We truly appreciate the incredible amount of positive and constructive feedback, as well as the many great conversations we had with you in person during the Flightsim Weekend in Lelystad at the Aerosoft Flight booth. It means a lot to us and helps shape the future of this project.** Today marks the release of the first update of many to come. This is just the beginning of our ongoing improvements and refinements. ## 🔧 What’s coming next? We are already working on further updates, including a remodelling of the wing and parts of the fuselage to enhance overall accuracy and visual quality. ## 📋 Changelog You’ll find the full changelog for today’s update listed below. - Fixed missing packs sound with opened doors - Added missing rain sounds - Updated flap, cabin and ground roll sounds - Some improvements to the waypoint skipping feature - On go around, only the final is restrung into the flight plan - Bug fixes to the pilot data functions, including the pilot route saving - Made the in-flight wingflex less jittery - Drag and fuel flow improvements at cruise altitude - Fixed an issue that could lead to the inability to load new charts in the EFB - Accelerated the situation load - Added interfacing with the "rudder left" and "rudder right" axis. - Fixed an issue which could cause the built-in pushback to behave erratically. - Made door 2L the first door in the aircraft config in order to make MSFS prioritize this door for stairs/jetways etc. - Fixed the direction of the Air Data and FMS selection switches - Updated cockpit PBR effects ## 👀 Community recommendation We are closely monitoring community contributions. While we are working on improving the cockpit lighting, one of you has been quick to respond. I haven't deleted base install but gradually deleted addons from 2020 as i have been able to transfer addons into 2024. Will eventually delete the 2020 install fully

Having been mostly super satisfied with the MD after art update etc, i wish they would update sounds also, they feel faint and missing some firm bass, i hope boris etc. would make sound pack for this if sounds remain as they are now

Yes, it appears tfdi has removed contents. Maybe the content will come back updated 😉

Update: Here's an update: - Website issues are mostly resolved by the queue. At the moment, the typical time in the queue is 12-13 minutes. This obviously varies. The timer that Cloudflare shows is not accurate unfortunately. - The smartCARS API is currently affected by the amount of resources during this update release. This should subside over time.

**Hello Captains! We're happy to announce @everyone that as of today, the CSS 737-500 version 1.7.8 is now available in your CSS Launchers!** This version features several fixes for the issues the community has discovered after our latest update. Namely, we've retuned the flight model so that the airplane takes off, flies and lands properly at any and all weights. A lot of tuning has been made to the FCC - VNAV and V/S modes should now work properly. We've also fixed an issue where pitot icing occurs even with pitot heat on, retuned flap extension and retraction speeds, fixed TCAS, N1 mode, KMOR being populated in POS INIT and reduced the intensity of the glareshield shake and wing flex. Hopefully now your CSS 737 flights will go as smoothly as possible! For our next update, we'll be focusing on adding more sim keybind/lvar compatibility and fixing Navigraph Navdata interpretation issues that lead to certain procedures being drawn incorrectly. Testing of the 737-300 and -400 is also underway, so expect more previews soon! We've also added some new 737-500 liveries to the CSS Launcher: UTAir (RA-73046) (20K) (WL), Air North (C-FANF) (20K) (WL), Sierra Pacific (N709S) (20K) (WL), Sky Mali (TZ-SMA) (20K), Shirak Avia (EK-SHC) (20K), All of these are notable for still being in active service today, in 2026! **Hope you enjoy the new update!
