Hi All, heres a funny one hope some one can help me with. Runnning Aerosoft 330 pro in P3Dv4.5. Downloaded the new version v2 9 3 0 and now no responds to command electric power up with ground power. If I power it up myself and asks for cockpit preperation, I get from my co-pilot cock pit preperation, cock pit crew check list in the same breath and then carries on with the check list not bothering with the preperation after that things seem to be Ok. Thought it may be check list for another aircraft but showing it as my aircraft in cfg file. Tried uninstalling but still the same thanks in advance for any help. The checklist reading unfortunately doesn't work well for me. Hello. I am using Prepar3D, v4.5. I load up a flight at YSSY with the PMDG 737-800. Everything loads fine with Prepar3D. I then start up PF3, and put in my flight plan and connect to P3D. Again, all is fine. When I start up MCE, it starts up, but when it tries to locate the system files for the PMDG 738, it causes Prepar3D to CTD. Every time. Can someone help please?

I'm wondering if there is a way to enable the F/O to read data from the aircraft on certain checklist items. For example, when the F/O is supposed to read Flaps -- 30, green light, is there a way to make MCE know that it's now supposed to read the current selected flap setting from the aircraft in order to reply to the challenge?

I just noticed that MCE reads the engine bleed switches the opposite way; it thinks they're on when they're actually off and vice versa.

I am running 2.9.30 demo and want to use it with P3Dv5. I installed it as Administrator, let it put it in the default location, started it and done the intitial setup. P3D runs as admin as does MCE. I start P3D, the start MCE with the desktop icon. MCE sits there and tries to connect but never does. I have no entry in the P3D add-ons menu for MCE nor is it listed in the add-ons list in the Options menu of P3D. I've added exclusions for the MCE and P3D exe to my antivirus, I've made sure the 64 bit fsinsider dll is installed and copied the files from MCE dlls x64 in the zip file to the P3D directory. Any ideas on why MCE refuses to connect? Thanks.

Not sure if I am looking in the wrong spot, but under downloads on the MCE site, it shows there is a newer version out than I have, but I don't see any link to download it. Where is the link located?

Hi Gerald, since the last big update of PF3 a couple of months ago i still have some strange issues in MCE/PF3 left i´ve never had before. 1. my FO doesn´t read back taxi instructions anymore as he used to before. Instead he asks after pushback something weird like "sorry, i missed that, is it right? ready for taxi?" That´s anoying because usually after pushback i order the flight controls check which is done by FO as exspected so far, after that, before we request taxi instructions, we go thru the "after start checklist" and then i ask my FO to request taxi. I am new to MCE and PF3. I have read all the posts on here about how to use the two together. However, I am having issues with PF3 hearing my transmissions. I set up a joystick button to be my transmission key. I enabled the copilot to handle ATC if I am busy. I say "I have ATC" when I start session, and copilot acknowledges. In PF3, I have disabled the option to see the ATC codes, I have close captions enabled, and I have assigned a key for PTT (different than the one I use for MCE. I use the CTRL key in PF3 and a joystick button in MCE). When I set the clearance delivery frequency at EDDL, and try to contact them by saying "Speedbird 939, request IFR clearanc…

Hi All, I have a problem with MCE and GSX Level 2. (P3Dv4.5) The Pushback doesnt't work as expected. I contact ground "Ground from flightdeck" he answer and I say "Mechanic push to the right" The interaction is okay, Truck is in position but at this point GSX show me the in Game window to select the direction for pushback. SHIFT + Z is back to help you monitor sim performance without going into developer mode and watching that ovesized FPS display. It will display the sim rate as well. It's possible to relocate the plane using your voice. For major airports, you could try by city or airport name like "move aircraft to kennedy", "position aircraft at Charles de gaulle". If that doesn't work try with ICAO ID, "relocate aircraft to Kilo Foxtrott Julliett Kilo" There will always be a prompt before the move takes place. It would be nice if you could save your setup in the Monitor Tab ,I have to change trans alt all the time to 10000 I live in Aussie. This always defaults to 18000. PS.......MCE is so good and the devs are doing a great job, this can only get better,what you did with fbwA320 is bloody A1

Hello all fellow Captains. Have you been flying MSFS? Have you been unable to fly a complex simulator aircraft? Are you beginning to suffer from amnesia? Are you still current? Well...have a look at this video. It demonstrates how we fly an advanced simulation (possibly the best for a flight simulator). In MCE, when setting it up, I used my Microsoft Sidewinder joystick and one of its buttons to use with ATC. I use PF3 for ATC. I did pick that as my ATC program. It accepted my assignment and showed the button number. However, the next time I started up MCE, it now shows my ATC talk key as a button assigned to My Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog Throttle quadrant, which I use for my combat flight simulations in DCS. How come it switched to there? Also, it won't let me change it. Another question I have is when I fly, I have PF3 open,and EFB V2. Does MCE consider those open programs and go into dialogue mode, preventing me from talking to ATC in PF3? If force …

Hi, I'm using VoxKey commands quite extensively to link to key presses to enable various Lua scripts - I have several that I may run one after another and such. I'm using keys like: SHIFT + o = cmd 1 CTRL + o =cmd2 CTRL + SHIFT + o =cmd3 o =cmd4 etc... For some reason, it almost seems like when toggling some commands, the keys stick and, for instance when calling command 1, might also get command 4 initiated also.. I'm not entirely sure if the issue here is MCE, or FSUIPC, but wondered if I could have some information on how the key press function works so I can try and eliminate it from fault..? Thanks, James

Go back to warranty..LOL! Scan dont know yet, whats gone wrong. They are rebuilding the thing in warranty (after 9 months of MSFS flying, from new, its blown up!) So I dug out my old Win 7 PC from the cupboard. Its 7 years old. It had the old MCE in place, but i upgraded to the new version...FREE of Charge! Guess what I found? I don't think it's officially released yet ("available" as a pre-release I think), but just wondering if you've thought about including it or what you suggest in the meantime if I wanted to use MCE with it. It's fun and has a lot of potential, but still has some rough edges.

Hello, is there a way to trigger commands via Events? Like when all doors are close the copilot put the beacon light on? Or when the I tell him to do a procedure he fist check the position of an item and then if that item is in certain position do something if it is in another position do something else, or ell him to rise flaps on schedule and he retracts flaps according to F-bug. thanks

Hi All, I'm trying to use VoxKey with MSFS2020, but when creating the profile it is asking for the exe for Msfs and as far as I can tell the exe is hidden (or at the very least I can't find it) Could someone point me in the right direction please? Thanks, James

Hello. i was trying to do a checklist and found that there is no command to test, open and close guard of the flight data recorder, Am i missing something??

Can someone confirm that if I ask for "originating flo" the co-pilot is meant to press the switches etc, I have watched the David Herky videos which inspired me to reinstall MCE now that I have returned to microsoft flight simulator after a few years with x plane, but the co-pilot only reads the flo's no switches are pressed or am I doing something wrong. I have the CRJ as default loading aircraft and have even tried restarting the sim but no joy. I'M thinking I maybe have to download the flo's from somewhere but that search has drawn a blank. Any help would be appreciated. Grant

loading up fbw mod in mce it greys out coordinated checklist & under commands voxscript nothing under copilot related scripts.but the default a320 is fine. default loads up as Airbus A320 neo Asobo fbw loads up as Airbus A320NX running V2.9.2.4
