I need some help with the number select commands i.e. "Select One" for instance. When I open the ATC Window the select commands work just fine. However, if I open a different window like the GSX or Active Sky windows the "Select One" command or any other numbers are ignored. Is there something unique that they only work with the ATC window? I set up Voxkey commands for all the keyboard numbers and as long as I don't pick Select as the prefix to the number they seem to work. For instance if I set a VoxScript command "One Select" or "Anything One" the Voxkey command works on the GSX and Active Sky Windows. So my question is why doesn't the MCE "pre-programmed" number select…

Considering getting this for MSFS to use with the default ATC. I was just wondering how this works. I do not want to push buttons , so how do you you use MCE with the default ATC? Many thanks in advance.

  3. Hello, I've created a post at the official MSFS 2020 forum to add an option to turn off the PILOT voice in ATC. It would be great if we could have you visit and add your vote to the request! Hello, I'm currently working on translating an airline's flows into MCE. I noticed that MCE still opens the 2D panels in order to be able to press most buttons. FS2Crew initially had to use the same workaround because of the SDK limitation (or so I read) but have since been able to change to pressing buttons normally, so it seems that SDK limitation is no longer there. Are there plans to update this for MCE too? Also, ECAM buttons get stuck. When MCE presses them, the buttons stay pressed and MCE can't press them again to exit the current ECAM page. The same happens with the QNH selector. The ATC panel (transponder) also has no controls (can't be set to off, aut…

  7. I was wondering if there’s an issue with the engine start commands for the FSLabs A320 in P3Dv5.3. When I issue the mode select command it works well. Then when I issue either engine 1 or engine 2 commands I get a verbal statement telling me Engine 1 on when it isn’t and MCE doesn’t start either engine. Is this something I’m doing incorrect or is MCE confused ding the engine data as on and therefore nothing happens? I should note I’ve tried this many times in many launches of P3D and many launches of MCE within P3D and never get it to work. Thanks in advance Joe

  9. I could not get the TGS (Taxi Guidance System) to work in PF3. It did not work by itself or with the combination of PF3 and MCE. I use the Logitech Wireless keyboard in case this is relevant. For some reason, in MSFS 2020, the combination of keyboard presses "CONTROL + SHIFT + \", which is used for ROGER comes out as "SHIFT + CONTROL + \". I changed the HOTKEYS options to reflect this in PF3 (Options 1, then HOTKEYS OPTIONS). 1. I highlighted "Cntrl + Shift + \ key". 2. I clicked Change Hotkey. 3. Enter the key combination "Shift + Ctrl + \" (it actually does not matter if you enter as "Cntrl + Shift + \" as it is interpreted as "Shift + Cntr…

Hello Community, since i made a clean reinstall of windows 10 (had some issues with the startbutton and the taskbar) which caused of corse a full reinstall of my entire sim configuration (P3D v4.1, AS16, FSCaptain 1.8.0, MCE 2,7.40 and PF3 3.7.2) I'm facing a wired problem which I've also posted in the PF3 Forum unnder the subject "Being not able to get TGS working". The discussion there with the admins ended finally in the reccomondation to post my problem in this forum too as curently their opinion is, and this bases out of the check of the submittet PF3 log files, that the issue might to be found within MCE. This is so far the introduction. Pls. let me now ex…

Hello, I just updated to MCE version 2.9.5.6, and I've noticed that my copilot is not answering the radio. I would give him commands like "Your comms, or "You handle ATC" but he doesn't answer when prompted by the controller. The previous version I didn't have any issues till I updated the program. I am using P3D v4.5, and I am using the native ATC. I was suggested by support to delete my mce.ini file and start fresh to no success. I even uninstalled the program and reinstalled. I am at my wits end on why this is happening, can anyone help please??

Hi Gerald, All, Regarding checklist options. As documents are not including all the advanced options and searching/finding on AVSIM is difficult, pls can you summarize these for me? I have done my homework and found the //1 - //7 to determine who responds. <-- (documented in How to create custom checklist.rtf) Also found the single underscore "_ set" -> speak what you want --> "2992 set" I think I have found that all text within () is omitted --> is that correct? What about if you use double underscore or even tripple ( as found in TFDi_B717_Check.txt)? We do not know what we do not know.. What other gold pieces you have to add t…

I want to add say English UK, English Irish, English Canadian voices to the default Text to Speech voice in Windows 10 settings for use in other applications. However for such voices to appear in other applications I think the Default Windows Language must be changed accordingly. If the Default Windows Language is changed to say English Irish, will MCE still work, as the MCE wizard always sets the default language to English US?

MCE 2.9.56 Airport weather reporting. A small example from MSFS in the Cj4 on vectors to ILS London City! Current weather 2100 hrs 08.02.2022 You can request any airport weather from the Metar, regardless of simulator capability!

  15. With the latest .56 version of MCE in P3d. Vectors to ILS 27 at London City, in the Dash 8. Now the Dash 8 is probably the most advanced sim available on any platform. Especially after the latest patch. (Update to it for full functionality). So here we see an example of a vectored approach to FAF and ILS to MDA ay EGLC. We then go land manual to use the Dash 8 power and pitch to land! Just an example.

Is it only the planes on stated on the website or is it possible to use on the Q4Xp and the LES SAAB340? Are other planes supported with standard commands etc like the E-crafts and Phenom etc?

Hey there, first of all, sorry if this was already asked. I searched through the forum but didnt find anything helpful yet. I am using a Windows 10 system and added more TTS voices via Settings->Time & Language. That works pretty good and I can use all of them in Pilot2ATC but I cant see nor add them on MCE. Maybe I do something wrong? Hopefully someone can lead me to the right direction 😃 Thank you Markus

In case anyone is interested, I did a video in 4k, from EGNX to EGLC, in the Dash 8! It took 8 hours to render on You Tube and many hours to film.... Featured MCE as voice control and P2ATC as ATC. Its on P3d V4.5.....(dont get excited Asobo are not here) TTS voice to match the P2ATC program, Which is flawless! BTW! You may use Windows TTS voices in here, they are free! Also you may use the MCE voices...Your choice! Choice is strength! With all the bells and whisles of P3d....... F1 UT2...the traffic is spawned regardless of ATC...A recently answered question here on the forum! Watch the landing and have a laugh! Orbx everything...…

I seem to be having issues with MCE and G-SYNC in MSFS 2020. When I run in full screen mode and have MCE running it isn't allowing the full screen sim to utilize G-SYNC; however when I run sim in windowed mode G-SYNC returns and operates normally. I have turned Off the sim text option, as I think the text that overlays the sim window must be causing the issue. I can't seen to find a way to disable all of the test messages though (for example when muting the microphone a message still appears there). I am just guessing that MCE uses some sort of invisible window over the top that keeps the sim from regaining full control of its window. I have a similar pr…

Here is a suggestion for MSFS to add to their sim. It is of course, P3d! Well, I like seeing my passengers come aboard! It always makes me smile. Nice that its all run from a MCE flow too!
