Hey guys. I am troubleshooting an issue with self-produced audio voice recordings. I recorded a few cabin announcements and processed them with Audacity, exporting them as .wav files. They play fine in MCE, but the volume is low. (That's how they were originally produced, as part of trial-and-error.) The strange thing is that no matter how much I amplify them in Audacity and re-save them, nothing seems to change in MCE. I have tried saving over, deleting and re-saving. removing the sound file from the flow and adding it back, etc. Nothing seems to change from the original trial. So, what I'm asking is whether MCE does anything to the .wav file when I first add it that ex…

Hello, When I ask the copilot to set the heading or altitude, it never display the correct value, the heading selector turn without stopping at the good value and stop at a wrong value. I assume you installed MCE to default C:\Program Files (x86)\Multi Crew Experience\ folder I think I am using the last version of MCE 2.8.9.0. Are there any users who have the same problem. Gidday, I've just installed the JustFlight BAE 146 Professional and see that it is supported by MCE. There doesn't appear to be any default flows supplied. Would very much appreciate any help. Regards, Harry

I have FS2CREW PUSHBACK EXPRESS for various ground handling. Is there a way to disable the pushback in MCE to avoid conflict with MCE when using voice commands in FS2Crew PBEx?

Every item on the L1011 checklist now I get this: FE: Checklist Item Me: Proper Response FE: don't get over-excited, at least let me finish what I'm saying, this is well below standard, etc. Then on to the next item, FE does not respond to //4 items on checklist. After waiting a long time, if I respond, he may repeat, then make a snarky remark. I can get MCE to connect to 2020 but cannot get the copilot to respond?

Hello, I seem to have a conflict with my PTT button and my flight controls I have the honeycomb Alpha flight control and Bravo throttle quadrant. On setup i select a button to speak to other people such as mechanic or flight attendantI, chosen button 1 as that didnt work chose button 8, soon as Press the button I hear a high pitch noice (it goes when I release the button) but no responce I then go on the ATC option and try and change the button but it just keeps flashing number either 31 or 32 (i think) then MCE crashes also when I press the end key or home key it makes the high pitch buzzing noise and no response from the mechanic..I chang…

is voxkey working msfs2020 iv been playing around with it but no joy

Hi Previously MCE recognised my voice for some reason it has stopped working, I have not updated and sound drivers, just my bios. I know my microphone works with the training and cortana. but soon as I say "select speed two for zero" no output, all the speech training worked hearing me. Audio output Headphones (realtek(r)R audio) input jack mic (realtek) I use a turtle beach headset for my headphones and mic, not sure what has gone wrong AMD Ryzen 9 3950X Regards J

Hello all, Just noticed that on start for the Aerosoft A330 the Fo calls are all good to one execption the fuel flow call .....he calls it but no actual fuel flow? I timed the start and at 26% N3 and 13 seconds which is about the norm on the real airplane I hear the call Fuel Flow and there is no fuel flow? The actual Fuel Flow starts running at 32% N3 and 26 seconds. It's a big gap anyway I can adjust this somewhere? As always keep up the good work

Is there a limit to the lenght or size of the WAV sound file when creating a voxscript command? Mine is a review prior take off and the files are on average 55 seconds but they cut out before the end?

I'm using MS 2020 and landing at a UNICOM airport and using MCE with built in ATC. After I land, the FO always says 'I bet you already know the runway in use'...I don't understand why he says this.

The external lights on the FBW A320 in MSFS work as expected when using them without MCE. MCE has some issue with them though: Nav lights: on: only turns on the left red light. off: turns off the left red light but turns on the right green light and the rear light. on: turns on the left red light again so only then all nav lights are on. off: all off on: only left red light again. With MCE you can configure PTT two ways. By using the <del> or <end> keys or by assigning a buttons on your joystick. I am using a yoke (cirrus II) when I fly airplane with yoke, like Boeing 747 so using FSUIPC6 I assign a yoke button to the send a <end> key. When I fly Airbus plane I use my joystick where I have button 4 assign to PTT. The joystick works perfectly and can communicate with PF3-ATC with no problem, but with the yoke button it is very flaky. Sometime it works and other time it doesn't . What is the best way to ensure that the FO's actions are performed at the same time as he/she announces the action in the script. The script either runs through much quicker than the resultant actions with the script completing sooner than the actions, or the actions get performed before the FO announces the action. This can lead to actions being performed at the wrong time resulting in issues. I've tried adding "pause=2" or "pause=3" etc between commands but is this the only way to try and synchronise the two. The above seems more noticeable when using a TTS voice for the FO.

For the life of me I am trying to customise after landing procedure for my SOP and have tried at least 50 different combinations from the documentation and I can't control the PWS predictive windshear switch. No issue for radar on and off but no joy with the PWS. Any sugestions. Thanks

When I create my profile VoxKey requires a profile name and then you need to click browse to locate the game exe. Do I browse to the location of Prepar3d.exe or MCE.exe? Pierre

I have just started using MCE but I am having difficulty getting MCE to react to my commands. Particularly recognising "5" from "4" and "thousand". I.E. MCE sets "twenty five thousand" as "2500". Also I cannot get it to consistently recognise "LSK" or "RSK", when prefixed correctly as per the shared commands lists. I have been through the Windows speech training but when I select the MCE own speech training wizard via the "tools" option, my "voice" is not heard. I am using a "Turtle Beech" headset which, as far as I am aware is of a reasonable quality. Any advice would be appreciated. Regards John Earl
