C90B King Air HD Series FSX | P3D

Can't ever have to many aircraft in the hanger, right? So I have the C90GTX... but the C90B in HD looks like fun too. I'm wondering, for those of you out there who have both, which do you enjoy more / which do you find yourself spending more time in? How would you compare the two to each other -- side from the obvious difference of glass vs steam?

When I was preparing for take off, and again when preparing to land I kept getting an annunciator telling me RVS Not Ready. Taking off I threw some switches and made it go away, but couldn't find the right one on landing, although the landing went well, just that annoying blinking caution light in front of me. So what is it, and what do I do to make it go away?

I really like the analog gauges displayed in the photos by Carenado, but their airplanes don't always turn out to be great and fall short of expectations. Seems like a GTN 650 could be had in place of the 430. Has anyone tried it ? Are all the other gauges functional ?

What is a liteVC? Is this a VC option with low resolution gauges? That's what I thought I was looking at when I first saw the EFIS and EADI. They look very similar to the default B350. But as I have loaded the 'regular' and the 'liteVC' several times, I see no difference. I must be doing something wrong here, surely these High Def gauges are supposed to look better than default. My other planes look fine.

I've had this plane several months and find I just can't keep it stable in flight. Trimming for level flight, take my eyes off for a second only to find the plane in a climb or steep dive. I have the CH Eclipse yoke and CH pedals. What am I doing wrong here? Criticisms accepted without malice. I think if real flying were this difficult no one would do it.

in all aircraft in fsx there are white jagged lines in the cockpit and the displays are unclear until i get close to them (zoom in) pls help

It is clear from my experience and the comments of others that Carenado have NOT replicated the Proline series and the FMC, Instead they have adjusted it, I assume, to make an easier version of the real one. However, it has incomprehensible VNAV path characterisitics, I am not concerned that Computer based management is different from the original, but it does mean that Carenado owes us a manual that fully explains their version of Proline. After all we fly the sim aircraft, not the real one, so we look for guidance how to handle the equipment in the psuedo vehicle that we buy and fly. I start FSX SE engines running at the end of the runway and take off. Climb to 10k ft level off and admire the view. The engines cut out and torque falls to zero. Any ideas what is causing this? Thanks. Derry.

Hello, Having some issues with this and getting it to work. So far it's the only thing I cant manage to get working. With the weather radar activated, the format is on map, tried all tilts, both long and short range, precipitation is active, etc.. for weather I am using Active Sky Next. Any ideas? Would love to get this working.

I don't if my control setup is right, but it seems like I'm either riding my brakes with the throttle set at idle, or using my reverser to maintain a reasonable taxi speed. I can't find any documentation on how to properly set things up. Appreciate any advice you can share. Thanks!

Carenado says on web site the C90 is P3DV2- compatible..But installer does not supply P3DV2 option... Also, is it possible to get a full download will all SPs included ? Thanks for any tips.

I am trying to speed up my FSX load time. I wondered it I need the C90 King Air_lite installed along with King Air. I have never flown the Lite version so didn't think I need it. Can someone shed some light on the Lite version of the C-90 and the T210. I am just trying to eliminate planes I don't fly much.

C90GTx just announced yesterday on the Carenado Facebook page. I would expect them use the Collins Pro Line 21 from the Hawker, and I believe it would also be fair to speculate that they'll eventually make a B200 with PL21 avionics as well.

Hey Gents. I know this is for FSX but I see no location for FS9.......Well anyway I hope someone can help? I just got the C90B and have issues with the lights and some sounds.....First of all I did not disable my AV, Firewall and Windows Defender. But did AV on install. Got it from Carenado's website. Running W7 64 Bit, My issue is I start with Default Cessna and then select the C90B cold and dark. I do not hear any sounds during fuel system check other than switches. When starting I get repeat sounds of starter engage. Then at night I select the over head light master switch and the landing lights come on......then when I turn off the Landing …

Hi guys, i've searched all over the internet for this problem and tried many solutions that i saw but unfortunately none of them worked, and nobody seems to have the EXACTLY same problem. I have the RXP430/530 installed on my pc. It works on any plane that i tried if i install using the GNS WAAS FSX CONFIG, even in the C90. But i really wanted to add the GPS to the panel, and whenever i run the CAR400.exe or RXP430.exe files, the installation occurs normally, but when i select the plane in FSX it crash to desktop immediately, seems like some problem loading the panel files i believe, but i don't know what to do, i already deleted the famous "nonvol" files but it didn't he…

I've searched the internet for fonts to match the ones used on the exterior of the C90B but can't seem to find any. Does anyone have any idea which font(s) are used for Beechcraft aircraft? Thanks Rick

Good day. I have this instrument missing. Everything else is there including the Avidyne MFD but a GNS-400. My copy is officially purchased off Carenado website, I have several other planes (B58, Caravan, Ceneca V...) and they have the GNS present there. The C90 has no other problems, the missing GNS is the only missing item there. I tried reinstalling it but it is still missing. Please advice.

Hi all I would love to change the annoying 500 alert sound but can not find the .wav file it's using, there Isn't a folder in sound for the c-90 like my newer Aircraft and I don't see it anywhere. Any Ideas ????? I asked Bert but he is Traveling so he told me to ask here. marty

So far I've been flying in 'starters' aircrafts, like the C152/172, C337 and a couple more like that, but now I wanted to take a step up and got a C90B. Now the C90B is a lot bigger and has a whole lot more controls I have to familiarize myself with, but in the folder with the PDF-files are like 10 files with checklists, manual for the GPS and some other stuff, but there is no manual for the aircraft itself, that explains all the systems that are new to me. Where can I find the manual for the aircraft itself?
