I was viewing a YouTube video where before refueling services start, the pilot was asked how much metric tons he required? I have everything working between MCE and GSX, but fueling never asked me how much fuel I want to load. I wonder what option in GSX I need, to get this to work? Hi, Anyone ever had that problem? I am not sure what I am doing wrong? I have all latest version of PF3, MCE and GSX2 installed. MCE and GSX 2 works fine together, I can interact with Ground and get "Lee" to send me Fuel, Catering, start boarding and pushback. But when I introduce PF3 into the mix, I can still interact with Lee but when Lee ask central command for a services, they reply ok, then I get the GSX menu but the service is never requested in GSX, I have to select the option with my mouse to get it to work. I also notice that I get a message "ACARS ATIS Information is not available at this time" that is generated by PF3 and produce when you hit the number 2 …

Hi, I just change my monitor for a 4K tv, and the info line at the top is now showing half way under the P3d 5.1 menu bar. Is there a way to lower MCE info line? Thanks Pierre Nantel

MCE copilot does not work properly with landing lights, wing lights and runway turnoff lights in Citation and Asobo A320 neo for me. It is not recognized whether the landing light is on. Wing lights and runway turnoff lights are only switched individually and not switched on or off together.

Hello, finally broke down and changed from Win 7 to Win 10 on my desktop computer. Installed FSX-SE edition and have spent a few days trying to get everything back the way it was 🙂 Last thing I installed was MCE. Now, it is working, but when FSX-SE starts up and then mce, the sound devices panel also starts up and seems to hang the loading until i dismiss it with OK or Cancel. Any ideas why? My headset with microphone and my desktop speakers are correctly selected and work properly. Dave

Hi. I just wiped my P3Dv4 installation and MCE along with everything else via a Windows 10 reset. I want to reinstall MCE on the same drive but with MSFS 2020 this time. Can I just install MCE again or should I have deactivated the previous MCE install before deleting it? Will the previous Machine ID and licence key still be valid? Thanks.

can someone give me complete run down on the ramp agent & how to interact with him i know wait for battery to power up jetway connects then what how do i cargo doors, cabin doors ,catering,fuel is it all done by speech or keys no read me with patch help please & happy new year fellow pilots. Barry

Mery Christmas, since the new update of PF3 i have the issue that my Squawk gets lost allways right after airborne. Dave March has already checked several of my log files from PF3 where he can see, that the Squawk is reset to zero, but he can´t see anything what causing this. Once i´am airborne, after initial contact with departure, departure is giving me the following command: "Lufthansa 832 Squawk Ident QNH 1023". Could it be the case, that my MCE FO is mistaking this order to set the transponder to QNH1023? And because this doesnt work for the trasnponder it´s just reset or wiped? Dave wasn´t able to tell and suggested to ask MCE support about that. Any hint…

If running higher than V2.8.8.4, just grab this patch then manually replace a few files in \ulti Crew Experience\ installation folder. As a Christmas gift, we added functionality that some of you are missing from FSX/Prepar3D days SHIFT + Z keyboard combination is alive.

Hi just keen to know if this feature work fully in MSFS 2020. I dont care much about other features like communicating with copilot etc (I fly the C152 and other small GA) but really beeing able to speak to ATC rather than using keyboard meny options has always been why I have used MCE in the past for P3D.

Tried Sound=complete path copied from file browser/sound.wav no luck. Tried just sticking .wav in a/c flows folder--didn't think that would work and it didn't. Where do .wav files go and how do you put them into a flow? (I see how Dave did it, but his are just "Sound=sound.wav"). A couple of related questions are (1) is there a collection of user-created MCE .wav files? For example, I might like to add the fire test bells to the flow. And (2) can boarding music be substituted for GSX boarding noise? I have some nice 70s Muzak ready. I'm not saying GSX boarding is bad, but it sounds more like Southwest than Court Line. After much patience with my issues and many emails, I'm finally sort of getting the hang of MCE in the Captain Sim L1011 II in P3Dv5.1 HF1 and I'm pleased. There are still issues, but I think the best thing to do is run MCE without Active Sky or even GSX a few flights and see how many things are actually MCE issues (or user error). All I can say at the moment is that the potential is definitely there, and the support has been unequaled. I'll see which of the odd problems remain as I get used to it before being more specific.

After loading the airbus, engines running and MCE, I tried commands. Some worked, others didn't. For instance, flaps and spoilers worked. However, baro, altitude, heading and VS didn't, even though the FO responded to my instructions. For instance, he would say set heading 185 but the heading indicator didn't move. Likewise with altitude and VS. I'm wondering if there is a list of the functions or commands that work or do i have to go though all of them from the manuals and note the ones that work? Since, according to the MCE website, all 3 FsLabs airbusses are supported, I'm hoping for clarification on what is and isn't supported. I'm running p3d 5 V1.2 M…

Hi, Last night I tried 'set power to the bugs' and 'set EPR to the bugs' but the f/o just says he can't do that. Am I supposed to do something different? I'm looking at the 727 commands document - should all the commands in there work for the 727? I haven't tried in the 733 those commands yet, should they work on that too?
