not asking for release date, but perhaps a general post with comments on what you are doing right now, what we can expect and rough timing perhaps?It would be nice to know. Last week I pulled the PIC out of the hanger and dusted her off so that I could prepare for the LDS release and say goodbye to a good friend.Flew about a half dozen enjoyable flights. Then last night - out of the blue I load up the PIC and get this error:"Panel Initialization Failure.. Please reinstall 767PIC"I'm really not that interested in reinstalling since the amount of tweaking I've done over the years could never be reproduced.Any ideas as to what the problem might be? Perhaps I only need to fix a gauge file that has somehow become corrupted. Are there any error logs I can review for clues?Thanks.

If possible,I would really like to know if the upcoming project will include a tutorial document, so, some of us, that are not really experts in 767 procedures, will be able to learn how to start from dark panel up to shut down list, following the right procedures, and at the same time learning what everything does and when to use it..Finally, will the two engines consume the equal amount of fuel???...I remember that in PICv1 the right or left engine used to burn more fuel thatn the otherHappy new year to everyoneRodrigo

Hello All,I just wondered if the landing lights get brighter when the gear is down? Also, will there be a landing/approach/pilot's perspective view much like Phil Geddes did for PICv1?I realise the VC would provide this but I'm no fan of virtual cockpits, mainly because they're not nearly as smooth as 2D. I do not mean to come off sounding brash or angry, as I am not. I noticed the main panel bmps look a lot like the 767PIC ones, are they the same or are there any differences? Hi there,I'm really looking forward to the release. Can you tell me if the flap slat indicator will display the jump to half indication between 0 and 1 indicating slats in transit and the jump to 1 for slat extended? I missed it in the PIC sim and so hope you will put it in your release. Also do you still have the 1000 feet to go sound in there?
