When you get a peripheral/throttle/stick with buttons it always shows up on the drop down menus and lets you assign actions and they work all the time. But when I set up a StreamDeck for views with Hotkey, it sometimes gives you the bonk sound and it won't work. That happens sometimes on the keyboard when you try to push your view forward or backward.It clears eventually. Maybe you know what I mean. Is there a way to use the StreamDeck without a Hotkey assign that makes it work like the throttle buttons work...they seem to work more like a midi connection or similar..?

An unknown plugin has bypassed XPLM when calling SDK functions. This is a plugin bug. Let it be known for those who dont know, There has being an issue with plugins making an illegal call, Laminar has shut the door on this, so your sim will likely crash, It is a plugin issue, most developers are aware and on the case to fix them. Would it be a good option for me? I am probably not going to enrol in the next MS initiative of going as cloudfull as possible, so, I'm finally starting to seriously consider moving to Linux one day. Hi Everybody, As the title states, will DLSS5 take XP12 to visual realism never before possible? I wonder what the future of flight sim will look like under DLSS5 and will you need one or multiple 5000 boards to get the performance needed for smooth flight? Will older video boards be able to take advantage of DLSS5? The video I've seen so far looks impressive.

Hi. I run xp12 on my main pc at home. Its brilliant. When travelling, i use an older semi- decent laptop (Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz (2.42 GHz)RAM12,0 GB Intel Iris XE graphics) with XP11 installed, and i get around 20fps in cockpit when flying, mid range settings. (Zibo 737) Its not wonderful, but i get to fly! However with landing i find the sim slows down to almost slow motion replay mode when landing, which sort of kills the fun after a decent flight. Is there a fix, or a setting im missing somewhere, or is it just that the laptop specs are just too underpar?

Is there any way to install individual airports around the world without the huge continental files..?

Just installed the latest beta and noticed 'Reshade " doesnt work at startup or when i click home on the keyboard m i reinstalled reshade but no go , also the startuo screen is very dark now along with in game , how could i rix this ? what steps should i take?

I am using X-Plane mobile on my iphone. I use Apple TV to use X-Plane mobile on my TV. I am also using an Xbox controller. Surprisingly it is lots of fun. The software is well executed. My question is that no where in the settings do I see a setup screen for customizing button assignments on my Xbox controller. Am I missing something or does this option not exist?
