I was wondering if it may be possible to consider placement of a vilsibility variable on the ICON TEXT VARIABLE block in the StreamDeck plugin? Basically what I am trying to accomplish is modification of my A320 StreamDeck+ profile so that I can display the A320 managed mode (ie * * * -) and toggle off my FCU speed that is displayed as icon text. I have the "* * * -" managed mode display working via Background Image, but I can't hide the FCU SPEED/HDG/ALT that comes through ICON TEXT via a visibility variable. Thanks again for years of a wonderful product, I have used Lorby AAO for so much in my filght simulation journey. - EuroTean https://ibb.co/GcvTJXc

Hi All I'm trying to get a simple script working with a three position switch. Currently, I have the following: (L:F28_OH_EmerLt_Toggle_Switch,·Number)·sp0 0·sp1 l0·0·==·if{ ··1·sp0 ··1·sp1 }·els{ ··l0·1·==·if{ ····l1·1·==·if{ ······2·sp0 ····}·els{ ······l1·0·==·if{ ········0·sp0 ······} ····} ··}·els{ ····l0·2·==·if{ ······0·sp0 ····} ··} } l0·(>L:F28_OH_EmerLt_Toggle_Switch,·Number) I need to access a component variable called 'PreviousPos' so the switch can cycle through 0>1>2>1>0, rather than just 0-1-2-0... The variable is shown in the DevMode behaviour panel (Under Component Variables, (O:) Vars), but is there any way to access …

After working for over a year, AOA suddenly locks up when I click on the dropdown box to add a new button binding. AOA works find with installed templets. It worked fine with axis bindings. It only freezes when clicking one of the dropdown buttons, i.e., Key down, key up, etc. I am using the latest version: v4.1 b51. I downloaded a new copy from Just Flight and installed it after removing AOA via Control Panel. Still nojoy. I cannot find a support page on Lorby's site and the Just Flight support is only for installation issues, so I am here. I can use FSUIPC or SPAD.Next to bind the buttons, however, I am trying to centralize with AOA. Thanks, John

I can work with the web API. The FMC of the PMDG 737 aircrafts works from the local website and the remote iPad. Now I installed the Elegato software for the StreamDeck plus. I installed the lorbyaxisandohs_elgato_plugin. I installed two profiles, one for PMDG 737 and one for A2A Comanche. The buttons rotation knobs are shown in the StreamDeck software and also in the physical stream deck. But pressing buttons on the Elgato StreamDeck Plus have no impact on the aircraft. I worked through the axisandohs_webapi_troubleshooting document. I can’t find the reason of the problem. Kindly advise. Thanks.

Hi, I'm exploring the ability for AAO to use MIDI system messages (these are in the MIDI spec a sequence of bytes prefixed with 0xFO and end with 0xF7). In my test scenario, I'm sending a single value in the middle, such as 0xF001F7 to send system message "1". When I send such a sequence to AAO, it indeed reads but I only seem to get CHN: 0 EVT:0 CLICK no matter what I send. I'm not sure how it's coded to read these messages, so I know what it expects so I can send the correct sequence over. The MIDI controller I'm using is a programmable one (it's actually a touch tablet running Hexler's TouchOSC which can send any MIDI as well as OSC) and I can send custom sys…

Ever since I started using AAO, I have noticed it has a tendency to revert to an old version of a template I created for the iniBuilds A300 - even though I've saved the new one countless times via the Save Database option at the bottom of the main screen. Is there something that is causing this to happen?

Lately, whenever I start A&O and load LVars for a particular aircraft, the "local simulator" folder is no where to be found in A&O event page. Is there a setting that I might have inadvertently failed to check, or is there something else that I should be checking. The lvar loading operation appears normal, and I do see the "lvars collected" window appear. thank you tc

Would it be too difficult to give the option to OVERWRITE when merging a template into the current setup rather than making a duplicate of each axis/button? I know duplicates won't necessarily affect the behavior but I am far too anal retentive to allow duplicates like that. I use a lot of templates and having to be so careful to prevent these duplicates has resulted in my making a couple of costly mistakes. Thanks -mark

I have recently had AxisAndOhs pickup my V1f Aileron and Elevator axis values as something way off what it should be. -16384/0/16384 should be the range (FSUIPC confirms this is the range) but it in AAO it shows as 8320/26239/50822, and time I move the yoke these values are different. Has anyone else experienced this? I have been away for a while and everything was working fine. Now all my aircraft are unflyable as the axis are way off.

