Hi All,Ireland currently has no scenery developed by professional software developers and currently members of Irish VA's / ATC have been inquiring to the major developers if they would show any interest in developing some.Currently we have only been shown some interest from Aerosoft who state that it would have to be justifiable to them to develop some, which is understandable.As a regular flyer with in Irish Airspace, I see a lot of traffic both local and from other sectors.We have started an online petition (yes we are not petitioning against anything laugh ) but it was a source were we could possibly demonstrate to Aerosoft that there would be a genuine interets for I…

I've recently begun my RW flight training in a C-172, and it's been wonderful having the Carenado 172N at home for lesson reviews.There are a few functions I'd like to map to my keyboard, but haven't been been able to figure out how.Does anyone know how I can map the following key commands in FSUIPC or the sim itself:- Transponder selection (off, standby, on, alt) - COM1 off/on volume control- COM1 squelch controlThanks for any help,Charlie

Hi All,I've created three new FS9 water airports via Afcad2 (no faults) near some Caribbean islands together with some float plane VFR flight plans for flights between them. All AI float planes taxi and take off correctly but somehow never land at their destination airports but crash near them instead. I've tried other (standard FS9) AI float planes but........ same problem. I've even tried to insert an ILS at all three airports and changed the VFR to IFR in the flight plans concerned but........same problem.I can see the AIs coming on radar from a distance of 40 Nm at their correct altitudes/speeds and they seem to be flying in the generally correct directions for their …

Is there a limit of how many [flitsim.XXX] entries you can have under one a/c type? Lord knows most of us have scads of AI airplanes in a multitude of a/c type directories. Tried to enter one more in my AI B738W type making the total 200. It takes the entry but the a/c never shows up. SOOOOO.........I took the entry out of my B738W type and put it (and the texture) in the B738 type. I only have 82 entries in there. This time it took and the a/c DOES show up..So is 200 the maximum entries per type or did I do something else wrong? I checked all my typing for spaces, underscores, etc...all was fine. A while back I asked the group their opinion with regards to which their favorite GA twin prop is. Many people responded, (thank you), and I decided to research the planes a bit further now that I had a good working list. From the list provided by the group, the Baron 58 caught my attention. I researched the aircraft using the almighty Google and perused some of the Flight1 support forums. Hello All:Please read this through to the end carefully before responding. In February 2008, I purchased directly from Flight One (Flight1) Software the Ultimate Traffic 2007 PC DVD-ROM Edition. The program installs perfectly. The problem is with the Automatic Updater within the program after installation. Whenever I try to use it, I get an error message that says exactly this:"Invalid Registration: A valid key was not found for this software."What's going on here? I don't get it. I downloaded the FFX 737-300, and 737-400 and before I just downloaded the blanks and it crashed to the desktop during me selecting the aircraft to fly, now I repainted the aircraft and it still crashes to my desktop during selection. Please Help??? (And yes I know how to repaint).

I own the CLS A340-600 and A340-500. I am temporarily using the default 747 panel on test flights sorting a few things out regarding frame rates & sceneries effects combined with the aircraft and so forth. The aircraft flies perfectly normal and the autopilot also operates perfectly normal and like any other Airbus the control surfaces droop down whenever its completely shut down. However, using the default panel causes the control surfaces to stay in that position throughout the entire flight.Does anyone know of any way that I can make them operable whilst still using the default 747 panel?

Some change I have made at some point stopped FS menus from working in full screen mode. This is a massive pain in my butt, so does anyone know how to fix it? On the select a flight screens I just get a black screen, until I switch to windowed mode. Once in flight activating any menu just pauses the sim, until I deactivate the menu again.

FLACS You dont have to settle for either the FMC or a GPS !!!!! YOU CAN HAVE BOTH. I put the Garmin 500 GPS in all of my aircraft that does not have a GPS. I used to program the FMC but over the years I have forgottn how. Anyway, I like to SEE my postion on the GPS even if I had the FMC programed. After a while it is very simple to do. Send me a copy of the "panel.cfg" from the "PANEL FOLDER" by email for the aircraft that you want to add the GPS to and I'll add it to the panel.cfg and you just substitue them ( KEEP the original panel.cfg ! ). Hi Gang.I asked this some time ago, and can't for the life of me remember what someone said to stop the problem.Each time I land in the CS C130 the aircraft just seems to power off. Everything from the engines to a few seconds later even the electrics.I have read and re-read the manuals and I accept that I am missing something, but I just can't see what it is.I would be very grateful for any help offered with this.PS I am flying with a very light fuel load, and use the flaps, so it's not because I come in to heavy and too hard.Many thanks.

Does anyone know why someone can not make a new KLAX (Los Angeles) airport for FS2004 that will work with Aerosoft's AES (Airport Enhancement Servces) ? Just about every MAJOR will work with it except, KLAX ?? jerrycwo4

Hello everyone, i have a strange problem in FS2004. I will be glad to help me. So the problem is that: my view is changing random. It does not mater if I am flying or on the ground. I checked my buttons, everything is normal. I used this problem before but it solved by itself, I don't know how. Thank you for your time.

Hello,Like many of my peer FS enthousiasts I am constantly on the look out for improvements of the FS world (FS9 in my case). That's why I already have add-ons like Active Sky and Ground Environment Pro installed. FS Elemental seemed to belong to that category and the price of about 10 Euro's did not stop me from checking. The result (in my opinion): Their clouds are absolutely impressive. However, a number of other features I can easily do without, like the sudden blue colouring of my Airbus panel. I'm looking at improving the night time lighting of cities or small towns or roads. The cites and roads now are a little darker. I've been looking at some payware like Ultimate Night Enviroment, but would like some opinons on other alternatives.What does everyone think are their favorites?

Has anyone figured out how to successfully use Pete Dowson's GFDisplay.exe file with the PMDG series and the GoFlight MCP Pro and (maybe even) the Radio Modules? Would you be willing to share your edited .ini file with me? I recently bought the PMDG aircraft and am busy learning how to fly those beasts, and have discovered the GoFlight interface software is basically for use with default configured aircraft. I've been experiencing FS9 default traffic appearing randomly. I became so frustrated with it that I deleted the FS default aircraft. Now, I haven't seen them in their usual 'popups' but, I still hear atc communication to the usual suspect's. Landmark and others.Any suggestions? PS: I run Ultimate Traffic (what's left of it) and various WOAI.The default traffic bgl was removed yeeeears ago.

Does anybody know how to fix this issue? It's like my traffic is tripling up flightplans or something. I've tried deleting the traffic.bgl and compiling a new one, but it has no effect. I am using Ultimate Traffic 2007.In this picture. My traffic is set to 5%ThanksMatt

I got and repainted a ai ardvark airplane and put flightplans for it with the ai flight planner program but when I look for the airplane in fs2004 it is not in the game and yes I have checked about ttools but I don't know how to convert the airplane folder into text files with flightplans and airports and the plane its self. I need help!!!

It's been a while since this plane has been on my hard drive. I downloaded the latest installer, and I'm amazed at the detail (for the second time). I first used this aircraft as the 154B version this team released years ago, and grabbed the M model as soon as it was released. For some reason I stopped using it, but decided to give it a go tonight. I can start the aircraft and have it ready for takeoff in a few minutes, but my understanding of the navigation and autopilot systems is non-existent outside of aligning the nav system.
