    Hi AllWhen I fly LDS767 or some other ACs, I spend time programming DP and STAR in my flight plan. However, FS9 ATC does not obey either procedures, often it directs me into non-existent waypoints often off or parallel to the programmed DP or STAR. I am currently using FSBuild to file flight plans then I export them to the respective SIM(LDS, PSS airbus, PMDG etc)I know you may say don

    hi!does anyone know how much fuel the 767-300ER burns during taxi? I use FSBuild for route and fuel planning and have downloaded the aircraft file for the lvl-d 767 from their website. it says that 180 lbs/min is a good average value. so is it possible that the fuel consumption of the 767 during taxi is twice as much than e.g. the 747-400 burns (~90/min)???thanks for your answers.greetsRob

    hi guys,me again with another problem of the fmc. when i try to programm an airway to fly to a waypoint, the waypoint ever "jumps" one position down and gives me a disco. the airway is there, but without a waypoint to fly to. i can only fly direct to every waypoint. when selecting a sid or star, the fmc gives the correct airway to the waypoints... i didn`t find a way to close the disco and there`s nothing in the manual. could you please help me solving this.thx and regardsphil

    Hi all, I'm Simon from S Wales, UK and have just got the LD 767. WOW, great stuff, well done to all at Level D!! Anyway, age old FS9 problem, spend over an hour getting it up and running from cold & dark, throttle up on my joystick and only engine 1 responds. Tried 'E+12' and 'E+2', etc. but the only way to increase thrust on engine 2 is with the mouse on the pedestal!2nd minor question, the cabin/ground calls. Do the flight crew only call into the cockpit to report problems, etc. or can the Captain call them as well? Have pressed the 'FLT INT' button but it just lights up and nothing else happens.Many thanks in advance for any help, simon

    hi all,I'd like to know if the ident button in the 767 is working when flying online. I use SB3 and nothing seems to happen (I mean the black squawkbox - ident light doesn't do anything) when I push it on the pedestal. switching to stby/c is working fine.Any ideas?cheersRob

    hi!does anyone know which t/d rate is the maximum that still counts as normal? or what is usual under normal conditions (good visibility, no failures etc.)I can nearly always land this great plane under 100 ft/min, my average t/d rate (after about 10-12 flights) is 50 ft/min.regardsRob

    Dear All,Yesterday I had great fun with LD767 flying transcon from KJFK to KSEA featured in Tony Vallillo's article:http://www.flightsim.com/cgi/kds?$=main/feature/transcn1.htmThe routing was JFK-GAYEL-J95 BUF-DLH-MOT-GGW-MLP-GLASR6 SEA. FS Navigator had no SIDs for JFK, so I went to VatUSA website for charts. I studied them for a while, trying to find out how could I go to GAYEL from RW04L. Tony was taking off from 31L with subsequent Canarsie climb. However, I could not figure out which SID would be appropriate for 04L. Then I decided to go direct to DPK after takeoff (to avoid LGA on the left), and turn left direct to GAYEL! Could somebody advise how it should be flown…

    I guess that I spent so long trying to learn to start the engines on the Level-D 767-300 that the battery shows DISCHARGED as soon as I switch from External Power or shut down the APU. How do you "recharged" the battery so that I do not have to start the APU BEFORE I break the External Power? Thanks, jerrycwo4

    Hi, I get pretty poor fps compared to what I could be getting; and the problem lies within the refresh rate of the gauges.In PSS's A320 you can adjust it and I have the value set at 4 on that aircraft and I get smooth fps.Is there a simular thing I can do with Level D's 767?

    Hi,Some of you will be happy to know we are working now on a new enhancement for the Level-D 767 SDK to allow compatibility with the upcoming FS2Crew for Level-D 767. This new SDK will contain a lot of new commands and variables, also usefull for cockpit builders. It will be released in the AVSIM library when completed, but we don't have a precise release date for now.

    Hi All,I had funny adventure last night due to autopilot glitch. I noticed that quite often VNAV mode gets disconnected and Altitude Hold kicks in instead. I think it happens due changes of barometric pressure after it is downloaded by external weather program, such as FS Meteo. It may happen that aircraft suddenly appears above cruise altitude due to change of pressure. Before you may even think about adjusting altimeter setting, FMC thinks it has gone crazy and disconnects VNAV mode.Yesterday I decided to check out new Frankfurt Main scenery by one famous developer.     Hi.My problem is this. Just after takeoff, about 2000-5000ft up the plane stops following the compucted SID route and turns off at some crazy angle. The FMC also says "check position," and i cannot re-engage VNAV. I am assuming that it has something to do with the IRS going out of alignment but i dont know.Can somebody plase shed some light on this issue because its driving me up the wall!Cheers for any help with this.Andy S

    Merry christmas everybody,After waiting almost four months in my hangar, I have finally taken out the Level D 767.Since it's a Boeing, conversion is rather straightforward when it comes down to starting engines and a manual takeoff.However, I have some issues with the autothrottle that I can't seem to solve on my own.I assume that the 767 can be flown manually. I mean, no programmed FMC.I have taken some tutorial flights and they all seem to go well until I reach cruiselevel. From then on Autothrottle refuses to hold the mcp speed.
