I know this question was probably beaten to death a couple of years ago, but I didn't have FS2K til just recently. OK, I have installed the Sim and the Patch, SOME of my FS98 Planes fly well in FS2K but MANY of my well behaved FS98 planes are vitually unfliable in FS2K! They are all over the sky and the throttle doesn't respond properly. Is there a fix? I would hate to lose the variety of planes I have and there don't seem to be many of the planes I want available designed exclusively with FS2K in mind. BTW, I am primarily interested in Ultralight and small GA craft. Keep it straight and level,Dave

Just a question, when I create a flight, and it takes like over an hour to complete from take-off to landing, is there any way that I can speed up time, so it takes like 15 minutes or so ?Thanks again for any help.Tomcat61

Thought I would share this in the hopes that someone knows how to contact Laurent Crenier of the Wilco 767 PIC team.This is a reply to a message posted to Andrew McLean in the Aerosoft Australia Website forum (www.mcp747.com) concerning the new EFIS/EICAS hardware they are soon to release...Original Post:"Well this is a real kick in the pants..."Laurent Crenier who wrote the interface for us with the PIC767 says he doesn't have any more time to make updates to PIC767 so I'm afraid that the EFIS/EICAS combination wont' work. Every time I request ATIS information and after half way through, the FS2002 crashes. Now I don't ever request ATIS but accidentally when I press the key number corresponding to ATIS request, I know that is the end of my flight, and the FS2002 will crash! Does any one know the reason why FS2002 is crashing? I have tried to reinstall FS2002 but still the same. Is there a solution for this?Thanks in advanceShri

Oh My lord, I have just bought the PSS B772 and now i have nothing but problems, I didnt see see my tail, my wings, anything, well, i got that fixed, NOW. But I notice a little bit of a stutter with the panel, i check the fps and its way up at 50-70???, but why a stutter? :( I would like some help please.... I tried setting my LOCKED FPS at a slower say 20, that didnt help..Anyone know how to solve this little "problem"?PIII 866Mhz256MB RAMGeforce 2 MX

I just got these for Christmas, but can't get them to work right. After much "tinkering", I got them to work briefly in FS2002. After a few seconds, images seem to be retained on either the left or right side and then overlap the current images on the other side. What you end up with is a completely "jumbled" picture. I am currently running a Ti 4600 Video card an a p4 2.8, Det drivers 41.09, Stereo drivers 30.87, DX 9. I have tried numerous driver changes, but all the same. Could it be the DX 9? Any ideas? I purchased an adapter for real world head-sets about a year ago.I noticed when I bought the item that many complained of the lack of reliability. Alas, this issue seems to have struck me. Two perfectly good head-sets and the mic does not work on either when I plug it in the adapter.Does anyone, by any chance, know of the manufacturer and their contact info of this item...I seem to have disposed of it unfortunately.Thanks all.

Hi folks,is there a simple way to locate new added AI planes, without having to go hunting for them through AITMschedule?I find very annoying to go to a specific airport at a specific hour of a specif day...and perhaps AI plane i'm looking for is not there anymore :-(Did lots of additions during the last passed days and i have to say that it took me longer to locate new AI than installing them.Any help greatly appreciatedHappy New YearLuigi ;-)

I would like to know if anyone has found the best drivers to run with Flight Sim 2002. Currently I'm using 41.09 but I see so many post on different drivers that it's hard to tell which are the best and most stable. I'm running Win98SE, GeForce 2 GTS 32 MB, 512 system ram, Intel PIII 850, Intel MB SE440BX-2, Segate 40 MB HD, 7200 RPM. Any help would be appreciated. Doug

Ok. It's time for an upgrade. My current system specs are as follows:- Duron 800- 256SDRAM Pc133- GeForce 2 MXWhat I get so far, with max settings and FPS locked at 15fps is blurry graphics, and around 12FPS. 10FPS with AntiAliasing. This is with 1024x768 in full screen mode.What I want is 15FPS with AntiAliasing, and sharp graphics.I have been looking at either getting another 256RAM with an XP1800 OR getting a GeForce 4 Ti4200 128MB graphics card.It's either one or the other, which one should I get? Any comments much appreciated

I uploaded some new planes and now my FS doesn't want to go past the splash screen. It shows this Error and asks for an "open registry create" but doesn't do nothing when i hit OK...????? What should I do????

Hi,I recently upgraded my operating system to Windows XP Pro and DirectX9. Now, in FS2002, I cannot use mouse functions on the instrument panel or access menu options in full screen mode. I must switch to windowed mode first. This problem only manifests itself in FS2002. All of my other sims are working fine. Hi,I just loaded FS and started to fly, after some minutes the weather was updated....few minutes later another update, but I didn't turned on the real weather inside FS2002. Is it normal ? If I use FS_meteo I'll get FS2002 and FSmeteo updates ?Thanks,Ulisses

I just downloaded a Qantas 747-400 for my FS 2002, and it looks great.Problem is, when I use this aircraft, the screen jerks, and freezes for a few moments, then goes again, but not very smooth.What would the problem be, and how do I rectify it?Thanks very much for any help.Cheers, Tomcat61
