Greetings,First of all I want to compliment you on your aircraft. I have several and they are awesome.I just noticed a problem with the 182 RG. I had originally purchased the airplane and did the download and it worked perfectly. Unfortunately I had to do a resinstall of FSX and downloaded the aircraft again using the download program from where I purchased it. I just noticed that when I tried to fly the airplane, the radio stack and some instruments are missing. I have a large black box where the radios are supposed to be and black circles for some instruments. Everything else appears to be normal. Can you help me restore the radio stack and instruments. Hey, I was finalizing the Archer II review for send out, and I found this:I never encountered this before, and I'm not sure if this is an aircraft end glitch, a graphics driver glitch, or an FSX glitch. Does anyone have any idea what is to blame here on this, I am clueless as to why that is happening.And yes I know it's taken forever to get the review ready, but sadly School and RL have blocked just about any simming I could do for the last few months.

I am wondering if any of you Mooney and Rex owners have had this problem. I posted this in the REX forums and would if you could please take some time to read it and see if this problem has occured in your Mooney.Also if you fixed it , please let me know, as we are in a pickle trying to figure out why it isn't working correctly.Bottom line is gauges will not load while REX is turned on and the outside lights won't work either. Hey guys, I've done a search of the forum but only one topic and was nothing bu screenshots of a different plane.Anywho, I have my brakes key mapped to default '.' (The period key). When I touch the brakes the Carenado C Skylane 182 whips around as if I were hitting differential braking or something. It only happens on turns and I am always going 10 knots or less. This only happens with the Carenado C Skylane 182. I have tons of aircraft mostly heavy's such as PMDG's but have a dozen or so smaller detailed beauties like this but finally decided to stop getting whiplash and look into the cause ;-)Thanks in advance,

Hi,I'm probably late coming to the party on this one but I have just purchased the Mooney from Carenado. My only complaint about the plane is the tinted windows. Makes everything look green, or at least have a greenish tint. Upon reading a review from VOZ on Carenado's website, he states that he got rid of the green tint by renaming the WindowsInt. bmp file in the texture folder. He places a semicolon in front of the file name.When I do that, my windows turn completely black and I can't see out at all. Anyone else try this fix and have any success? I'm using FSX and Win 7 64.Thanks.Jim

I especially like the paint scheme. If you have it or know where it is, please let me know. I'm just killing time waiting for the new Bonanza and PNW releases.RayM

How about a few sneak previews of the F33A interior and panel??? I have always liked the unobstructed pilots view from the Bonanza. Like flying a hang glider made by Rolls Royce.R

G'day Carenado,I have noticed over the past that you guys don't include mipmaps with your repaints. Would I be able to request that you do in the future? Why? Well from a distance lines on the aircraft show jaggies but by having mips in the texture sheet this has stopped this. I notice that a lot of other commercial companies don't include them either. I have recently gone through all of my aircraft/choppers and created mips for the ones that didn't have them. All of the textures looked clean a clear from a distance now. I have also created mips for the internal and external VC and now look a lot clearer(No white edges around each mapped object). I would post pic's but yo…

Everything looks okay the propeler turns around couple of times but that's about it, I need to swap Airplane Start the Engine and then go beck the RG and then it's okay. Any idea what's wrong ????Tnx in advanceYairIrvine CA

I got "attracted" to this beautifully crafted airplane, the VC is awesome, however I do have some issue with:*Takeoff. I need to pull the yoke all the way, so this little Piper will "move" his nose up, (Vs the Mooney where u need to pull slightly for it to lift up) *The Arrow got the tendency to drift to the left (no drifting on the Mooney, under the same conditions).*Lack of power, again, comparing with the Mooney M20J.since I don't have much experience with the Arrow, I sure can use some good advices :( Yair Irvine CA

I hate to be a bug finder, but found a issue (again) Was at about 1500 feet when I cut the engine for an emergency landing, mixture was on idle and went to restart the engiene by switching the key to "start" when I started to spin out of control and stall. Guessing this would need a patch.

When I try to fly at night in fog weather in the new archer for FS2004 and turn the landing lights on, the windows of te VC becomes completely blank! I want to know how to correct this without waiting for carenado to release a patch. How to edit the textures manually to make this annoying problem to disappear? and by the way, what textures specifically?Help me, guys...

Hi,I asked about this issue once when the aircraft was first released, but a fix was unavailable from the developer at the time. The window tint is far too dark for me to enjoy flying this model so it remains almost forgotten in my hanger. Is there a replacement texture available that really neutralizes the tint on the Cherokee, allowing bright scenery to come through unchanged? A long time ago someone (I think on the FTX forum) sent me a replacement texture, but it barely altered the original. It would be great to be able to fly it again from time to time if a workaround or fix could be had. I like looking out the windows and seeing all the expensive FTX scenery I bought…

HiI have the PA34 200T Seneca II FS2004 & PA28RT 201 Arrow IV FS2004 installed in FS2004. When in low visibility (fog etc) if i switch on the landing and/or the taxi lights, the cockpit screen blanks out.This does not occur with any other aircraft. Any ideas?ThanksSteve

I installed a repaint for the Cessna 182 RG and although the paint looks great, there is never any bright sunshine on the plane. Anyone know what would cause this? Looks like the interior lights are on all the time. When "cast a shadow on itself" is checked, you can see the wing shadow but yet the whole plane is not bright like all the others. Any help?RayM

Hello,Would it be possible to implement 3D gauges into carenado planes? It would be nice to have silky smooth gauges, that look very nice at the same time. I belive the only developers that use 3D gauges on their planes, are PMDG and Real air. It would be awesome if Carenado could make 3d gauges, and maybe even make an update for 3D gauges. I'm thinking of adding the Seneca to my collection, and jsut wandered how bug free is it now?I heard in the past that it tends to jump on takeoff? or has to much climb power??thanksoh, p.s. is the 185 going to be for fs9 as well? or am I hosed?

I've talked with several people who have the same issue as I have, I've recently upgraded to W7 64b and when using the 206 in FSX there's a weird engine noise, I don't know what sets it off but I think it's when you jump to external view the engine sound changes and it gets really high pitched like it's turning 9,000 rpm's...once it's starts the sound doesn't go away at all, when you go back to VC you can still hear it over the normal engine sound..I've even landed & shut down the engine and the sound continues...has anybody here experienced this or know of a fix?

Why do I have to pull the cowl flaps lever up (with the mouse) in the vc to actually pull it down, and down to pull it up...? Shouldn't it be the other way around? It feels unnatural.Awesome plane btw! :( This is the only thing that puzzles me.

I often fly out of my home field. KPRC, which is at roughly 5000'. I am quite used to flying GA in and out of higher fields, and learned to fly (RW) out of KSAF. It seems to me the the Saratoga is very underpowered at altitude. At take off after cleaning everything up I only get a 500fpm climb at best rate speed (91 kts IAS). This is at 3200#, and an OAT of 50F, and 5000'. During Landing if I have full flaps and gear the AC can not maintain level flight even at full power, making a go around dangerous. I have tried leaning to peak and 50 deg either side, as well as leaning to max power in the fuel flow half of the MP gauge. No significant changes. I also re-check…
