H25B H850XP HD Series for FSX | P3D

The FLC works much better in the CJ2 and as the two aicrafts shares the same proline suite, I just wanted to know if there is a way to import CJ2 FLC coding into the Hawker. Thanks for your help Jean Pierre

I got an error when installing Carenado H25B H850XP saying that the dll.xml file can't be found? This happened on a fresh install of Win10 Pro, P3Dv4, and then the H850XP. How do I fix this?

Compare to Duke v2, or Aerosoft bus or other?

I noticed that the annunciator panels in the Hawker VC are all 2-D XML gauges. I messed around with them and was able to build to give the appearance that the systems are functioning as they should be. In particular, this should give you a (mostly) correct simulation of the electrical system. Read below and then PM me to receive the files (I will only distribute the files if you own the Carenado H850XP). Fixed! - The alternators now power the pitot/vane heat and windscreen heat on the respective sides as appropriate. - FUEL LO PRESS annunciators are now tied to the Fuel Pumps, which are simulated correctly with regard to the electrical system …

It is not so hard to change the colors or stripes and to redo the N numbers, but working from scratch is a royal pain. I am struggling along at a snails pace with a new one with a hawker tail and bold stripes. Regards, Ray

I'm trying to insert a waypoint into the FMS using a bearing and distance from a navaid, e.g. ZZZ360/15. Two questions - 1. Does the Carenado version of Proline 21 allow you to insert your own waypoint and 2. if so in what format?

Hi all: Has anyone found a fix for the fuel flow readout in the engine gauge cluster above the GTN? Mine is way off. It seems to be steady around 400 lb/hr per engine and we know the actual burn rate is something like twice that. any ideas? Thanks

I attempted an install using the P3D v2 button on the installer. I got a message that the installation could not find the AppData/ Roaming/ Lockheed Martin folder. How should I install?

I previously had two repaints, N150GC and N894QS that I lost months ago in a computer crash. Now I can't find these or any other H850XP repaints in the AVSIM Library or anywhere else for that matter. Maybe I'm losing my mind? But, could someone provide a link to where to find repaints for this great aircraft? Thanks.

Does any one know how to get the "Rudder Bias" indicator light on the front panel to extinguish? I thought it might be tied to the Yaw Damper but nothing I've tried will get the light off.

Has any one mapped out A2A's Shockwave Lights for the Hawker 850XP? The default lighting seems a little lacking to me.

Hi Guys: Not sure whats going on what am I missing - before take off the panels on the engines open up when I hit reverse but when landing at an airport they will not open - is there something on that needs to be shut off for them to work properly ? thanks

Having got my fingers well and truly burnt with the Citation I would like to know if anyone is having problems with this Hawker 850 in the Steam edition. I don't seem to be able to find any topics about this configuration yet, and the only comment I have seen about this 850 in Steam is that the gauges didn't work.

Is automatic the pressurizing system in the hawker? Or do you have to select the wheel and the ascent or descent rate? how does it work? Thanks.

Is there any way to control the Proline21 AP panel buttons via SPAD.next ... ? I'm trying to "press" the VNAV button without much success...

Now that I've been introduced to this capability.. a question: Can they only be operated, once the wheels have touched down, or can they be "armed" in some way? I'm sure, in the real aircraft, that it is simple to reach over and pull the lever all the way back, but in the sim, that is a complicated action, in the middle of controlling the airplane.. Alternately, is there a key command for this?

With a 2600NM range (at best), I wonder what real world flyers of the Hawker do to cross the pond? The most common destination is either Heathrow or Gatwick, each of which are just out of range when departing from Boston or JFK. I'm guessing there's a fuel stop along the way somewhere?

"Tested by real Hawker pilots" ....... Remind me not to get into a flight deck with any of them.. What a disappiontment this is.. Manual flight is fine, but the automation is horrid.. Am I missing something or shouldn't the autopilot capture the preset altitude? FLCH shouldn't be all over the place? Waste of money..
