i'm looking for a addon (payware) that is under $20, it can be for scenery, aircraft or realism. find me something good=]!

i recently downloaded the ERJ panel for the posky ERJ...but i cant change the ILS freq. this also happened with the defualt panel it came with... also.. is there any wing views for this aircraft yet?

Boy........am I stumped. Mitch sent me a revised file and I can't find mine anyware. I went into the config file and do not see this file. Where is it? Help plse and thanks.

Hey there,Im wondering if anyone can help me out, since I cant set the propeller throttle to control my 2nd engine using the level-d 767.......... any ideas? Because the propeller its useless when you're flying jets.......thanks for your help!

What' wrong with the new Project Open Sky ERJ-145 Nav 1 radio? It seems to be stuck at 110.5 and I am unable to change it to the correct ILS freq when I need to. The ONLY work around (which is unsat) is to, when I am assigned to a ILS runway, I change the ERJ-145 to another aircraft, change Nav 1 to the correct freq and then change back to the ERJ-145. This is unsat because it messes up a couple of aux programs that I'm running with FS2004 at the same time. I remember that FS2002 had a "communications setting" that you could change the radio's freq but FS2004 does not have this feature. Am I the only one having this problem with this new aircraft from Project Opensky? …

This may be a really stupid question but asking it won't make it any stupider so here goes.Is it possible to program the default FS9 GPS for a specified lat/long instead of a published NDB/VOR/etc.? If so, how does one do it? TIA

If a person wants to add on any new scenery or texure can a person not just put them in this file or does that not work? Example: I added airport updates into the texure file yesterday. Nothing happened. Can I just put the airport file on it's own in fs9 files?:-)

1. When is the proper time to apply the spoilers when landing? I have been arming the spoilers as soon as the main gears touch down, but today I was told by a fellow simmer that I should arm them before touching down, though admitedly he wasn't sure either.2. Are the flight dynamics included with the Aerodesigns A318 accurate? I have really taken a liking to this bird, but wanted to make sure that it flies like it should. Thanks in advance,-Mike

Is there anyway to stop AI traffic from taxing onto runway or heading head on at you in the opposite direction on the runway as you are about to take off. I don't use FS2004 ATC but would be interested if there is anyway to stop this from happening?thanks in advancePaul.

I've done everything all of you suggested from my posted message"fs9 is now crashing to desktop..why" ...now when I try and start fs9...it loads..after I choose the aircraft and location to start and hit "the Fly Now" key....fs9 starts to load....then quits to the desktop...with no messages...simply quits... so my original problem is now worse...thanks for all your help but I'm done with all this senseless tweaking and uninstalling-reinstalling..etc..etc..is just ruins the whole experience of Flight Simulation...all I want to do is fly and because of some stupid mistake I've made adding something or other fs9 will no longer work...it's just not worth the effort to keep th…

Ah man....this hobby is such a hoot! I am presently flying at 3500 feet over Hobart, near Melbourne. It is almost dusk. I see a bunch of different boats and ships in the harbor, so I decided to drop to 1800 feet and check them out.Well...I'm doing that...and one particular boat, a fishing trawler with the net booms out (drag nets) catches my eye. I head the Cess 172 over towards it slightly decending...and what do I see come into view flying all around the boat? Seagulls..... Of course! They would be seeing what the nets are churning up. Yesterday I had flashing "texture" around the appron and near the gates of KBOS and this was version 2.0 . I installed version 2.1 (available here at AVSIM) and the flashing stopped. This morning I tried a flight from KlGA to KBOS and when I landed the "flashing" texture was there again. I went to the "scenery library" and noticed that "Boston-Logan2" was in a postion about mid way down the list of scenery, position 30 or something. I moved "Boston-Logan2 up to position #2 (Aerosoft AES is in position #1) and when I tried the airport all around, ALL of the flashing texture had stopped. I think this is the greatest simulation of the 747-400 ever but for some reason when i'm taxiing round corners the nose gear does not turn, this is the only thing that lets it down. Does anyone know if this is a clich in the software or will i just have to suffer? Thanks........

I've been using this thing for a long time, but I'm thinking about changing some assignments. I just have some that are rarely used and wondered if I could make better use of the keys.Example, the right side red button behind the POV/HAT is set for gear up/down. The rocker below the HAT is set for trip up and down, although I think it should be the rocker on the other side of the yoke like most planes.The rocker on the left is currently set for views back and forth. The red button on the bottom is set to spoiler deploy and the top red button is throttle idle for some planes that don't like to idle completely with the lever. I really love all of the effects that the Aresoft AES give and I have about 10 differant airports around the world that uses them. To use these effects you had to install another KBOS (Boston) airport from here at AVSIM but when your on the appron or near the gates there is a lot of "texture flashing". Normally I would NOT put up with this kind of "error" but to use KBOS with the Aerosoft AES I have to, or loose the AES effects if I went back to the default KBOS. Does anyone else have these "flashing" textures and/or a way to get rid of them? I'm wondering if it is the textures from the original, default KBOS that is causing the problem. Thanks jerrycwo4
