I have been using fs2004 for a few weeks and all has been well. When I tried to add on PMDG 737 ng i got the following message. Im not very computer literate so forgive me if this is a easy question.the message I got : The version of fs2004 detected is not compatible with this version of FSUIPC. It is build 9.01.40901.... you need correct version of fs2004 . Check the help-about; the build should be 9.00.30612.FSUIPC will terminate when you select ok.Any help would be greatly appriciated. chris

Hii realize that Aerosoft claims that you can't change your credits once they are assigned with your current windows installation. I have either had an issue with AES in that past or whatever the case may have been and started fresh - with a clean windows install, yeah major deal, and not worth the effort do that to fix one application! Anyway I would imagine that the reason why when you reinstall the software and you enter the license key, it shows your spent value vs a "reset" value of 10, the programs stores a registry key, or maybe a file in flight sims cnfg to show the credits that have been accounted for? It seems that the project developers have chosen since begin August not to respond to there customers?Next CS which can't keep there promises? I've really had it with buggy and half products in general...Last time anyway for me anybody has more information?Cheers,Andr

Is it possible to change a default ILS freq at an airfield? I'd like to change the KPHL LOC freq RWY27L from 109.3 to 109.5. RWY09R also shares 109.3 and recognizes the front course to RWY09R but not RWY27L.Second part is if it is possible within FS9 how then do I change AIRAC Navdata (0709) to mirror the change?ThanksF15Driver

Hi,I'm considering to buy the Wilco/FT CRJ200. I have read some reviews (also AVSIM) but I'm not fully convinced yet.I owe 2 other FT products (CX and 737 Classic) and both required some patching. Also the support is done by Wilco now, and that might be a problem for me.So anyone having experience with this add-on?

Hi, I'd like to move left and right more incrementally (Numpad 4 and 6). The idea is to zoom in to an instrument panel and then make small movements to the left or right to get the panel properly centered before assigning the view to a key combination.But when you're zoomed in, any movement left or right is too coarse.Any ideas?And does Active Camera have its own forum somewhere?Thanks Geoff

Dear all,I am a long time user of MFS and up to now have been quite an advanced user (or so I think) with FS9. I had it for a couple of years and 18 months ago I was forced to stop and give up my flight simming for a while due to personal reasons. I am now ready to get back into the swing of things and get back to where I left off. This month was the fist time I started FS9 on my computer for the best part of two years. It was great and I even was able to get back in the cockpit again and fly an A319 (one of my faves)! Completed a short flight with an ILS landing

I downloaded the FRF groups KDFW and replaced my simflyers kdfw since it was soooo out of date. But now my 18R and 17C, the mm and im are wrong and I can't delete them nor can I move them. The mm's are about where the im's should be and the im are about 200 ft down the runways. I think this is because they used to be shorter and now they're all the same length. Is there away to fix this? When I tried to delete them I got the message I couldn't delete stock navaids only move or modify. But I can't do that either. Can anyone help?

Hi all,I have downloaded and installed "twin_bonanza__pour_fs2004.zip" into my FS2002 program. Now I know this file was meant for FS2004 but I have downloaded many planes listed as Fs2004 and they work great in FS2002. Well this one seems to work and look and sound great(at least at idle). The problem is the throttle does NOT work. When I move the throttle on my joystick I can see the throttle move in the panel and everything else seems to work,but the sound doesn't change and I have no forward thrust. And no, I do not have the brakes on. Is there a way to make this very nice plane work in FS2002? I have even slewed it up to 4k and glided in for a power off landing but I …

Ciao,probably an annoing question...but please tell me how I get rid of the non linear textures in fs9..So, in FS9 how the settings should be( i try to translate from italian to english):On SETTING-HARDWARE,what must be selected?-rendering on trama-lighs-anti aliasingand,filter (trilinear?)quality map?rendering?On control pannel driver Invidia (163.71)ther's also ANISOTROPIC filtering, should I leave it on "application controlled" ?Can't see the ANTI ALIASING..setting...maybe it's what I need?Sorry for bothering and thanxPAco

hi.. i installed the latest version of active camera v2.1 registered version with the fix and update.. using windows xp with sp2..all the menus show up in fs9 but no function works at all.. even though the keys for AC and fs9 don't overlap...i followed all the instructions in the AC manual and yet.. not a single function of AC works.. even though everything is in place..i even removed recorder module n autower cause i thought they were interefering with AC.. but even that didn't help...i've looked up the net but couldn't find any solutions yet.. i'm clueless.....please suggest/comment..thanks..

When I go to the Aerosoft web site (US) to make an AES purchase there are no prices shown for any of their products. I have purchased from them in the past with no problem with prices (US Dollar) readily shown for each item. I am puzzled on why I am unable to get any prices. I have turned off fire wall, deleted cookies still no prices. I also used my notebook but got the same problem. Also tried some other currency and they are not shown. Of course I mean that in a good way. I finally purchased AES and cant believe how it has made me enjoy some already great airports even more. I am a self proclaimed scenery junkie and it will cost me alot to get my airports up and running with AES but I dont want to fly anywhere that doesnt have it yet. My hats off to Aerosoft for coming up with a great utility.

I've recently downloaded early jet aircraft (mainly US & British). Does anyone know of a site or sites where I can get detailed models of the Sud-Aviation Caravelle, Dassault Mercure and also early Airbus versions (A300, A310) ??

...any scenery packages (or series of sceneries) that feature airports in a specific region or area? I'm thinking something along the lines of Aerosoft's Scenery Germany or the freeware Norway Aiports package.Anything that has a nice selection of small and medium size airports covering a region, anywere in the world really, payware or freeware.Cheers!

When I looked up the Eugene / Mahllon sweet field (EUG) airport at flightaware.com I could download an airport diagram depicting two parallell 16/34 runways. But when I flew there in FS9 I instead found it to have one 16/34 runway that is crossed by a 3/12 runway. That was also the case according to the airport diagram I got from Simplates 2004. Also the information about the localizer frequency differs. Why this contradiction and btw what is the case in realllife?

Can someone explain what the anti ailiasing function does? (I hope I have spelt it correctly!)When I check the box it seems to cause difficulty in accessing some of the menus in the top bar (ie what you see after pressing alt)There is no problem with the basic functions, but some of the drop down menus from various add ons - when you click something in the menu, the screen just freezes and short of rebooting, I can't get anything to work at all.I have vista home premium, run FS9 'as administator' and otherwise my system is running well ( I turn off my anti virus when simming)Thansk for any help.
