I'm doing some cargo flights, during the taxi the FO always says cabin crew prepare for takeoff (something like that). Just wondering for cargo ops if you could get rid of all interactions with a cabin crew since there isn't any 🙂

Hi, I'd like to request a feature which I really miss when flying the NGXu and FS2Crew. And that is, that I am unable to choose what kind of GPU I want to connect on arrival (jetway GPU or GPU cart). When I land, it always chooses the GPU option which was on departure, and I feel that this could be improved, because I don't have to necessarily go to the jetway stand again. Is there any chance to add this option to the Approach briefing panel?. Many thanks!

Hello, i updated FS2Crew from v.1 to v.1.1, after it main panel fs2crew not open in sim. Reinstall v.1.0, too not open. FS2Crew for 747 working fine! If i open via INSTRUMENT PANEL, mail panel is black! Prepar3D v.4.5 latest version

With this option selected, instead of both A pumps being shut off before pushback, Engine 1 A and Electric 1 B are shutoff.

Hello. I did two SOP 2 flights after latest NGXu update (2.91.0046). In both of them the PM didn't lower flaps on the after landing procedures. This didn't happen before this NGXu update. Thanks. Igor.

On my last flight, I had a couple of strange things happen. First, When I declared takeoff thrust, the FO didn't interpret it, and I didn't realize it until I looked at the speed tape and saw that I was above V1 with no call out. The FO did not call rotate or positive climb. When I called for gear up - nothing. That's when I called up the primary display and saw that it read takeoff thrust. I pressed the down arrow to forward to climb and called gear up. No problem. I need to remember to watch for that next time. More to come later. How does FS2Crew work with aircraft that have the LED lights vs Fixed Landing lights? I ask because the FO doesn't seem to control them after turning them on for take off. After the FO does his after takeoff flow, he appears to turn them off (well below the desired 18K), and doesn't turn them back on at all (I've gone as low as 8K before turning them back on myself. I'm in SOP1, but I'm assuming this version of FS2crew only takes fixed landing lights into play. Can this be updated for V2 if accurate?

I have just installed FS2Crew for the PMDG NGXu and it has caused my entire Opencockpits hardware setup to stop working as well as not allowing me to open saved scenarios where three different screens have been setup and configured....... Although I have now uninstalled the program I am battling to get communication from my Opencockpit setup to P3D working again.... I get an error message which says "Vehicle initialization has failed for PMDG 737-800NGXu BW Mango Airlines (ZS-SJA / 2012). You will now be placed in visualization-only mode." Surely if you uninstall it should put the program back to where it was?

Performing the preflight checklist using SOP1 and voice control. PMDG 737-800 with the modern fuel cutoff levers. Last question - "Engine Start Levers" - I answer Cutoff - and I get the annoying "Are you sure?" If I proceed with FS2Crew handling the engine start - I am unable to start engine 1 and the timing on starting engine 2 is screwed up. Oh - I use the "2 then 1" sequence. Is this going to be corrected? I remember it from the original NGX on the 737-800 but not the other version -600 -700 or -900.

Hi Bryan, I was just testing out FS2Crew for the NGXu and was wondering if there is any plans to support the option for auto position options (probe heat and engine start switches). I understand it could be a limitation with the current PMDG sdk. FCOM vol 1 included with the NGXu mentions that aircraft with auto ignition should have the start switches left in auto for the duration of the flight (No need to move to cont) however they are still required to be set to cont for heavy precipitation and flt for severe turbulence. Hi there! I am having an issue with Fs2crew for NGXu while using button control. When I reach the gate at the destination airport I turn off the taxi lights, set the parking brake, start levers to cutoff and turn off F/D on both sides. Then I call for the shutdown checklist. The first officer responds with "Standby". Nothings happens at this point. A workaround is to manually select the down arrow key and force fs2crew to continue. Maybe there is something I am doing wrong here? I have no axis assigned to Mixture control. Thanks in advance. Cheers

As soon as the FO sets the APU on the bus I get a FMC SINGLE OPERATION message. This did not happen until the latest update this week.

I’ve noticed on the new version that the RW turn off the lights aren’t operated when descending through 10,000 and are turned off with the taxi lights after the gears retracted. Looking at other sources the turn offs remain on until 10,000 feet and all turned on with the landing lights when descending. This was modelled correctly in the original PMDG 737 simulation but seems not to do it on the new one. Any ideas?

Does the on-line map still work in the 737 NGXu? I tried using this site http://fs2.fs2crew.com:8080/SimpleTracker/map.do but it doesn't seem to work anymore. I noticed in the Config Options that it says "On-Line Map: Reserved." Does this mean it is currently not functional but will be in the future? The Manual just says "ON-LINE MAP: Displays your position on the FS2Crew on-line map." I also noticed after a few flights that the FO now sets the ENGINE START SWITCHES to AUTO. In the 737 NGX version he set them to CONT. The manual also says on page 15 that he should be setting them to CONT.

Using SOP set 3. I waited with the APU start until the closure of the L1 door (as done in this airline in real life). When the FO asked me if I wanted to start the APU I replied okay and she started it. A few seconds later the ground crew pulled the power out, leaving me without AC power. Looks like an issue here, in real life the ground crew would never simply disconnect the GPU, they would always ask if you wanted it removed (either by hand signal or over the headset).

I've installed FS2Crew for 737u as per instructions and configured my speech recognition to work however FS2Crew does not respond to my voice commands. I have set control to voice activated in the setup menu and selected my input device as MPOW HC but still nothing. In fact when I try to exit P3D the program hangs and I can't exit the sim. When I look at task manager I do notice that there is a program called "as_audio 32 bit" when I'm using a 64 bit system but I'm not sure that has anything to do with it. Any Ideas? Jim

Hi, This is my first attempt with FS2Crew and I need some help. As per manual: "Make sure there are FS2Crew entries on it. If not, you forgot to Enable FS2Crew via the FS2Crew NGXu Configurator or you have a write permission issue"; There is NO FS2Crew entry in the panel.cfg file - I have FS2Crew enabled with the configurator (green), also the System Check shows everything OK - also the SEC panel appears with the assigned hot key. I tried a flight and everything seems to be in order. What should the entry look like in the CFG file? Thanks for help
