PMDG 777

I know this is the wrong place to bring this up. I understand I should raise a ticket. But I can't. The system is not working for me. I purchased the 777 10 hours ago and received no download link. Each time I try to raise a ticket I log in fill in all the boxes hit next and it goes to the original screen. No ticket number no email. I have tried 8 or 9 times. When I ask to be sent a list of open tickets I'm told I have no tickets. Come on guys I paid $90 and I have nothing to show for it. Very frustrating. I understand your very busy. Can someone contact me by email so we can get this sorted [email protected]

Well the name of the topic says it all. Arriving OMDB 05:45Z and would like the gates atleast to get to my aircraft right away w/o having to configure. Anyone with a good config out there? Any Beta testers perhaps?

Good evening, I was reading over the intro and got to the section of the Wideviewaspect=True. I added it in, but I am not noticing anything. Does it help with the zoom in the cockpit and other views or just the outside view? The cockpit and wing views seem close even at .70 zoom. Maybe I am just missing something. Any ideas?

Im descending into KJFK right now from KATL and I get that error in the FMC and the ILS isnt being updated. Is this a bug or what am I doing wrong?

I have Windows 7 64bit. The installer launches fine but then crashing with installing the first few files. ***File type shown in the picture.*** I have no idea what could be causing this. Help? Also once after crashing, the installer app. icon disappears from the folder and I have to re-unzip the files. Okay Sitrep Just got this error on a retry in safe mode...

Fly in even when using PMDG777 adjust the frequency 122.80 later discovered squawkbox and not adjusted to 122.80, do not know if you have not come across such a problem? :ph34r:

Over the course of the beta there are a number of moments that really defined the simming experience for me. This is by no means a definitive list (everyone's would be different!) but I personally found these experiences really summed up what the 777 is all about. Try them yourself, and maybe even add your own to this list! Cold and Dark startup. Most people will try this out early on, but just in case you're in the "that's not realistic, the flight crew never receive the airplane cold and dark" camp, maybe give it a go just once.
