Dear PMDG.... Thanks again for what seems to be a milestone in Flight Simulation, YOUR B777 looks beautiful.... However, I noticed that the QRH is not Printable.... well, I do understand copyrights, but I'd really like to Print out at least the normal checklist in a Hard Copy.... do you think that you are able to accompany my request and maybe make a download only for the normal checklist (QRH page 31 - 33) Thanks for your consideration Regards a very Happy Costumer Richard Oberwinkler

Well done ALL the guys n gals involved with this release. Even though you suffered a similar launch prob as the last couple, you were on top of it instantly. This is a problem that a friend of mine, (he's french and he can't speak well english).. Anyways, he had Activation key bugs when he was trying to activate it and now it tells him that he has exceeded the activation max. or something like that, can anyone help ?

Just wanted to say, that I'm already working on a LINDA module for the 777. So far, the most important functions are possible to script (what is not granted with every new addon) VRInsight Combo Displays are already synchronised ... I will release the module as soon as I have the first sections ready, meaning, if MCP is ready, I will throw it out that you don't have to wait longer for the rest. Because, the whole plane will be a lot of work. You will find infos, downloads and discussions about as always in the LINDA forum

Take a look at the last paragraph on Page 7 in the Introduction Manual. The confirmation doesn't really get much more solid than that, I'd guess.

I entered an airway, UM677, but the route I had did not work on this airway. So now do I now remove the UM677 in the airway on the fmc route page? I press delete then highlight it nothing.

Hi 777'ers Has anybody been able to get any results from either the 'Activation Code No.' or 'Unregisters' LSKs in the PMDG Setup/License page of the FMC? When I click on either of the 2 keys, .. I get a Windows Exclamation sound and the sim freezes. Only by pressing the 'ESC' key, .. can I get things going again. Would like to know if anyone has the same problems. Thanks Cheers Tom

Just a question before I do. What PAX liveries are included upon release? For example is there an Alitalia? Also I noticed on the forums that the 200ER seems to be confirmed (reading in between the lines) Is this true. I look forward to hearing from the community. Blessings Duncan Odgers

Dear PMDG, I have just completed my first flight in the PMDG 777, and I just want to say that this product is staggering. I do have one complaint; how can you ever expect us to get airborne in this aircraft when the cold & dark start up procedure is so much fun!.... The subtle changes in fan sounds as the start up algorhthms proceed, the flashing screens, the 'warm up', it is just staggering. The engine start up procedure is again phenomically realistic, and when I pulled off the stand to taxi, the feel of this big bird moving towards the threshold was truly thrilling. Hey all, First of all I hope all of you are having a great time with the T7. I can not install this lady yet, since I'm waiting for my new computer parts to arrive. But there is one thing I really would like to see in a screenshot. If I remember correctly you can change some of the lightning colors using RGB values. Now I was wondering if anyone could change the overhead lights, the green lines you can see running all over the panel, to this color: R: 35 G:156 B: 232 (HEX#: #239CE8) Would be nice if someone could take a screenshot with those RGB values. I am unable to activate my copy when I select the plane, nor I am able to download any liveries through the OPS centre ( 800c0008 error ) When I put in my key to activate - I get the error that I am not connected to the internet. I have no firewall or whatsoever installed. OPUSFSX and all other addons such as Addon Manager connect well to the internet. Any fixes ?

Hi, I only tried this once due to the seriousness of the problem, and will try again today to see if I can replicate, but during the first pre-flight yesterday I tried to changed the step climb size from RVSM to 2000, and immediately on entering 2000 into LSK6R, the sim locked up. I had to force terminate FSX. Other than this, I'm sleep-deprived due to much flying. Outstanding job guys!!! It is excellent. Best regards, Robin.

The aircraft looks great, but when I try to switch on or off the battery, there is no clickspot on the button. This also is true for a lot of other buttons especially on the upper overhead panel. What am I doing wrong? Or should I redownload/reinstall the aircraft?

Hello, everyone, I'm just as excited as u r to experience the new released PMDG777. So i bought it online first thing in the morning. but after downloading and installation, i stuck at the Activation step. i run FSX and select the PMDG777, and it comes to the Activation code, i copied it from the Email I from PMDG, but then comes the Problem, it says that Error with connecting to the Activation serve. pls check the Internet connection... but the Internet is perfect fine, that i can write here, at first i thought i might because of the traffic of rush downloading of the fans. but now its 3 hours later, and more and more people are posting fotos with their 777, so i dont …

HI, MY problem ist that the installation of directx at the end of the pmdg777 installation fails. It says a cabinet file necessary for installation cannot be trusted. Please verify the cryptographic services are enabled and the cabinet file certificate is valid. This ends up in the problem that the 777 does not work. No gauges are installed and no activation window. I had the same problem with the 737NGX but i don't know how i fixed it that time. I seached the internet for the problem and downloaded the dirext webinstaller which gives the same problem. Also the complete installer from JUn2010 gives the same problem. The level of detail in this bird is incredible. I have been reading up quite a lot (more than I probably should) leading up to this release, and when you get down into the technical grit of this plane, you really see the work they have done. Everyone needs to do a cold/dark start at least once. Where I saw the detail was the electrical system. Turn on the APU, watch the APU feed the whole bird, start the engines and watch the generator on each engine take over, the bus tie close, and (if you're running engine 1 and running the APU) the APU continues to power the 'right' side of the aircraft, while engine 1's generator powers the 'left'.
