H25B H850XP HD Series for FSX | P3D

Greetings fellow Hawker drivers... This is a great addon. Very cool in many ways. The only issue I am having when hand flying is my approach speed. Is there an average speed I should shoot for when crossing the threshold? I seem to carry too much speed and float down the runway. To slow and when I cut the power I slam onto the runway. Granted speed will vary based on weight, air temp, airport altitude, etc. In this case I am just looking for an average of what works. Any tips for setting up approach would be beneficial as well. For example when I set up my ILS approach, what speed should I be at when crossing the IAF. Then as I make the approach speeds at which to add…

Hello fellow H850 pilots, I have a question, on the ref tab I can set the N1 REF to either FMS, MAN, or OFF, I have it set to MAN @ 100% which is what the aircraft is rated for at TO for 5 minutes, I generally push about 3 minutes at 100% N1 in other aircraft, however I can not seem to get the N1 REF to go beyond 96% or if I set the N1 REF to 90% MAN it still goes to 96%. Am I doing something wrong here?

Hello, In the performance tables, we only have takeoff Vspeeds with flaps 0. How calculate Vspeeds (takeoff) if we use flaps. Thanks and best regards.

bummed out a lot of bad comments, patches needed etc... you guys are all trying to fix and ammend what sounds like it could be a great product but wasn't completed properly, if I am reading all this right or not.. but as much as I'd love to help you all with flying it and general corp. jet ops all around, I don't want to spend my valuable time fixing, tweaking instead of flying it.... maybe I'm wrong here, hope so but for now at least I'll bow out of this one I'm afraid..... Hi Guys - You have been very helpful - have another question Hawker is not following flight plan made in FMS - tried all the modes I think but when its suppose to take a turn it just keeps going straight - what am I doing wrong all day at it but nothing accomplished - also GS descend doesnt work for me - any help would be great

Cant figure out how to fly this aircraft - no idea if its me or issues with product - nothing on youtube yet and I think I know why but anyway how does one rifle thru the waypoints to check the flightplan - right now you can only see your beginning portion - in airbus and boeing no problem with this have no clue - thanks Guys

I do get an error AGAIN when loading the Navigraph Database for the first time, I had the same problem with the C550 and now I do get the same for this plane.. I attach a screenshot of the error. Anyone know how to fix that problem? Uten navn-2 by kimmry2011, on Flickr

I have been doing some test flight in this bird just to get used to the systems and to get a grasp on the bugs that need to be addressed. It will not hold altitude at all it goes up and down much like the Citation did until Carenado fixes this bug I am going back to the Citation which holds altitude perfectly

I see all the comments, I am planning on buying this "if" it performance is equal to the FPS most get on PMDG NGX, or Ifly 737 BBJ ...those are my main models I like and get to run well on my PC. Hi Guys can you explain this in the manual not sure exactly how this all works - thank you ========================================================================================= FLC: The FLC button selects the flight level change mode (FLC). Maintains the indicated airspeed at the time the mode is selected. Airspeed can be adjusted with the Speed selector knob. Selected speed is annunciated over the airspeed ribbon. Note: This aircraft does not have auto throttle, the aircraft will catch the selected airspeed changing the pitch. It is recommended to adjust the throttle to get an airspeed near the desired one before using this mode.

As the release of Carenado's HS850XP is just short of 24 hours away, perhaps its time to get a Hawker forum setup, and move all of our posts in there. Just a suggestion.

Just recently installed the DA Twinstar, noticed when i loaded the aircraft the aileron, and flap animations didnt work. Per support i stopped all antivirus and download manager softwear and retried, still not working. Well yesterday i purchased the new Hawker. Guess what? same problem no flaps no ailerons. The airlplane flyies perfectly just the visuals aern't there. Has anyone else had trouble with the Direct To function? Whenever I try to go direct to a waypoint in the flight plan, it seems to join the leg instead of going direct to the fix.

Does anyone know when Carenado plans of releasing their Hawker 850? And do you guys think the aviaonics is going to be in more depth than their planes normally are?

I don't have the fastest PC for FSX/P3D so I notice a bit of a FPS difference between the Exterior model and the interior model (even in the LITE version). Is there a way to turn off the copilot's displays (MFD and PFD)? I don't think that there is an easy fix by just pressing a switch in the cockpit, so what is it that I have to delete from the panel.cfg? I think it should be something in this area. Can someone please explain the correct fueling procedures.. Which tanks get filled first? Do all three tanks drain at same time? Do I need to use the fuel Transfer? Where is the Ventral tank quantity displayed? And how do I reset the fuel used in the FMS?
