Hi, I have started using LNM after a break of some time and all has gone well for a few weeks, then after viewing a flight plan, all of a sudden I can't return to the main map. I see all the tools bars at the top but the map area remains blank. If I press full screen I see the map fine but when I exit full screen I see the map momentarily then it goes back to just the mono colored background again. I've tried any number of menu options including map home button but nothing brings it back again Is this a known problem? I have not experienced the problem before in 10 plus years of using LNM. Since about the release of XP12.03beta I have been having issues with XPConnect closing the connection. I have looked at logs, but see no listing for the closing. I hae increased the data rate to no avail. Any ideas? Running 3.0.17 for both.

Hi, Just to signal that it seems like FAA discontinued the download page for the NAT... https://www.notams.faa.gov/dinsQueryWeb/advancedNotamMapAction.do They don't therefore work anymore in LNM... 😞

I have a 2k monitor that I'm using with 125% display scaling and the elevation profile window altitude text gets cut off. I'm also using a 9pt font size for "Display and text". When I cycle the font to default (8pt) and back to 9pt the labeling rearranges and is then visible. Yesterday Little Navmap had problems downloading NOAA weather. I try a few times with no success. Is any one having problems too or is the issue related to the weather issues other addons are having? Thanks!

Hi all, I have the latest 3.0.17 version installed and found out I can use a filter to only show addon airports. In FS24 I have selected the correct Library function to connect to sim. Ran a new database search for FS24 while the sim is running. Restarted the PC, LNM, and FS24. When I select the filter to show only addons everything goes away! I can still toggle VOR, ADF, etc but no airports are showing, not even non addons. Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi Alex, I'm attempting a very ambitious flight over the North Pole in Concorde from Helsinki to Anchorage. LNM crashed. Here's the report. I can normally restart it and it's fine. Running with LN Connect on a network system. Extension renamed to mp3 so I can attach it. little_navmap_crashreport.mp3

LNM works perfect on P3D and shows all AI aircraft on the ground and in the air. In P2D I can change scenery from P3D to X-plane and all the AI are there. Just not in X-plane. When I look outside in X-plane there are lots of AI on the tarmac. No matter what I do and I think I have tried everything, x-plane does not show AI on the ground. Only in the air. The options box on map display for hiding AI is also unchecked. The X-plane scenery shows as Database is empty. Could that be why? I thought it might work using the P3D database but no. Not a biggie but just wondering. J

Hello! I read on Github that this was asked, planned, scrapped, planned? maybe? Is it implemented anywhere? If not yet, could I put a vote in for it? It would be very useful for long flights.

A while back I discovered that the Flight Plan Route Description dialog can be used to store multiple routes, if you leave at least one blank line between them. I keep route lists for several tours in the dialog and just copy/paste the desired route pair at the top of the dialog followed by a blank line. You can do the same with full-route flight plans from SimBrief but it's a little messier. You can even do "Load From Flight Plan" and it will only overwrite the content up to the first blank line.

I am in XP-12. When running LNM all AI aircraft, airborne or not, use the same icon. I have downloaded Little Navmap Aircraft Icons.zip. I am using Live Traffic plugin. LNM 3.0.17 64-bit. I did what section 78 Customize directs. No icons change. May I get help please. I do not know where to place the *.svg files. Mark

Is there a way to change the shortcut keys Alt+Tab to another key combination say Alt+Tilde in Little Nav Map?

How can I get the Navigraph Hub to find Little Navmap "installed outside Simulator?" Navigraph Hub finds other packages (Active Sky, TDS GTNXi, etc) and updates them to the current AIRAC, but I have to run the Navigraph FMS Data Manager separately to update Little Navmap. Computers are supposed to make these things easier, not redundant. Any help is appreciated.

W10, P3D5.3, LNM_2507: Good morning Alex. I have been flying in and out of Spain a number of times recently using VOR to VOR in my flight plan. I note that changing frequency to tune BLV (Bilbao) on 117.65 it does not indicate as DME (distance) although it shows as a waypoint. Any ideas why? Not hugely important - just curious! Ken.

Hello, I found a few similar topics but I'm not sure I'm having the same issue. The VFR charts are unreadable unless I zoom in a lot. I understand if this is expected, as this is free software, but I'd like to know if I'm doing something wrong. Opening this at a similar zoom level in SkyVector or Navigraph results in perfectly readable text, unlike here. Thank you.

I just found about the airspace.txt library after I don't know how many ears of using LNM. I set up the library folder and when it reads the file I get a conversion error, User Airspaces Loaded 23220 airspaces from 1 files from base path "\\roadrunner64\X-Plane 12\Resources\default data\airspaces". Conversion Errors/Warnings File "airspace.txt" line 724616: Airspace has not enough points It does this with the file both in custom data and under resources. Anyone else?

Hi. I use X-Plane 12, and I have a Navigraph subscription to keep my navdata updated to the latest AIRAC cycle. I also have a bunch of scenery that adds airports that aren't included in X-Plane by default (arctic/antarctic scenery, the "Prefab" airport pack, etc). Little Navmap correctly sees that I have AIRAC 2505, but I've also noticed that when I add scenery to X-Plane and then Scenery Library -> Update Scenery Library in LNM, the new airports appear in LNM too. So, my question is, as far as LNM is concerned, what is the difference between Navigraph navadata and scenery? Which data sources is LNM using to get what information?

Just wondering if when you right click an airport and select airport as departure if you can prevent the departure airport circle from appearing. I like to have a clean map showing the direction of the runways. The circle obsucures your view. No biggie, just asking. Thanks in advance.

Is LittleNavMap not compiled for P3Dv5 which is 64 bit? I only see a 32 bit version for download. Please advise. And NO. I will not switch to MSFS. They screwed us once before years ago. My money is tied up in P3D which by the way is a real simulator. MSFS is considered a game.

I can't get LNM to connect to Xp11. I have manually dragged the xpconnect into the plug admin folder but still isn't showing plane or route. Is there a problem with Sequoia cause I updated a while back. It used to work fine in older OS.....I have reloaded about 5 times. What's the story? You know it would be really useful to have a LNM short version for just map flying using whatever scenery the user has going...as a secondary LNM that is resource light ...for the many times that you only need that...LNM is really kind of bloated with stuff that isn't needed most of the time...of course its a great app for free...
