Hangar Chat
This forum is for the discussion of things you might discuss when going into an airport hangar. Please make sure that your topic isn't covered in another forum before posting here. Please refrain from controversial topics...politics, religion, conspiracy theories, climate change, COVID etc. Topics that elicit or are deemed by staff likely to elicit heated argument, contention, or otherwise objectionable banter will be removed from view. We allow some latitude, but please remember that, first and foremost, this is a flight-simulator oriented site frequented by people from all walks of life.

Until this week. Back in July 2022, I got the P3D rendition of FSCGAA's FVRG model for free, in one order with a product I did pay for. I hadn't had issues with downloading and installing freebies I got from Simmarket before, so I was surprised when I got an error while trying to register my installation of FVRG this week, telling me to contact support. Checking my orders on Simmarket, I c…

I must admit its very amusing. A bunch of well known comedians all together not allowed to laugh. The winner is the one that lasts longest. I'm thinking that some of our American friends might not get British humour..😏 People pull some very strange faces when trying not to laugh or smile. This video is unavailable.

It's that time of the year, my friends. I try to keep the dream alive, but that dream is rapidly becoming a distant memory. Do you think that we will ever see the UK Flightsim Show again? Will JustFlight resurrect the classic format that we all enjoyed so much between 2013 and 2019, or will another group take the flight simulation bull by the horns, and drag it out of retirement? If it returns, will we get to rekindle the memories in Hangar 1 at RAF Cosford, or will a new location be found? I suggested Aerospace Bristol (close to the old Filton site), with booths and displays in the shadow of one of the BA Concordes. Frankly, I cannot think of a more impressive location (…

Apparently for fear they may be spying on you, or something like that. The old routers are still OK. Any new router will have to gain approval after testing. This may impact some of you guys who are thinking of buying a router or gateway.