I'm wanting to create C172 Fuel Valve OPEN and C172 Fuel Valve CLOSE buttons. I've been at this for several hours and am close but just can't get it working. Here's what I have: C172 Fuel Valve CLOSE -- (A:GENERAL·ENG·FUEL·VALVE:1,·Bool)·if{·(>K:TOGGLE_FUEL_VALVE_ENG1)·} C172 Fuel Valve OPEN -- (A:GENERAL·ENG·FUEL·VALVE:1,·Bool)·!·if{·(>K:TOGGLE_FUEL_VALVE_ENG1)·} I'm watching GENERAL ENG FUEL VALVE variable change from 0 to 1 in the Observe Variables in Simulator tool so I know I'm referencing the right variable. TOGGLE_FUEL_VALVE_ENG1 works fine too if I simply use it as a toggle. These scripts sort of work for several switch …

Using 4.10.b51 with MSFS2020. In recent weeks I see an issue after I return to the main menu and start a new flight and sometimes when restart a flight. The mapped axis still move on the AAO app, but not in the sim. Buttons are working OK, just axis are dead in the sim. Restarting the app does not fix. The only way to fix is to exit MSFS from main menu and start again. The problem is never seen on the first flight. It does not happen on every second flight. But often enough to be time-waste. Mostly I am flying helicopters recently. Seen this issue using several different helicopter models/makers. Nothing unusual about the axis mapping. The …

Will it be possible to use 2 Stream Deck devices with AaO and MSFS 2020. How to establish the control? One Stream Deck (XL) is already in use and an additional one (Plus) will follow in a few days. Any hints and maybe links are highly appreciated Thanks Norbert.

Hello, I installed the HSI with the NAV 1 and DME for my panel. Looks great and the DME works when tuned in, but the HSI has the NAV flag displayed and will not function. Then knobs turn, that works, but I can't get rid of the NAV flag. Any ideas what I am missing here? Thank you, Ed

I know I've seen a list of all the ROTOR_BRAKE codes for the PMDG B737-800 (or all the 737's) on the web somewhere, but despite many tries, I have been unable to find the list again. Can anyone help me out? It would make my current days much brighter!

Here's one that I don't think is programming but I expect you have run into it before - Sometimes, right in the middle of a checklist item, the voice doesn't wait for me to respond - it simply repeats as if I have replied "repeat" when I haven't said anything. A number of the voices do it, but rarely at the same spot - So it isn't like a certain spot in the code has a problem. The only conclusion I can make is that the choice options (at point A in the code) occur before the voice is complete. I think it happens because I am using the loudspeakers - I just tried it with my headphones and the voice which has the most difficulty (by that I mean the voice that has this probl…

I am trying to find a graceful way to read an MSFS LVAR, then based on the result, write a different AVAR value, and also change the value of the first LVAR. A button press in MSFS results in L:Payload_Station:13 being set to "1". A separate button press in MSFS results in A:Payload Station Weight:13 being set to "2010". Both of those features work fine I want to write a script that can be mapped to a joystick button that when pressed, reads several payload station LVARs, then for each one that has a value of 1, set the corresponding Payload Station Weight AVAR value to 0, and set the original LVAR back to 0. In essence it reads what stations have been loaded, th…

For some reason I cannot get this to map correctly in AAO and it is my lone in sim binding. I use this to emulate the real action of a thrust reverser. I map it to one of my HC Bravo reverse levers (its a button). When I activate it on landing, the thrust reverse goes into idle and moving the throttles applies more reverse thrust. I then come back to idle on the throttle and lower the reverse lever and I am in normal thrust at that time. Thought? Here is the mapping from MSFS

Hi all I have to admit: i have a quite long experience in code development in general, but very small in any aspect related to FS2020 - so I am now in a dark tunnel and I can't see any light (literally) PLANE: HONDA JET GOAL: I would like to manage cockpit area ambient light with my combo Elgato Streamdeck + Axis and Ohs MY PROBLEM: Using AAO event/variable listeners I have understood that there are the command "K:Light_potentiometer_XX_set" and the variable "A:LIGHT·POTENTIOMETER:XX,·Percent" to work on this; actually the XX is 11 in this case the "percent" readable in the variable is a number between 0.000000 and 1.000000 There is NOT a com…

Is it possible to replace the "VOICE:Microsoft Catherine" in the macro: <Macro Name="C208B">VOICE:Microsoft Catherine) (VOICERATE:0) (VOICEVOLUME:15) (SPEAK</Macro> with a string variable? To produce something like this: <Macro Name="C208B">VOICE:(L:Voice, String)) (VOICERATE:0) (VOICEVOLUME:15) (SPEAK</Macro> So that "Microsoft Catherine" (>L:Voice, String) would set it up.

Hi, I found the modified layered guage files are not running in running MSFS/AAO. It kept on showing my previous version of the guage instead. After a thorough study, I found AAO had changed its default loading directory ( from C:\Users\bc\Documents\LorbyAxisAndOhs Files\Scripts\XTouchGauge) to my recently connected SSD drive (which I use for backup purposes and assigned as X: ). Becuase I backup all my data with the same directory structure as C:, AAO somehow changed layered file loading location to X:\Users\bc\Documents\LorbyAxisAndOhs Files\Scripts\XTouchGauge. That's why my modified layered file in c : has no effect when running the AAO. I would like to chec…
