Does LINDA work with the Precision Flight Controls throttle console? The NGX is causing it fits trying to work through its pfc.dll and fsuipc. Thanks

When I want to assign the vasfmc mouse macro "NL_L range inc" to a knob it is not listed in the UI in the "FSUIPC Macros" window in the "Available macros" section. When I look in the file vasfmc.MCRO it is there, but it's the very first one, so maybe you accidentally skip that one when parsing the file. When I manually go and edit the config-mcp.lua it works just fine. So it's only a UI issue. Hi, I have just bought the new MCP Combo II. The device is recognized by LINDA on COM3, there are no errors in the LINDA console, all modules are loaded - but the Combo does not work at all. Nor with FSX standard airplane neither with the iFly 737. Not a single knob or switch is working. It seems it is completely different from the old model ? Any help or tricks ? Cheers, Peter

Hi Crum,Linda I installed following all the instructions, (I work from 2 days, sigh!), PMDG 737NGX installed, and updated form. Beginning to be proceeding well, start the simulator, the display appears with the real measures mcp (SPD 100, ALT 10000 .. etc. ..) but when you start the diplay changes (SPD 000, ALT 0200) and when increase in the value of the altimeter for example, it only changes within the simulator, the question is: is this normal?Then when I try to push the various buttons on the combo, they work well, but only after 3-4 minutes, it stops working. HI there, Very grateful to be able to use this - I used to use SerialFP2 with my VRi and another 737 add-on. I've installed the latest FSUIPC 4.719, installed LINDA, everything seems to be in order, the settings are all showing as "Everything is OK" The 737NGX is loaded at the Active Runway 09 in Jersey and I am running on APU power. LINDA (NGX Module loaded via FSX Sync) has interfaced with FSX and FSUIPC as I can see that the displays are enaged and it is showing me my correct heading, speed and altitude. (The VRi display evens shows a quick "Rdy!" in the display and the LINDA Console looks clean of errors. However, when I turn the knobs on my VRi nothing happens on th…

I just downloaded and installed Linda. In my set-up I use Opencockpits interface cards for my switches and send the data to FSUIPC as Virtual Joystick input. So how can I set up LINDA when it doesn't 'see' my virtual joystick inputs? I also noticed that the new PMDG NGX is not shown in the assignments window inside FSUIPC but Ifly737 and lvld767 are now there after installing LINDA. PMDG NGX is in the LINDA folder under aircrafts. Any help is appreciated as want to interface my cockpit with the new NGX Thank!Rob

Hello, and first of all congratulations for this wonderful piece of software named LINDA ! I'm really impressed with the result. I juste receive the new MCP II Boeing version from VRInsight....and wonder if it works with LINDA. I must admit that I just plug it but didn't test it up to now. Hi, Ive just installed LINDA 1.03 I am using FSUIPC 4.714 the latest version. Linda reports ch yoke found ok but FSUIPC files not found I have copied all the LINDA files into the FSX modules folder where FSUIPC resides. Therefore LINDA is not controlling my yoke it is using the FSUIPC settings.Any advise would be appreciated. Phil

team I am more than impressed with Linda & as much with guenseli's contributions over the years. I am hoping for help & that it is not out-of-place to ask here how my attached efforts to create a "cs757.lua" to enable key assignmenst as well as buttons aren't working. I am an amateur at this & have depended on similar examples from guenseli for the aerosoft airbus. Any advice will be appreciated. CheersJohn

Hello, I would like to use my vrinsight MCP and the RealityXP WX500 together. I would like to program the WX500 in mode2 of the EFIS. But the shortcuts of Linda für the LIB:RealityXP-RXP.... don't work. Any help for me?Thorsten

In the beginning when I first tried LINDA I'm pretty sure I was able to monitor LVars in the console window. But now I cannot in any way get them to show up in the console again - and I can't for the life of me figure out why! I have enabled all checkmarks and tried changing FSUIPC loggin options etc. - but nothing works. Any idea as to what could cause them not to show up??! I finally saw the "log lvars.lua" script that comes with FSUIPC and got it working, but why can't I get it to work in LINDA again?!

Hi,first to say, I love LINDA (hope my wife doesn't read here)All Aircraft are done very well, except LevelD767 (for me)With SerialFP2 it was perfect (the only aircraft there :-) ) I think because of the LevelD-SDK.In LINDA some things are not so good, spatially the readout of ALT, HDG. The MCP-Combo-Display is out of sync when changing values and finally it shows not the values of the MCP-Panel, but the actual height. So it does with HDG and SPD. Is there a chance to get the MCP-Combo working like it does with SerialFP2?

I have installed SP1 for the iFly737 and now the whole iFly-setup for the MCP Combo is not working anymore. Could it be that the SP1 has changed call addresses that are set in the iFly-Macro? Anybody else experiencing that?Oskar

This setup indeed looks very promising. I am curious as to why the program only detected my CH joystick and GF TQ-6. I have 2 RP-48s, 1 GF-166, 1 GF-T8, and 4 WP-6. They are all seen by FSUIPC so I was wondering why they wouldn't show up in Linda? I am assuming because they don't have axis and not truely "joysticks". What would it take to see these modules supported?Regards,Chris

I have the VRisight MCPCombo and I use the iFly and the Ariane 737. I've read here that the iFly should work, but I can't find anything about the Ariane 737. Will it work or not?As for LINDA itself: congrats on the application! I think a lot of users will find it very helpful indeed!

I just downloaded and installed LINDA. After I started the program I see my three "joysticks" in the box at the top (VRInsight Yoke, GF TQ6 and Saitek Pedals) however only the yoke and TQ6 show up below -- see screen shot). Do I have to load this manually (the LINDA manual says it does it automatically).Alan

I'm trying to delete a preset I made in the EFIS section but once I click Delete I'm "locked out". No matter where I click in the LINDA the computer just says "ding" and I can't do anything. It feels like there is a confirmation box somewhere but I can't get to it to click "OK" - like it's behind the window or something. Only way to get out is to kill the program.Allan

It seems this magical little application does not work with these darn Saitek Pro Panels. Is that correct?I've been able to get 'SOME' funtionality for addon aircraft by using the 'SPAD' drivers.Might LINDA be able to support these in the future, or is it just not possible?Thanks
