I do hope someone might be able to help as the e-mail for Tony D'Ambrosio and the home page is not working.I am using their excellent 777 v1.7 panel and Nav Data v1.3. I have the flightplan loaded and programmed into the FMC. All fine. The problem arises during flight (cruise for example) the aircraft keeps straying off course (usually to the right a little), as an intersection approaches it then makes a wide sweeping turn (left) to intersect the rapidly approaching waypoint before sharply turning back on course where it gradually vears off to the right again! (Until the next waypoint) I have re-started, reloaded, re-set the flightplan, took off from a different location …

Well first the problem:I am having problems with stutters and pauses when I am on the ground taxing and especially on the runway just prior to taking off. Once in the air, the problem seems to go away. In addition to the pausing, ATP voices stutter and seem to get hung up.I have enditall, so background programs are ended.Here is my system:Athlon 1.2G 200Mhz bus512 133Mhz SDRAMGeForce256 DDR 32Mb (driver 4.13.01.2311)19" monitor @ 1600x1200x16Maxter 30GB 7200 Soundblaster AudioCould the problem be my videocard? Using the default panel or others with any gauges from the default, I am getting out of control pitch trim full nose up and full nose down. When it reaches the up or down full stop, I am unable to trim the a/c.This is only happening inside the middle marker to touchdown. This is a cross post from the hardware forum for maximum visibility. I sure hope someone can help with thisI had everything flight sim on a separate physical hard drive and I mean everything. I have acquired a new computer system and removed the physical HD from the old and installed it in the new, thinking XP would automatically find it (with it's old volume name d:/flight sim). The operating system is XP Home EditionThe computer BIOS recognizes the HD. You can see it sitting there under Device Manager and the disk management tools show it present, active, no conflicts and ready status but with no drive letter or volume name.My Computer/Explorer however, doesn't see it …

Hi yall,I have all German Airports (1/2/3) but unfortunately as a downloadversion. Unfortunate because the GA patch for AI traffic does not work with the download version (will not install).Can someone pleeze pleeeze export the patched airports with AFCAD and send me the txt files??I would be grateful forever.I started editing them myself, but this takes forever.Rgds,Alex

I used TTools and AFCAD to modify some airports, now a vast mojority of my airports fail to be recognized by my flightplanner or the create a flight menu. I decompiled ard re-compiled as the instructions said to. Anyone know what i did wrong? I'd appreciate any suggestions.Thanks in advanceJay

I have an opportunity to upgrade from Windows98 to WindowsME. Is it stable? Does FS2002 run OK on WindowsME? Are WindowsME users happy? Is it better than Windows98?Any advice appreciated.Airdog

Since purchasing my new computer (spec. below) I have been experiencing problems with my rudder pedals.Invariably, when powering up the Flight Sim, I have to disconnect and reconnect the USB lead to the pedals to get them to function. I then can fly for a period, differing in length, when they once again cut out, necessitating the reconnection routine.I have downloaded the latest 4 in 1 drivers for the Asus m/b and noting a previous posting, have unticked the boxes in the Device Manager/USB Root HUB "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" all to no avail.Whilst not a serious malfunction, it does spoil what is otherwise a very enjoyable virtual flying ex…

I'm really trying hard to complete an aircraft for the first time. I seem to get half way through and run into a snag, then give up. Well, I really wanted a C-5, so i went after it. Here lies the dilema, how much is too much? Do i really need opening cargo doors? Do i need the intake bypass doors or opening crew doors? Does it make the plane fly better? Or does it just make for pretty screen shots? I fear that if i put in all the detail that i want, it will kill frame rates. What to do...what to do..

In a few days, I'll be uploading a tool that will allow you to add or update the scenery textures around your favorite city, or to add farmland in the middle of LA (if you want to reverse progress :) ). My tool is called "Landclass Assistant", and along with Microsoft's Terrain SDK, it will provide all you need to remake FS2002's world.
