LINDA Support

Hi, what is the difference of the 2 new Linda-versions v 4.1.4 from 1 Mar and the FWB-package v 1.0.2.a? is using the FBW- version necessay or does Linda 4.1.4. gives me the full functionallity. A littlebit confusing forme. Please help. Theo

using latest paid FSUIPC, Linda, the FBW a320 module and I am using ardunion leonardos. Problem is when I install them. They are two separate joysticks. After a while of adding buttons they start becoming the same. so all button configs are identical on both. in the file that lists devices the first one is listed (That becomes the name of both in the Linda program. The second becomes "unidentified" I feel like this is something simple. Ive been searching for a couple hours. (Not finding the right search terms maybe?) and I reinstalled Linda 2x.. it eventually overwrites both arduiinos? Is this a known issue?

HEllo everyone, Hope this is the place to report. i haven't seen any issue on this topic. I think i had installed ok Linda and i have FSUIPC working correctly, but some buttons of the throttle quadrant are not recognised by linda when i activate them. Thanks in advance for the help. BR Juan

Hi I'm using Linda version 4.1.4.281 for MSFS2020 VFR and for IFR the FBW A320. Now I've heard that I should add any Linda software to the v 4.1.4.281 to make it work better with my MCO-Combo II Is that true and how does this work Cheers Theo

I already have an assignment, gear up down, to buttons 11 and 12 on my Honeycomb Alpha joystick but I want to remove it. It cannot be removed. Neither the command "Remove assignment" eller " Do nothing" fungerar. Buttons 11 and 12 still control gear up and down. The Aircraft is A2A Bonanza and I use the Bonanza module. /Thomas

There must be something I'm doing wrong. I want to be able to use different profiles for different aircraft in MSFS. I open "Create new aircraft module definition" in LINDA. The problem is that it doesn't show installed aircraft as described in the LINDA 4.1.0 Release Notes. There are no aircraft displayed at all. I fill in the "Module name" and the second field "Aircraft search string" but I can't complete and create. What am I doing wrong. Good evening, I am using the Saitek switch panel with both LINDA and SPAD. I am using the LED lights with SPAD so that I can use them as the parking brake light and master caution and warning light (not the gear position indicator lights, as I have a dedicated gear panel for this). I am also using the switches with LINDA with the PMDG 777. Problem is, each time I start LINDA the LEDs on the Saitek Switch Panel go to green and start showing the gear position lights, not what I have set in SPAD for them to do. My question is, how do I disable the LEDs in LINDA so I can use them in SPAD whilst still using the buttons in LINDA? Thank you. Matt King.

Dear, After installing the latest versions of FSUIPC and LInda the maindisplay on my MCP-II is a mess. The colums or seperations between the functions are not there anymore. What is wrong and how can this be solved?? Hope to get a suggestion Theo

Hi, I usually operate Linda with P3Dv5 without any issue. I tried the last version of Linda for MSFS2020. I followed carefully your instruction to start it inside the program ( LINDA, MSFS and then connect Fsuipc). The setting page says that everything is ok but in the window near "Sync to SIM" I get only "Aircraft", but not " MSFS Default" as waited. No way to change it, if I force "Msfs2020 default" as soon I sync to sim the windows return in aircraft.That makes Linda not operating with any default aircraft in FS2020. It seems like Linda is not able to recognize the list of MSFS default aircraft. May someone help me please?

Hi, I have MSFS fully updated. I have download and installed LINDA v 4.1.2.140 I have the latest version of FSUIPC7 and the latest WASM module which is installed into my community folder. I have enabled the WASM in FSUIPC. In the LINDA tracer I do not see any L or H vars listed. Am I missing a step somewhere please? I have tried "Reload Lvars list" and "Reload Hvars list" in Linda. Hi, everyone. I can't successfully install the new version of Linda. FSUIPC 7.2.15 is installed and Linda 4.1.0.114 copied to the FSUIPC directory. Everything as it says in the instructions. MSFS loaded, LINDA loaded. No mistakes. Then FSUIPC7.exe started. Configuration Checklist -> Every thing is ok. FSUIPC.ini looked good. Hi, I used Linda with FSX to great effect with my cockpit and wrote the Carenado Phenom 300 module. I have yet to use Linda for MSFS and have simply used FSUIPC7 on it's own. I now need to trace lvars in the Longitude and write Lua functions to operare them. Is Linda yet at a point where this is possible ? Regards Stinger

Hello to everybody, I have the VRI B737 Overhead Panel which doesn't work with the new PMDG 737NGXu, as the VRiSim Software doesn't support the new B737 NGXu. The Overhead Panel, like the MCU, is not visible as a regular USB device and cannot be prgrammed like a normal joystick. Has anybody an idea or hint if and how to get the Overhead programmed through LINDA? Thanks for any hint or idea. Detlef

Thankyou for adding the CDU controls to work with Linda. My question is how to get the screen resized to fit into the cdu screen. The old VRI software gave you the ability to resize the screen. thanks James

I have FSX QW787. VRInsight MCP1 the most up to date versions of Linda 3.1.1, the module for QW787 1.1 and FSUIPC 4.977 registered. My issue is, when I turn a rotary knob control, whether it be for SPD HDG ALT, there is a long delay before the numbers on the VRInsight display matches the QW787 display. I can turn the control so the figure advances rapidly but when I stop, the display on the QW787 is nowhere near what the VRInsight display is showing to the point where the VRInsight display changes to what the QW787 is showing. Annoying when I need to increase a value, say height, from 1000ft to 10000ft. I can get as far as increasing it to 1500ft on the VRInsight,...…
