Fire up MSFS2020 and go to your Content Manager and it'll be there showing as "Uninstalled". At least, it was for me.

The aircraft doesn't appear in the Marketplace for me but it's definitely listed in my Content Manager. FWIW, I preordered my copy from the XBox store (in Canada), EDIT: According to this post over on the official forums, it can take up to 2 business days for the aircraft to appear on your account. https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/where-to-find-the-msfs2024-pre-order-plane-canadair-cl415/655406 Guess I got lucky.
