The Level D 767 | Wilco PIC 767 Forum

I know i had this problem in the past and a fix was given to me but i forgot what it was. Any idea how to solve the problem. The problem is when i start the 767 and go to the FMC a strange telephone noise starts then there is a freeze and the only way to get out is to shut down fsx. Appreciate your help.

It seems I just don't get answered anywhere.Maybe someone here has the knowledge to help me please.I want to install the new VFH panel.To do this I need to modify panel.cfgWill FS2crew work?Do I need to install another panel.cfg file up and above the one that's already in there for FS2CREW.Does FS2Crew work without changing anything to your aircraft.I hv the 767 level-dI've asked for this help in that forum and also FS2Crew forum and get no responses.Does anybody know this stuff?Lost in Canada :( Tim

I remember I was on the forums and somewhere I saw a fix for the Level D 767 sensitivity issue with the saitek controllers. Because every time im doing a landing the sensitivity seems Ultra sensitive while making gentle movements. Now im trying to remember where I seen the post but I cant remember where it is anymore.

well it appears im getting closer to flying, i love this program and it seems it going to work well.im trying to get the level d to see the flight plan , when i save the plan in FMC , i save it to FMC and level d.after saving it i check to see that it got to the folder of level d.it is in there and im wondering from this point how i find it on my FMC.is there another step that i need to make.i have all the other data loaded in my fmc , im just wanting to load the flight plan .thanks ......Robert

When i fly my PIC 737 and by a fault presses the IRS mode selector to OFF my FMC and IRS looses all my navigational positions... thats fair enough..But how do i re initialize it in air. I tried to enter the data of my nav positions manually but i cant make it work - any ideas?

For some strange reason my aircrafts elevator trim levers move on their own, even when still on the ground, they move all the way down and then disappear the re-appear at the top and start moving down again, consiquently negating the trim setting set by the loading manager and really allowing any possible flight, anyone any idea's, using FS9, FS Copilot, FlightsimCommander etc etc.

HiThe Level D 767 is the best aircraft I have for FS2004. It reminds me of the Aerowinx PS2, in terms of its systems simulation and flight model. I also I liked the community behind it. Unfortunately, I changed by email address last year, and have since not been able to log on to the Level D 767 forum because I cannot remember my password for it. I have AIRAC 0901 to all my addons - PMDG, PSS, FSC and LEVELDSIM, but as I planned a route LFKB NORKA5 NORKA UL127 STP OB OB5C LFML I do not have these SID and STAR in my LDS 767, though I have them in my PMDG aircrafts. Why are they missing in the 767?ROAR

Hi guys,I bought the Level D 767 when it first came out and registered it. However, when I start FS now, I get a message sayin "Bad Licence - FS will now quit". i know this has probably been ask before but im needing to know how you take a level d flight plan and use it in radar contact.also in a couple of weeks i will be getting flithsim commander, but right now im using fsnav.im networking radar contact from another com and i need to be able to get a flight that radar contact will reconize.Thanks.............Robert

hello folks i have been tring to get in the forum over at level d .there are certain areas that they will not allow you go to unless you are a licensed registered user , well i am i bought there plane from flight 1 back in 2006, i have proof of purchass and allof the facts that they need.but im still not allowed access , my email has changed and i have updated with flight one , however i do not know if my usermane is correct.also when i go to there faqs page nothing works.is it just me or them.Thanks...........Robert

I have spent almost an hour and a half online now reading posts to try and fix this, but all in vain so far: lots of posts on the subject but no definitive answer that I can locate. Can someone please help?If I enter VTBS (the new Bangkok Suvarnabhumi) into the FMC I get 'NOT IN DATABASE'. So how do I get it into the database? I have added the correct details to the airport.dat file and downloaded the SID/STARS (xml file) from www.navdata.at, putting it into the navdata folder. Restart FS9, load the 767: same result. I had LevelD for FD9 a while back but sold it. I am getting back into flight sims again and is the FSX version better? How are the detail? Or is it just a made to work for FSX version? Thanks for any input. I have PMDG 747X now.Greg

I am new here, and I have read alot of posts. Why is it that there seems to be alot of people who feel they need to correct someone who asks a question here. What does it matter if they post it here or go to what ever official site. I think that if you take the time to register and read the questions, then post a legitimate answer if you have one, especially alex (j_mo) or what ever his user name is. I have not read one constructive comment from you alex and you wonder why some people get testy with you.In conclusion, this forum is supposed to help people, not belittle them. Hi there! I have been flying the Level D B767 for FS2004 for the longest time. I have noticed that when I load the B767 equipped with Rolls Royce or P&W engines, the ECAM or ECIAS(not sure what it`s called on the B767) still shows the GE engine parameter displays. Is there going to be a patch that will correct this? I am sure there are many real life B767 pilots who fly this and hope to have this little bit of extra realism included in. Imagine flying the B767 with PW engines and have to use GE engine gauges? Hi Gang,I have Fsnav and have just bought Level-D's 767... I went to Fsnav's site to download the export module for the LDS 767, and find out Fsnav is no longer in business. Having got the initial HOW TO'S as far as flying basics and flighing a route using a .rte file downloaded into the FMC, i am now trying to learn how to use SDS/STARS procedures. I have downloaded and installed PROCIO6 but do not have a clue how to import and install the many SIDS/STARS available for the airport departures and arrivalsinto the FMC. I have searched and cannot find anywhere, any litarature on how to do this. Does anybody know where i can find this. I realize i might appear a complete dummy but if somebody could humour me i would really appreciate it.Thanks in advance, Dick.
